This is a product review not a store review. After ordering the Amelie mirror I was very disappointed by the product quality. The mirror took almost 5 months to arrive due to it being an “international item” aka China. Upon arrival, I was disappointed by the construction of the product. The product is very attractive but made cheaply for a mirror that costs so much. The backing is cardboard and tar paper which made it very difficult to hang and find proper hanging hardware which it does not come with. This will be my last purchase at this store. I will be sticking with William Sonoma Home and Pottery Barn that have a much higher quality.

We just finished a kitchen remodel and we were in the market for a sectional. I’ve been online and store shopping for almost 6 months, always coming back to Arhaus. Overall, the price was on the higher end, and without ever purchasing from this store, I kept passing it up. We have many bedroom and entertainment pieces from Room and Board and love them, but no store close by. We finally went to Arhaus after 2 other stores had a shipment delivery date of 7-10 months out. My husband and I were impressed with the layout of the store and the designers. We worked with both Mikayla and the Brookfield (WI) store manager. They explained each piece, were patient with our questions and order change, and had everything organized. I felt confident shopping here and know if I had any issues, they would take care of it!! The only downside is we are 28 weeks out from receiving our kimpton sectional 🙁 bummer, but I’msure it will be worth it!!

We were hesitant to purchase through Arhaus after reading all the horrible reviews. However, we truly loved the sectional, we couldn’t find one we liked as much, and most of the negative reviews were regarding the additional warranty plan. So we took our chances and made the purchase. Our sales lady was Awesome! She wasn’t pushy. Had a great recommendations for fabrics and had me out of the store in no time. We were told to expect delivery of our couch mid to late August.The last week in June I got a call saying our couch was on its way from Ohio, and they would call to schedule delivery once it arrived locally. Here we are June 11th with a beautiful new, and quality made, couch in our basement! The delivery guys were fantastic! Taking extra care to not hit walls, even when it took three different attempts and positions to get the couch down the stairs.We had an amazing experience with Arhaus and would order from them again in a heartbeat.

Anyone shopping for home furnishings can do no better than Pedro Lima at Arhaus in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This store is chock-full of quality products and Pedro takes the time with his customers to answer their questions, as well as streamline the purchase and delivery process! My wife and I highly recommend both the store and Pedro!!

Great selection, can customize almost everything. Product quality is one of the best, a lot of attention to details. Prices are great - within the premium category price range. With a lot of sales going on, you can get a really great product for an unexpected price (in a good way). Probably the best consultants comparing to competitors.

I am extremely pleased with both the customer service and the furniture I received form the local Milwaukee store as well as the corporate office. John Mark was awesome in helping with selections and making suggestions for fabrics and furnishings. Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa. Will definitely be a repeat customer with Arhaus.

I have purchased furniture from any number of retailers in my life, and Arhaus takes the cake as the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Communication is abysmal. Problem 1 - our sales associate tells us to make a down payment on furniture and she will “contact us when prices drop.” Months go by without hearing anything from her. Since we are moving into a new home, and need the furniture to arrive roughly mid-May, we go into the store and pay the balance in full without waiting longer for a sale. We then select a date for the items to be shipped from Ohio to Chicago. That day passes without any contact. So we call the store to find out what happened. We were told that delivery was never scheduled. So we pick a new date but hear nothing further. So again we call. When we speak to a sales representative we were told that the items are sitting in Chicago waiting for us to pick a delivery date to our home. It’s now the second week of June. The day before delivery we call to confirm - our sales representative tells me there’s nothing in the system about our order. The sales representative, who I’ve spoken with on multiple occasions asks: “did we speak about this?” After promising to look into it, I get an email telling me that delivery will occur the following day. Two hours before delivery I get a call telling me that “the truck broke down” and I can have the furniture delivered three weeks from now. This is the earliest date they have - end of June. The experience wouldn’t be so bad if Arhaus would simply stay on top of things, communicate with customers, and make an effort to correct problems.

The store is beautiful inside, and I like a lot of the pieces. My husband and I ended up buying a bed. However, points were lost for the terrible customer service. We had similar problems as previous reviewers. I decided to return one of the items we purchased, and emailed about it that same night. However, after being told they would call us to cancel, I had to call several times. Then after playing phone tag with people at the store, they told me only the employee who helped us with the sale could process the return and they werent working. So the next time we called they said it was too late, wed have to decline the shipment when that arrived. It was absolutely ridiculous. We ended up going back to the store with the item in hand to return it, and were told again they couldnt do it even though the employee who helped us was there! Im not sure what theyre playing at, but it is really unfortunate as we would probably shop there again otherwise.

Very limited selection. Too ashamed to post prices. Bill themselves as being mostly custom. Color and fabric choice is a weak form of custom. Biggest downfall is the lack of selection. I really liked the non-pushy sales staff. Eager to help, but not push for a sale. That impresses me as a buyer.

I moved to the Corners of Brookfield in August 2018 and had no furniture at all upon my move. My experience with Arhaus has been absolutely wonderful!!! On my first visit Cary helped me to pick what I was looking for and THEN she went to my apartment with me and measured the place to make sure that what I wanted to purchase would fit in my place and would actually look nice design wise!!!! I am really thankful for that because I almost purchased a couch and a dining table that were way too big for my living room. With Carys help we found options that fit my place perfectly size and design wise. Since then I have been buying lamps, blankets, bedside tables and other little things to make my it a nice addition to the furniture I purchased back in August at Arhaus. I like the experience there and all the things that I have purchased so far are of very nice quality that will last me for years ahead.

I am writing this review about two weeks after ordering a sofa and chairs from the Brookfield store. After needing to cancel an order at another furniture store in the area, I went to Arhaus in Brookfield. The customer service was off the charts good! I first worked with John-Mark and then when I returned and he was not in, Jill the store manager helped me. In the five days it took me to make a final decision on the furniture I also worked with Cary Lee and Boris, as well as John Mark. It was refreshing to see the employees focused on helping me and not competing with each other. Their positive attitude and concern has not wavered through the process. At one point there was a problem with my sofa fabric being discontinued. After searching and not being as satisfied with a second choice, Cary Lee went the second mile and working with the factory to secure my first fabric choice for me. All of the people I worked with involved themselves in making sure I had exactly what I wanted and made great suggestions for additional pieces and rugs - which I have not chosen as of today as samples and pictures have been ordered.I realize I will have to wait several months for the special order pieces. I am hoping that the customer service at the factory and delivery time will be as good as I found in the store. I was told that it will be a length of time and I chose to go ahead with the order. I will renew this review after I have received the order in Spring.

Beautiful furniture, right up my alley in terms of style, not too modern not too fancy or dated looking. There were a few really cool things I could afford there, but a lot of stuff was too high end for me, but it didnt seem unreasonable.

We really liked a sofa and was going to purchase but requested a fabric swatch to see how it would go with our other furnishings. If it worked that we theliked the color we would use the swatch with selecting paint color and window coverings. The sale person was very helpful and ordered a swatch. We received a confirmation that they received a request. After a month we did not receive. We went back to the store and the person said it must have gotten lost in the mail .Offered to borrow a larger swatch with a downpayment and it wasnt available in the store so we ordered another swatch and verified that the address was correct. Again we received a confirmation that they received it request. 2 months later no swatch. If we cant get a swatch would we ever get our furniture? Just lost a sale for a sofa and any other furniture we would buy in the future.

DO NOT WORK WITH BORIS. Do not shop at this store unless you want a nightmare. This is the worst customer experience Ive ever had and I mean every word of that. FIRST and foremost its important for you to know that in the fine print they reserve the right to alter your custom order without asking you, without telling you and as they deem fit. You get to find out when the furniture is delivered and 4 inches shorter than you ordered. We even called Boris 3 times before placing the order to confirm that this particular chair, in this particular fabric, on this frame would be this height. As a natural salesman he assured us everything would be that way, only to find out 8 weeks later it would not be that way. Of course when you call to understand why you are told they no longer make that item and it will have to stay as is and please accept our tiny discount. SECOND do not plan on getting that discount for weeks. We have been on the phone with Boris asking where the refund is. We are told it was processed and the email should be arriving saying it was processed, however no email. So they ask for another email address, we give it to them and still no email. Almost feels as though they are avoiding processing the refund. THIRD let me also point out we believe there is also call dodging going on. My wife has called multiple times and asked for Boris only to be told hes with another customer and will call back and as you can guess no he does not call back. She calls again and is told he is with a customer, so she decided to call back immediately from our house phone (different number) and wouldnt you know it, Boris answers! This is ridiculous, the store is ridiculous, we still have no refund and we owe it to fellow customers to inform them...just read the other reviews and do not shop here!!

We really liked their furniture (although we havent gotten much of our order) but the service HAS BEEN TERRIBLE! We ordered about $6,000 of furniture from their Brookfield store the first week of July. They checked and told us that everything wed ordered was in stock . Thus, they wanted the entire bill paid immediately (which we did). We were told the furniture would be delivered an a week so we got rid of the couch and chairs in our living room that week. They ended up delivering one small item. When we questioned the delivery crew that checked and told us the rest would be delivered the following week. When we didnt hear from them by the middle of August (3 weeks later) we called the store and were told that everything would be delivered the last week in August. Its now the middle of September and when we called their corporate office we were told that theyre backed up and we probably wont get anything till October. Were not very hopeful of that and, were getting to a point where we think we may have been scammed and might NEVER get any furniture or our money back! We now have a main room in our house we has been unusable for 3 months and were $6,000 poorer. My advice to anyone is to GO SOMEWHERE else! Great Front but no service or furniture delivered once they have your money! Had to rate them 1 star to post this but I wouldt have given them that!

I echo comments from previous reviewers regarding the very poor communication. I was initially excited to see Arhaus open a location in the area as I was familiar with the brand and quality of furniture. Our experience so far has been one of the worst purchasing experiences Ive had with any retailer. We ordered several pieces in August and were told it would be 3 -4 weeks. This didnt happen. When I called to inquire I was told that they were waiting on one piece. I was offered the option of separate deliveries, but chose to wait a few weeks and get it all at once. I received a call about a week later to schedule delivery. The main piece was very large and required a lot of work to prepare the area. On the delivery date, every piece EXCEPT for the large piece was delivered. When I asked the delivery team about the missing piece their response was this happens all the time. I called the store a few days later and spoke to the manager. She apologized and offered to refund the delivery fee. She also committed to keeping me updated on the status of the delivery and assured me that it would not be much longer. This didnt happen. I called a few times and left a message and my calls were not returned. I went to the store and spoke to the manager again. After about 20 minutes of her contacting the warehouse, etc., she offered me two options. Option 1) take delivery of the floor model at a discount. Option 2) Cancel the order and get a refund. I chose option 1. Big mistake. The manager said she would call me the following day (Monday) with a status update and the piece would be delivered by the end of the week. I received a call the next day - not from the manager as promised, but Ill give credit for the call at least. I was told that the floor model was OKd and I would be contacted about the discount. That was the last Ive heard - almost two weeks ago. Ive called several times and left a message with no response. Meanwhile, Im paying for furniture that I dont have and have a large empty space in the room it was supposed to be placed. I regret that I had not done my homework on this company before making such a large purchase. Almost every social media review of Arhaus - locally and nationally is poor and basically is the same story. Poor communication. Long waits. There are additional incidents related to my purchase that I havent mentioned - all negative. Its too bad that social media is my only recourse to find some type of resolution. So, Ill start my social media campaign today. Ill also be contacting the local TV stations. They would probably love a story about a new retailer to the area that already has many dissatisfied customers. Did I mention that Im an Arhaus credit card holder? Not anymore.

Took my family into the store and we were set on purchasing a Baumann entertaintment system, which is over $6000. I counted seven people working in the store and not one of them assisted us. I went online to see if I could find the piece and also have my questions answered. The chat function online was down. Not impressed with the store staff or purchasing experience. Ill find quality furniture elsewhere.

Awful experience! I made a purchase beginning of July & Im still waiting for a table which was allegedly in stock and also paid in full. Two weeks went by, I called and was asked to give it another two weeks as the piece was actually out of stock, another two weeks goes by, so I call again, this time Im told the table is being built and would be a few more weeks. Almost, 3 months later & Im trying to get in touch with a third party delivery service because the sales people are clueless - 45mins on hold yesterday while she read through the notes trying to locate my furniture. Very unprofessional operation, I will not shop here again.

I went to a conference in WI and decided to visit the store, and I had the pleasure of meeting Shakira Berg, I explained that I lived in GA, and I was impressed by how professional she was. I described my house and areas where I was planning to upgrade my furnitures and she took her time, and treated me in a super professional way. I’mback to home and I decided to hire her as my Design Consultant without think twice. I’m in love of the Brentwood sectional collection, the Kensington Dinning table and the Everest chair.Yes, I will recommended the Store and please do not forget to call and make an appointment with Shakira Berg, she is awesome!

BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This furniture store is Heaven Sent! Wisconsin was in need of the beauty and extraordinary quality of furniture that Arhaus offers. For years I had been searching for a bedroom set for my daughter that did not look like all the others. Alas, I found it at the Arhaus location in Brookfield, Wi. I cant be anymore Happy with the affordable price and the superb quality of the set! Most importantly, the Customer Service I received was of the utmost quality. My sales associate was Jennifer, who went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me with all my shopping needs.They were also extremely accommodating with with MY ever changing schedule..to the point that I was also able to work with Laura, Kathy, Marcia, Cary Lee and Jill (Arhaus Manager). I was impressed by how they worked Fantastic as a Team and never made me feel like only Jennifer could assist me.The delivery company that they use (David Gago) was HIGHLY experience and took ALL precautions to wrap each furniture item with protective moving blankets. They also took Great care when delivering, assembling and positioning the furniture. They made sure that all pieces were placed exactly where and how I wanted them.I want to also mentioned that one of my pieces came form the Oakbrook store in Illinois. I called that store with a question that I needed answered and was provided the best customer service by Tom! He is truly wonderful! I will definitely continue to shop at Arhaus and Highly recommend them as an alternative to all the same old furniture stores around.

New customer .same story .We bought a media console from the Brookfield store. Loved the piece and the designer at Arhaus. Thats where it ends.2 months later today we asked them to just take all their furniture back and give us our money backThe initial piece was defective .The subpar delivery service never communicated this to anyone. it took weeks before anyone scheduled an expert to come and fix the problem.He came alone unprepared and without a stepladder to fix anything . Another 2 weeks later no callbacks. I called and the concierge said they would replace the piece after checking it works .Well guess what the same delivery service showed up today were rude and abrasive once we got upset as they had half the piece they were going to try and fix. I have never had such an awful experience,. This is the first negative review i have ever written and have never been so frustrated with a company either. Hopefully we will get our money back . DONT GO TO THIS STORE unless you can walk out with the furniture you intend to buy. As for the nice ladies who work at the actual store you are wasting your talent working for this company!
