Love our new barstools. Update. It’s been over a year now and we just moved to Tennessee and of course these bar stools were a big factor in the house choice because these stools had to fit in the new house and they do. We still love them and they’ve held up beautifully. No signs of wear at all and they are tough as nails. We have cats that use them as stepping stools (lol) and not a mark. I consider them one of my prized pieces of furniture

This place has the best variety of quality bar stools at a fair price. At first I was looking at bar stools I liked at Pier 1, but after sitting on them in Pier 1, I realized how wobbly and noisy they were. I am an average/smaller size person and do not think these would hold up for even average sized people. They would probably collapse Shallow Hall style if anyone of decent size sat on them. Even worse is they were still pricey.The quality is so much better at Barstool Central and the stools we bought have a 10 year warranty on the bearing. We ended up custom ordering ours and are very happy with the durability of our bar stools. The staff/owners are very friendly and helpful. The selection is great. This is the place to go for quality bar stools.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about their selection. Unfortunately most things were out of what we were willing to spend on stools. The cheapest ones (not clearance/no matches) were still a hundred+ dollars. But the store is very nice, clean, and they have puzzles! How fun.

We worked with Mary, she is enthusiastic, not pushy and knowledgeable. We have been looking for kitchen furniture for over a year. When we just happened to be driving by when we were on our way to get my hair cut. My wife shouted out BARSTOOLS, I did a u turn and we were there. Lets just say this is the place to go. Friendly staff, great selection and you wont be disappointed. Also there was a guy there whose name escapes me right now but he was also awesome. My wife and I highly recommend, there are so many options and we enjoyed looking.

Great selection, many were customizable with different frame colors, seat materials and patterns, as well as adding or removing arms. Sales people are not on commission, so a very enjoyable experience. You can also take something home before you order to make sure it works in your room!

First of all, tons of options to choose from! Mary helped me pick out custom barstools for my new apartment. She was very knowledgeable and had excellent customer service!

I love this store! Like the other review said, if Barstool Central doesnt have the barstool you are looking for it probably doesnt exist. The store itself must have 400 floor samples, plus amazing wall art, and pub tables, you name it! Ive gotten almost all of my furniture from them. They have a lot more than just Barstools. And there is Gracie, the friendly dog that welcomes all of the customers, it is family owned and operated and has been a favorite of mine since they opened in early 2000. Do yourself a favor and stop in, dont buy Barstools online, I did that and had to pay a fortune to return them. The store even allows you to rent out their floor models so you can put them in the area before making a decision. And the staff goes above and beyond to be sure we are all satisfied with our purchases!
