Was in this store awhile ago and have tried on several occassions to take my husband back. However, not sure, when this store is ever open. A few weeks ago, we tried on a Sunday and the store was closed at 5pm even though there was someone in the store. The lady Jackie I spoke to on the phone can not seem to answer the questions about what I need. So we ended up at another retailer to get our new bed. be sure to call becuase they are not open when it states they are

This is the first time I have truly never felt awkward shopping for a mattress. Cassandra was so great to work with and actually made mattress shopping fun! This store is sort of hidden, but definitely worth stopping in. You wont be rushed, pressured, or put on an email list; its great. Its how mattress shopping should be.

We live in Minnesota and ordered a mattress and adjustable base through the website. After several weeks with no information of when we would get delivery of our bed and sitting on hold for several days I googled and called this store. Cassandra was in a word amazing. She listened to my complaints and then asked for some information and let me say made it so we got our bed!!!!! I honestly did not expect the service that I got from her. We did not purchase from this store but she communicated with us and helped fix an error that had to order on a hold because of a typing error or something. The understanding and compassion that Cassandra gave us was like I said amazing. We will be in the Milwaukee area later this summer and we can not wait to stop and say thank you to her in person. We do love our tempurpedic and if you are looking for great customer service then you must contact this store.

The store was clean and all possible COVID-19 precautions were being taken to make finding the right pillow a sanitary and safe experience. We had a great experience at the Tempurpedic store! We have been putting off getting a new bed for quite some time. We were very overwhelmed each time we would attempt to go and find a new bed. Not only did Cassandra make us comfortable but she also really helped us find the perfect bed and we ended up getting an adjustable base that we had no interest in. My back pain is gone and we sleep the best we ever have. This store is so welcoming and so is the staff. Get the base! it is beyond fantastic.

I would highly recommend this store. The level of service was excellent and there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. Renae and the manager of the store had my wife try several different pillows to see which one fit her the best. We went into the store to buy a mattress topper and came out with that and two Cloud pillows. We had a wonderful sleep last night.

Very clean and wonderful store. We walked in and Renae greeted us and was very helpful. We cant wait to get our new bed delivered. We did our research and kinda had our mind made up before we went to the store. Renae gave us time for both of us to lay on the beds to make sure we were happy with our choice.

Stopped in to purchase a pillow and ended up also purchasing the Ergo Extended adjustable base, the following week purchased several more pillows and fell in love with the Tempur pedic Luxe Breeze mattress. We were very impressed with both Renae and Cassandra, excellent customer service and very helpful. We truly are thrilled with our new mattress and adjustable base, after purchasing our super comfy sheets, we are absolutely sleeping much better. We highly recommend Tempur pedic products for the most restful sleeping experience.

We previously experienced a Tempur-Pedic mattress at another location and wanted to check out the flagship store. I had a great conversation with the manager, Cassandra, yesterday and she was able to answer all of the questions I had and really helped me to confirm our decision. We came in today and were greeted by Renae. There was no sales pressure throughout the experience, just very knowledgeable staff. The mattress sells itself!

The staff at Brookfield Temperpedic were OUTSTANDING. Chris and Cassandra helped me for over 30 minutes trying to find just the right pillow. They made me feel like nothing else mattered but me. They checked my spine alignment on each pillow. They directed me based on my preferences and body type. I own two Temperpedic mattresses and now I own a pillow. Folks you don’t have to settle for mediocre service. These folks know the true meaning of the word “service.” I will refer my friends and family and will purchase more Temperpedic in the future!!!! We really wanted an adjustable and came in asking for a certain price range, she not only respected that but explained our options as we priced both up a bit, and down. I went to this store looking to replace my old Tempur-Pedic pillow. Chris showed me all the options and set me up to try them out. Do yourself a favor if you are interested in a tempupedic and come to the flagship store! We needed to do an exchange on our tempurpedic we bought at another retail store in the area and it was just to firm. The other retailer told us that we had to come to the flagship store to pick out what e needed and then to let them know. The store was pristine and they really have a great system down for keeping people safe durng Covid. Cassandra helped us and was so knowledgable that we wish we would have had this service when we did our purchase. She was great and totally helped us make the right choice for our exchange. She knew what we were there to do and did not hesitate to make sure that we made the right choice. I wish we had made the purchase at the flagship store. The customer service here is superior to ANYWHERE else I have seen in many years. You will not be disappointed comeing to see these ladies. They know their stuff and are a pure joy to work with. I had a great experience with Chris at the Brookfield location. He spent almost an hour with me as I spent time trying the various mattresses and asking numerous questions. I purchased the Adapt Medium. I would definitely recommend talking with Chris, Dan or Cassandra if you’re looking for a mattress. It’s worth the money! Can’t wait to sleep on my new mattress!

My Dad broke his bed. I made an emergency appointment with Cassandra Webb, the manager. She showed us all the amazing beds making sure we picked the right one. Delivery was quick. Set up was super easy. The bed is perfect, Dad never slept better!

Fantastic service. Did not know this store was there until I googled Tempur-Pedic. I needed a pillow protector. When I got to the store was greeted by 2 store employees and they had the pillow cover at the counter ready for me. Now that I know this store is there I will be going there for sheet sets and any other bedding needs I may have.

My husband and I were able to make an appointment to shop for a new mattress. Let me start by saying that we had visited two other stores, and the Tempurpedic store was by far so much cleaner. There were masks available and the staff was wearing masks and they had hand sanitizer available. The biggest thing was that they had protectors that were put down for us for the pillows and the mattress. Neither of the other stores had any of these. Cassandra even put on a pair of gloves. Cassandra took the time to explain everything and asked us questions that we never would have thought of. The one that was hit me was how would you LIKE to sleep? Well after shoulder surgery for me and my husband and his back pain I have not been able to sleep on my side for YEARS and never thought that a PILLOW would make such a difference. We had no interest in the bed base that raises but after more information it is not what I expected and the instant pain relief that my husband had was just one word AMAZING. I was really not looking forward to this after what we have been through as it has been 6 months that we have put this off. We did not feel pressured and the time and care that was put into helping us is something that I wish came with all big purchases. Cassandra was great and we really are looking forward to being able to sleep how we WANT to for the first time in years.

After shopping for beds elsewhere, we were extremely pleased with our experience at the Flagship Tempur-Pedic store in Brookfield. Chris knew my husband was leery of going shopping during the pandemic and scheduled an appointment with us before the store opened. This store was by far the cleanest of all mattress stores I visited. Chris spent a great deal of time with us while we decided on the appropriate bed. Cassandra also helped us with additional questions, brackets for our headboard and finding some really comfortable sheets. We enjoyed our shopping experience thanks to Chris and Cassandra. I may have to go back just to visit them. :)

The delivery was perfect! We were going to get a standard mattress for our fifth bedroom, but love our two Tempur-Pedic mattresses so much we made a second trip to see Cassandra to buy a third Tempur-Pedic for the fifth bedroom!
