Do not trust Google Maps to take you to the right location - this salon is located on the opposite side of the mall than Google says near the Brookfield Conference Center and Movie Tavern. The girls who did my hair/makeup (I believe it was Moira for hair and Mackenzie for makeup) did a fantastic job. They were very patient, kind, and educated me on how to use some of their techniques on myself. The end result was perfect for my special night!

Needed help with my makeup since my hair changed from light blonde to gray when the highlighting grew out during the pandemic. My granddaughter is getting married and I wanted my makeup to compliment my dress color. Scheduled an appointment with Renee. She chose colors that will compliment my dress and instructed me on how to apply them. Shes very professional and talented . I left with a smile, elated that I will feel confident when the celebration begins. If you need a boost in your morale, dont hesitate to meet with Renee.

Mackenzie always does an incredible job with my lash lifts. The first time I was amazed at how much I loved my lashes and I will continue to go back. The ladies who work there are all so friendly. I highly recommend anyone to go there!

Katy is amazing. They have sales on the 5th Saturday if a month has it. But if you are looking to get your self treated request Katy. I have been going to her since 2010 at least if not earlier. She is gentle and great to you and your skin.

Renee and her team are beyond awesome. They really are a fantastic team that knows what theyre doing and how they can help. I have gotten my wife some very good cosmetics from them as presents. She loves themI have also purchased some sun screen for myself. Yes, Merle Norman makes sun lotion and it is amazing. I have super sensitive skin (its on fire with some other sun blocks) and I burn very easily. Circling back to my above comment on how good Renee and her team are, I told her I was moving to Florida. She said, you need good sun block. I got a bottle/tube of it and wow is it good. Ive been here for several months now and still havent gotten a burn (seriously) plus it doesnt dry all oily and nasty. Its hard to describe but its almost like a very fine powder. Really hard to describe other than Not an Oily Sunscreen Feel.Lastly, Im bald, so I never needed this, but they also do haircuts at this location.Actually lastly: the new location is great. Awesome sunlight, very bright and open. Old location was good, but this is much better.

I took my 9-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced this weekend, and one of their employees, Erin, made a special trip in just so my daughter could have both ears pierced at the same time. She came in, pierced one while the other employee pierced the other, and left again. They were all so kind and friendly. It was very clean. They went above and beyond to make the experience amazing for my little girl!

I had a 2:00 appt for an express facial. I got there 5 minites early and was told she was still busy with a client. I waited 25 minutes and no one updated me as to what the delay was. They were all busy with other customers so I just left. What a waste of my time.

Ive been going here for about 2 yrs. The staff is great & creative! I love when Erin has a new suggestion for hair color. They products are second to none. She suggested the renew serum for a problem area that Id had on my chin for years. I used it in the AM/PM and it cleared up with in a week. I was amazed! Ive continued with it and the issues havent come back. I will continue with them and would refer them to anyone looking for a quality consults on hair styles, colors & products!

I just do t have a complaint about the place. I love their make up of course. But also, they are well versed in their products and help you make the right choice for you without being too pushy.

On Monday we spent the day shopping with our two grand daughters at Brookfield Square - we also picked up some cosmetics for my daughter. Just before leaving we sat in the Food Court and had a treat. We happened to place our grand daughters charm bracelets in the Merle Norman bag so they wouldnt get mixed in with all the clothes we bought. We left that bag behind when we left - we were sick. Before we even got home some Good Samaritan walked that bag all the way back to Merle Norman and then Katy at Merle Norman went out of her way to figure out who the bag belonged to and then called my daughter. Everything was still intact and we retrieved the bag today. Words can not adequately thank Katy and I sure wish we knew who went out of their way to return that bag - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!! Hope Good Karma catches up with you some day...you both deserve it.

I called and made an appointment for 1:30 pm. Laura and I were rudely interrupted by another customer during my appointment. Laura should have explained to the customer that I had an appointment and she would help her shortly. Instead Laura left me sitting there and waited on the other customer. I waited for a long time, then I got up and left. I was stunned when Laura called me an hour later to slap me on the wrist saying she couldnt control how many people come in at any given time, etc., etc., etc. I agree. She could not, but she could have properly managed the situation by advising the other customer of my appointment and she would be with her soon. Had Laura not called me to chastize me, I might have dismissed it as typical rudeness by both of them, but after Lauras phone call, I will never purchase MN products.

I am fourth-generation of women in my family using Merle Norman products, and I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly, and they are always helpful in addressing my current beauty concern.

Renee and Erin traveled to Hartland, WI to do my and my bridesmaids and readers makeup for my 12/19/15 wedding at Rustic Manor 1848. She was recommended to me by the venue owners and I could not have made a better decision in going with her! She was an absolute pleasure to work with - on the big day and also during my trials. When I was stressed out and unsure exactly what I wanted during the trials, she was super nice and helpful, patiently redoing certain aspects of my look until I was perfectly happy. On the day of, her and Erin managed to fit in at least two extra people at the last minute, still finishing ahead of schedule. Not only was I thrilled with my makeup, but so was everyone else - thats why we had last-minute additions! I would definitely recommend her!
