This is just my shopping experience (Not pharmacy). This is my preferred store I like to go to. I like that its quiet most of the time and they have all of my needs. The store is clean, I do wish they would stock up on their makeup. The cashiers are okay. The tall guy with red hair is kind of rude but it wont stop me from coming back. Its an average CVS.

Cashier refused to take my $4 rewards off, and gave no explanation. It wasnt expired and had no restrictions, it was register rewards from a previous purchase. She refused to honor the coupon, refused to get a supervisor and refused to give my coupon back. So now my cvs card is in the trash where it belongs, will never be back. Horrible staff at this location.

I called twice and they lift and hang up the phone I understand pharmacy is closed but I had a question about something else. I guess I have no choice but to take my businesses somewhere else. I hope someone from a high position reads this because you truly do deserve to get fired.

The pregnant pharmacist was so rude to my 67 year old grandmother. Thank god I was there because she has such a terrible attitude. Then ignored everything she was trying to tell her. Had it not been for me to put her in her place, the customer service there is so wrong!!! The cashier who helped me was very nice and sweet. It’s the pharmacist who needs to quit or lose her job. No one deserves her poor attitude. I can only imagine what else she ignores on purpose. I am calling corporate because it wasn’t just this one bad experience she acts like she doesn’t want to be there!!! If you don’t like your job then QUIT!

I have been here 3 times in the last 2 months for a prescription refill. Due to the super lone lines at the window due to COVID testing I came into the store. On all three occasions the pharmacy rep who got my prescription was wearing a mask so worn out it was hanging off their nose and they were constantly pulling it up, touching their nose and then my prescription. NOT acceptable.

Don’t go here for a covid test. Drive thru took like 5x as long per person compared to the north riverside CVS. Pick a different cvs

An hour before scheduled appointment for testing (covid19) they gave me a call and told me that their system is currently down. They said that they will give me a call to reschedule appointment for testing but they never gave me a call back.

I would give zero stars if I could. The store manager here is a joke. Smiles in your face and laughs in it when you turn around. Go to Walgreens right down the street. I was in there yesterday and I heard someone is no longer working there. Good for him I’m sure he is happier now.

Very disappointing. Pharmacist instead of helping downgraded me by starting every sentence with” you do not comprehend what I am saying”. Funny since I am a health care provider. Assume I do comprehend. Customer service- terrible

This CVS, which was NOT good as far as customer service and inventory when I moved here 5 years ago improved significantly when Rita took over as manager. There was a greater selection of items, the staff was extremely helpful, and the checkout was quick. Now, she is gone, there is a new manager. I went to shop the day after Christmas and other than one small selection of candy NOTHING was marked down for sale. The last two times I was there they were out of a specific liquor I always bought. I go to the CVS by Tishlers now - I cant walk there, but the store is much better managed.

They are always friendly but in 10 years (insurance makes us use cvs) they have NEVER gotten the prescriptions all filled correctly and ready for pickup when they said they were completed.Today when I tried to refill a prescription with 3 refills left via the phone I was told it was inactivated and this this is only done if the patient tells us they are no longer taking the meds and we should inactivate it. Even though I told them that I the patient never made such a call they said I need to get s new prescription. If I need to make an appointment they better pay my copay. VERY frustrating.

Horrible experience, the two guy employees were very rude, & discriminating, they put up limits on the detergent after they seen me grab 4, they put signs up saying limit 2, followed me around, the older man had nasty attitude.! Didnt even shop there, will never go back again smh people can be so rude& mean why would they work in a public place.!

I cannot thank them enough they were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I had an expensive prescription to fill and they lowered the price to less than one third . The best part is not waiting for a long time I walked in and walked out with my prescription. Thank you Bernie, Dr.Tom and Nancy you made my day.

This happens almost every single time I call the pharmacy. I call and usually I’m on hold for 10m or so, then the pharmacist will pick up and ask if I can hold and as I’m responding she puts me on hold.

There was a worker and she was following me and my brother around with a camera and videotaping us for some reason like we were going to steal something we just to buy some snacks and she told us that she got it on video because my brother accidentally dropped something on the floor he picked it up and put it back and also she thought that we stoled Hairspray and we didnt and I felt racially profiled in this store and offended and that was my first encounter there I shop there many times and never encountered that and thats just not right to follow someone around with a camera and assuming that theyre going to steal something because of their nationality were the color of the skin thats just not right
