All the people who give 1 star have to realize they are not the center of the universe.
If youre ok with a pharmacy tech having total say over what you take and dont take regardless of what your well educated doctor says, this is the place for you to be. I have had this pharmacy change prescriptions so many times without notice or consent, I AM DONE! I was threatened with child services, had my son threatened to be taken off his insurance by the pharmacy clerk (I still have the recording), when I wanted to get a Rx filled elsewhere, they wouldnt release the Rx.Now they changed my glucose meter Rx to something thats been on the shelf forever rotting (the exp date gives it away), they didnt change the lancets, I paid for, and now that they wont fit together, they wont take anything back. They also said they billed my insurance, that they looked up from my personal information without my consent, but they actually used a manufacturers coupon on their side and gave me a receipt to show it billed to my insurance with claim reference numbers. In my world, this is called FRAUD. Im so done. The store side people are pretty cool though.
I came to purchase a brace for my wrist after leaving my doctors appointment. I was not greeted at all by any staff. I walked in/traveled through health and beauty/over to the n pharmacy/then to the orthopedic section of support braces. I was not able to find the right brace on my own. I then headed towards the front passing two staff member who didnt even say hello.Mind you Im a 65 black man in the suburb of Brookfield, during this social climate. But I deserve the same level of customer service no mayter what Walgreens I walk into.I hope this post encourages a better climate in this store.Minorities beware this may be a high risk location!
Clarice and Macayla were awesome. I have ALWAYS had great customer service at this Walgreens as I drive out of my way to come here. I am a professional make up artist and skin care expert and I just may apply to help deserving people love their appearances. Thank you Clarice and feel free to call me anytime. I am interested.
Despite the fact that you guys had those poor people working in such freezing weather (in which Walgreens or any other establishment shouldnt be open, especially if the government buildings are closed due to the weather), the nighttime manager and staff were very courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate their hospitality. I can tell there is new management. I wish Id gotten her name, but I do remember her beautiful hair twists, she was African american and had excellent excellence customer service. Great experience for such a cold night. Keep up the good work!
Ive never had a bad experience here.I am unable to note them by name, but all of the staff and pharmacists I have interacted with have been warm and cheerful, even when the store is busy.
I arrived at Walgreens from urgent care in Menomonee Falls five minutes before eight, closing time. The staff closed windows inside and putzed around until the lights went out in the drive-through and then came and said they couldn’t fill the prescription because they were closed but it was still not quite 8 PM. I needed to high powered antibiotics and I was in severe pain. They suggested we drive to another Walgreens to get the prescription filled. All I wanted was to be home in bed. They clearly do not care about their patients and their welfare. If you say you were open till eight you should not require someone to be there by 7:30 to request a prescription fill. Then my husband went back this morning to get my prescription and I got a phone call that she looked at the wrong time stamp and it was there for pick up. Grrrrr
Waited over an hour for a simple inhaler to get filled was told since I didn’t wait there with my sick kid that other people took priority! It’s an INHALER! Put a sticker on it and be done with it!!!
I like this Walgreens. They dont follow me around. I can shop in peace. Only issue is that the music is a little too loud for me
Updated Review: Having now dealt with this pharmacy for several months since moving to Brookfield the pharmacy hours and out of stock on common medications make it VERY inconvenient. Compounded by even more strict controls on painkillers (of their choosing as a pharmacy tech told me today) Ive been on for years makes me not want to shop for anything extra at this location.IF youre moving to Brookfield, consider another pharmacy as this one is a pain (literally) to deal with. If changing pharmacies with controlled substances (I have 28 pieces of metal in my neck & spine and live in pain 24/7) was not such a hassle Id switch.*Maybe its this pharmacy that made it so hard, I never had problems like this in other cities or Ruby Isle pharmacy in Brookfield.
The management is terribly unprofessional. They attempted to kick me out of the establishment for talking to a friend that happened to be an employee. The customer service I’ve recieved as a paying costumer from the Store manager Alyssa was atrocious. Very uncomfortable environment.
Very nice Walgreens
