Normally I do a quarterly supply run and shop at the Oak Creek location. Just happen to be in the area and thought to stop at my previous Sallys location on Capitol. Surprised to see such a low supply of multiple items I normally get. Only had a single large bottle of shampoo I use, very low amount of loose nail files, face masks, and foot soaks. Then found out they no longer carry extra stock in the back and now charge $0.15 for bags. No big deal and Sallys doesnt want to add plastic to the environment, but just added to the disappointment of lack of product and larger then normal bill.
