I came here to return an Aveda product I purchased online because it states on the website that I can return their products at any aveda experience center, I was told they don’t take returns & to go to the Neroli salon & spa to return it. I went there & they told me to come here because they don’t take returns. I told them I was told to come there & they told me to go to the Aveda store at Mayfair. They’re closed so I did all this driving around for nothing.
I was excited to find out that they brought back scalp benefits shampoo. This is one of their best products ever. It makes me wonder why they discontinued it in the first place. I was happy to hear that enough customers complained about it being gone and they listened.
I love Aveda products. I could spend a lot of money there on their stuff :-)I went there tonight because they started offering hair services (this Aveda store is owned by Neroli). I decided to check it out and get my haircut here because I had a horrible hair cut experience elsewhere (and I gone to another salon to get it fixed but they didnt do much so I didnt return to that salon either). The hair stylists name is Monica and she has been cutting hair for 15+ years. She listened to what I wanted and my haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it.I highly recommend coming here for a haircut (and products too)
Always helpful with my questions. My hair smells wonderful and looks healthy.
I love their products. Prices can be a bit much, but worth the price.
I love Aveda! The prices are a bit high, but a go to when I want to splurge and treat myself.
