Went here today to exchange 5 items that I never used (which you can always do with their items)- and was told to go to the front and do a product for product (exchange for the same exact type of product) which I was fine with. When the cashier was going to help me,some lady with red hair and tattoos bombarded her and told her that I can only get store credit which I was fine with until she told me that I would only get 28 dollars back,which doesnt make sense at all. I told her that I was told by customer service representatives at BBW- that I can come in and do an exchange. She then proceeded to say that “Our policy changed we dont do that anymore”. The cashier even looked at her weirdly. Funny, because I went to Mayfair right after and guess what??? They let me do an even exchange with no hassle. Im sure the color of my skin had alot to do with it. Im sure if you are white, then you wont have a problem. Everyone else, go to Mayfair.

Mask police at the door want you to put hand sanitizer on or wash your hands in the sink and wear a mask. The mandate has ended and the madness needs to stop. We are not in China. I have religious and medical exemptions and I was made to feel like I wasnt allowed to shop there. This is free America and not communist China. Although I purchased what I needed, this franchise needs to stop policing at the damn door. Youre lucky I still shopped there considering the treatment. We are not performing surgery, we are buying home goods. Big difference bath and body works. Big difference.

Spent a lot of time trying to figure out the prices on things. Those should be posted more clearly.

My go to store for Bath and Body Care products and candles. Would not consider shopping elsewhere. They have the Best products with a large variety of scents. They run a lot of good sales and send you coupons that come in handy too.

Always do my Christmas shopping here early to get the 50% deal.

I was so impressed with my trip to Bath & Body Works this morning. A staff member, Brittany, greeted me with hand sanitizer. She recommended a lovely gift set well within my budget. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Thank you Brittany!

They had the bags ready to go for the candle sale! They were very organized and the store had plenty of workers. The store was very clean. Checkout was very organized and only stood in line for 5 min!

I really think Im going to start going to this location versus Bayshore or Mayfair. Bayshore did not have the candles I wanted. Mayfair answered the phone and said hold on. MAYFAIR kept me holding for 10 minutes. I called Brookfield Square I was assisted right away and they had and held the items for pickup!!!!

Never ever feel welcomed at this location and will never go back. I would rather go to their several other locations where they welcomes all kinds of people.

I went here picking up a gift for a friend and had never been here before. The staff was very helpful in narrowing scents down and describing the different products. With great deals, and a big selection to chose from, there is something here for everyone!! Highly recommend!!

I just love Bath and Body Works for fragrance mists, body lotions and creams and their aromatherapy showel gels, body lotions and candles.

I LOVE THIS STORE!!!!! Every location I go to... the staff is friendly. I understand that they have a selling model to follow, but they arent pushy about it. I often feel like Im just chatting about amazing smells with a girlfriend. Plus! There are ALWAYS deals! Do yourself a favor & sign up for the emails. I have a separate email for these type of things & B&BW always have some kind of deal somewhere. Thats how they get all my business. I spent $70, but!!! I saved $35 -me trying to justify!! But seriously, love this place.

This is a pretty good Bath & Body Works location. The store seems to be clean and well-organized, the customer service is decent, and the selection is good. It’s sad to see Brookfield Square struggling, but it looks like it’s under construction and being revamped. Hopefully the stores here can win out, because the location of the mall in general is very convenient.The semi-annual sale was happening when I stopped in, which is always a plus. The candle selection was plentiful, as was the body care (body wash and lotions). I picked up a few things I’m looking forward to using. Be sure to sign up for their emails so you receive the available coupons. My visit was a quick and painless in-and-out, which I appreciated.

Really had no intention of buying anything. Ended up spending $21. Bought tub of Water body scrub, tube of body lotion, small tube of hand cream, and White Citrus fragrance spray. Granted, I used coupons but great deal.

The new store is beautiful!Prices are a little excessive, but the fragrances are significantly better than those youd find at Wal-Mart so that makes the extra few dollars worth it.Ive always had a pleasant experience with the staff here, too.

They have a good sale right now on air freshener oils and outlet inserts ...the staff was very helpful

Their prices have gone up. When checking out, their registers dont update the total price and you have to sit there and wait for them to update so you can check out knowing the correct price

As a woodworker I was thrilled to find sents like mahogany and teak. As a person who actually knows what these things smell like I was mortified just smell the rendition that they created. Wood doesnt smell like that.
