I am an existing client of Dr Elizabeth Baron and have been for 2 years. I have been wearing multi-focals for around 20 years. I recently had my yearly checkup and chose a totally different frame - more rounder then what I usually wear - what a disaster - Firstly, the lab forgot to add my axis and the lenses had to go back. Then when they came back I had like 3 D vision, my sight was blurry at points, it was hard for me to walk down stairs, due to the depth perception I was experiencing. I went back and Lauren was so super helpful! Dr Baron rechecked my eyes and said that my vision was tweaked in the smallest amount and she couldnt understand why the glasses werent working, they re-did my lenses, only to have the same result. Where Lauren was extremely patient and actually listened to me, the same does not apply to her colleague, who tried to tell me that it is normal for people that had a change in prescription, to bring the reading matter closer to their eyes (?) (even though my script was only tweaked!) Where I come from - a different prescription makes reading easier and not harder. She got me so upset that I was ready to walk out and not go back! Lucky Lauren calmed me down and as a last resort, she said we should try a squarer frame, similar to the one I chose last year. I just received them yesterday and everything is as it should be - I couldnt be more happier! Seems my eyes do not like the rounder frames! Sad that some people will not listen and try and figure things out, but happy for Lauren that persevered! Such an asset to your company Dr Baron! One bad apple does not make the whole basket rotten, I still highly recommend Reverie Optique.

I have been going to Reverie for 10 years now. My husband and son also go here. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. We have never had a bad experience! The technology that they have is awesome and has helped me feel confident about the health of my eyes. I recommend them to everyone!

Staff is always friendly and helpful with insurance. I was able to schedule an appointment at a convenient time and was able to get the appointment started right away when I was about 15 minutes early. The office will text you appointment reminders (if you prefer), which I liked. Eye exam was thorough without any pressure to make any type of purchase. I enjoy coming here and feel that getting an annual exam is an important part of my overall wellness.

I cant thank this office enough for helping me during a difficult time. Not only did I break my glasses during socially distancing, but my frame was unavailable to order. I thought I would be on my own, but they were able to find a frame that fit my lenses. So grateful and will be back soon!

I am so grateful for this office as I went to a local chain optical and they missed diagnosed my symptoms. I went in complaining of a spot in my vision and they gave me some ointment and sent me on my way. Well long story short the spot didnt go away and I decided to try this office and they correctly diagnosed me, with a more serious condition by the way, and I am now on the mend. I have been wearing hard contacts for many years and have found many doctors wanted to put me in soft contacts and thought I was crazy for wanting to stay in them. I was so happy when I came here and the doctor reassured me I was in the best contacts for me and would not switch me if I was not having issues. I am so happy with the service and level of kindness I received at this office!

I love this office and am so happy to be back. Our insurance changed so we needed to change eye doctors and so I went to a chain optical. Well I quickly found out the difference between quality of care. I work in a hospital and understand quite well when I am being treated like a number. I cant say how happy I am to be back!

Easy to make an appointment, great availability and they got me in quickly. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful, updated office interior. Proficient and thorough appointment with Dr. Christiansen, who was so personable and knowledgeable. The selection of frames was AMAZING! The cutest, most stylish frames I have seen, no one else can compare or has similar selection. I will definitely be going back and changing my whole family over to this practice.

This office is great with kids! We went to a chain before this and they literally had a doctor on a TV screen! I was mortified and my child left crying. So of course they were so nervous coming into a new office and now they cant wait to come back. Thanks for making this such a great experience.

The doctors are great but the office staff is horrific.

I have lived in the area for over 10 years and never realized they were in Ruby Isle but now that I have found them I am not going anywhere else. Such a friendly office and great glasses selection. It is so refreshing to see staff laughing and who obviously love their job.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Elizabeth and her staff! After receiving a bad prescription from #Targetoptical in Waukesha (Dr Stefan Levay) and having him argue with me that the prescription was good - even though I told him that my eye was watering and didnt stop for a week! I made an appointment with Dr Elizabeth. She performed my test, I ordered glasses, I picked them up yesterday and would you know it, I could see perfectly, without having my eyes having to get used to a new prescription as told to me by Dr Stefan. Of course there was a difference in the prescription as I suspected. I highly recommend Reverie Optique and have my husband switching over too! Thank you for the excellent service provided and providing me with glasses and a prescription that I can actually see with. Sorry ladies - you are stuck with me now :)

I have a been a patient of Dr. Brooks for 15 years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. Dr. Brooks is just an honest, great practitioner. I have not seen Dr Christiansen-Baron, but I know if she was welcomed into this practice she must be just as awesome. Centrally located in Brookfield for easy access! They have updated their selection of eyeglasses too.

I am so happy with the staff and doctor at this office. I have been going here for years and am always happy with the service I receive. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Dr.Christensen for awhile now and she has made my experience so great with Reverie Optique! I have chronic dry eye at such a young age and it can be very frustrating and painful, but Dr.Christensen is always there to help with a positive attitude and willingness to do whatever she can, even when she isn’t working. I hate feeling like a problem client for always coming in with issues but she always reassures me that it’s ok and we will figure out a new solution right away. Having a doctor like her, who is so personable and truly cares about you, is so important and makes the experience so much better!

I brought my son to a chain store for his exam and got glasses, but he was having issues so we went back numerous times to try to fix the issue but with no resolve. So we came to this office for a second opinion only to find out they gave my son too much of a prescription in his glasses and that was why he was having issues. He is now doing great with his new glasses, thank you!

I was so happy to find an eye doctor that will do my diabetic exam without sitting in lobby for hours at my old eye doctor. They were helpful, efficient and on time!

The experience getting the glasses was alright (thus, the single star) but afterwards things went quite disastrously. I had the glasses shipped to my address, but when they came, the no longer fit like they did in the store and kept slipping down my face. I called the store, and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I left a message on their website and they still ever got back to me. I called them one and a half weeks later finally to learn that they have no return policy, regardless of the circumstances. The glasses were over 400 dollars. You would think they would tell you if there was no return policy...

I love my new glasses, I went into the store for their big sale to buy a pair of glasses and ended up with 3 pairs LOL. They have a great selection and everyone was so helpful. I met the doctor just in passing and am definitely going back for an exam!

I was told I had pink eye by my regular doctor and then went to urgent care when it wasnt getting better. They gave me some drops but it still wasnt better. I finally came in and found out it was something totally different. So glad I came in and am finally on the mend!
