I usually hate these kind of appointments but Jackie helped me have a great experience from beginning to end here. As I arrived she greeted me & set the right expectation for how the appointment would go, what she needed from me as she walked me through some paper work I didn’t understand & led me to the doctor. After I was done with the Dr she took her time & found the best fit for a frame I felt confident it & reassured me I made the right choice coming here thanks to her assistance, professionalism & product knowledge. The staff is friendly and warm. Both doctors are great, excellent interaction with the client. Very inviting and conversational. Always updating equipment to stay up with technology. My contact fittings have been very accurate and always willing to help find a solution. I trust both doctors with helping me see better.

Ive been coming to Brookfield Vision for almost 10yrs now. My wife and two kids come here also. Theyve become an important part of our livelihood and we look forward in continuing that.I recently visited Brookfield vision in late December to get fitted for replacement Protective eyewear.Started off with the eye exam. Folks, Im gonna tell you, Dr. Tran always makes me feel like Im the only patient she sees. Its almost as if shes waiting for me to come in. She stays on top of my records, asks how Im doing, and if I took any follow up to any recommended checkups.I got my Safety glasses and I love them. There were some issues with the timing of the sideshields and the vendor, but Brookfield vision was very involved in providing the BEST customer service possible, given the circumstance, and thats what will keep me(and my family) as a customer. A business that truly CARES....

Dr. Tran is an outstanding optometrist! She takes the time to get to know you and listens to your concerns, and offers solutions for your eye care. You do not feel rushed or uncomfortable during any appointments. I have ordered contacts and glasses a few times and they always arrive sooner that estimated. Office hours are convenient and they do have some weekend hours.

Dr Tran treats my whole family. She is very personable and caring. Gentle with my son! Top notch! Would recommend her to everyone!

I have three words to rate Brookfield vision simply the Best I have macular degeneration and its a scary thing from the front desk to the doctors they calm my nerves and they really know what theyre doing theyve got an excellent selection of frames as well as an unlimited options and lenses I would recommend them to my friends and my family and anybody else I run into I will be doing the same
