My appointment started on time, the staff was very friendly and professional. There wasn’t any pressure to buy anything I didn’t want. All my questions were answered with a smile. Nice relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.
DO. NOT. COME. HERE!!!First problem was was I couldn’t see out of my glasses. They remade them. Then the lens popped out. I go back to get it fixed. I also ordered contacts that I haven’t received and it has been weeks at this point, so while I was there I asked Corinthia if she could check on them. She tells me they were delivered and I tell her they were absolutely not delivered. Long story short, she and I literally get into it. She’s yelling at me, threatening to call the cops all in front of my baby. Had the worst attitude with me. I even told her she needed to walk away from me and she wouldn’t. Kept standing and staring at me saying she was but wouldn’t . Like I am a customer who made a huge purchase at your store and am missing my contacts, my glasses broke and she has an attitude with me?! Yells at me?! She finally goes and sit down. I told my baby I can’t wait to contact their headquarters and she comes back and begins at me again! I told her to leave me alone and she just kept going! I will never be back here except to pick up my glasses. The WORST experience I have ever had at an eye doctor and I’ve been going to one for 22 years! Worst experience actually I have ANYWHERE. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and trashy of her.Never in my life have I had an experience like this. Disgusting. She needs to be reprimanded. Immediately
Everyone was so nice that the location on 175th W Bluemound Rd. The doctor was awesome she explain things that no other eye doctor explained before and Ive been wearing glasses for a long time. Everyone is awesome and the work as a team. I love to see people who work together. From the front to the back of the office everyone was sweet.
My family and I had an amazing experience when we went in for our visits. The staff was very accommodating since my husband, daughter and I had back to back appointments. Dr.Jeevan was amazing with my nervous 7 year old daughter (she had her eyes dilated). I look forward to my future visits!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!This is the second time I’m having a bad experience at this place. They are liars and unprofessional people. I have worked with Vision Works and other providers in the past, unfortunately which are not in my insurance coverage now. I am going to switch to previous insurance to get rid of this provider. Because of their foolishness and greed my child is now pushed back in getting glasses by more than a month . Every time I have been to this store, someone is expressing his or her discontentment. Surely something is awfully wrong with them.
This is the worst eye appointment I ever had. The rooms are too small so you actually have to take your eye test in a mirror with the chart behind you. There is no way you can get an accurate prescription. I’m on 4th pair of glasses and still can’t see a thing. Distorted from wrong assessment
The worst. Three months ago my husband was going on long trip and wanted to get an extra set of contact lenses in case he would lose one. He scheduled an appointment at Pearle Vision on Bluemound Rd. in Brookfield. He told the doctor that he was leaving on a trip in a month and that he needed the contacts before then. He was told this would be no problem that lenses come back within 2 weeks at the most and they would call him when they arrived. Never received a call and got busy before the trip, so ended up leaving without the new lenses. Got back 3 weeks later and realized he still had not heard from Pearle, now 7 weeks after the appointment. Went into the store to see where the lenses (which he had paid for) were. They checked and found that no one had ever placed the order for the lenses. They apologized and sent the order that day. A week later they call and his lenses had arrived. He picked them up, took them home and found only one lense had been delivered (note: he has two eyes). He called them and they ordered another pair that took another week (now 10 weeks from appointment). He received the new lenses, put them on, wore them for a couple for days and found that he was having a hard time reading and watching TV. The doctor had ordered lenses that were too strong. He went back to his old lenses that work great and kept the new, too strong, contacts for an emergency. Decided he will go elsewhere and get properly fitted contacts. Pearle Vision seems incapable.As a side note, today (5/26/21) he was having lunch at First Watch and decided to go into Pearle Vision, which was next door, to look at some sun glasses (figured it would be hard for them to screw that up). As he walked in, was immediately asked if he had a mask and said no. He was told I he had to leave if he did not have a mask. Since he believes in following science and the CDC said masks are no longer required if you are vaccinated, he left, never to return.In summary, if you value the health of your eyes and/or you are put off by virtue signaling retailers that require masks when the science says they are not necessary, he highly recommends going anywhere but Pearle Vision for your eye care needs. Every aspect of their service was poor. Worst of all were the errors made by the doctor with his prescription.

I went in to get new frames and I was welcomed in when I first came in by Andrea. I also worked with Jessica and she was a joy as well!!! They were both friendly and very professional and I will definitely be only location to get my frames from. GREAT JOB LADIES AND I APPRECIATE YOU BOTH!!! I have been going here for 4 years now. Jessica is always so helpful. Shes great with helping pick out glasses and gives her honest opinion. Jessica is also great with helping with rebates. The rest of the staff are also so friendly.
I have never been so rushed through an appointment. I felt like I was just a number, not impressed I will not go back nor would I recommend to anyone.
Ordered contacts, and didnt wear them for a long time. Ordered another years worth because had FSA money left over. I was given wrong prescriptions. Left contacts given without power and right contacts given wrong power. When I called them to ask, they said they gave me the wrong prescriptions for both. No apology, just flat out said the prescriptions were wrong. They said only bring back unopened boxes. It has been 3 months and they never called me back to exchange my contacts. Never going back to them.
From the reviews Ive read, Ill never go here! They bribe you with gift cards if you give them 5 stars and say nothing but the positive, they lie about no refund policy and you never find out till its way too late, and appointments never stick. A $5 gift card for a good review is not worth risking a huge rip-off on getting new glasses only to find out Ill have to do it all over again loosing a whole months paycheck with nothing to show for it. Oh hell NO! Ill never go here, NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!
I have visited Pearle Vision three times over the past two years. Dr. Fan has always been professional and takes her time to ensure a thorough exam, while answering all my questions. Today, I visited simply to purchase new frames and lenses. I worked with Denise, who patiently helped me select the right style frame for my face (and age -ha!). After deciding I would like to also purchase sunglasses with prescription lenses, Denise listened carefully to what I wanted in a frame and helped me find the right one. Fitting the frames was a quick process, and I was on my way in no time. I had a great, no-pressure experience.

All the employees were extremely helpful while I was at my appointment. During the exams absolutely everything was explained to me which was so helpful in understanding the prescription changes and what it meant. When it came down to the purchase of frames the employee put a high value on making it the best experience for me. Overall great experience.

Overall, my experience at Pearle Vision was positive. I was immediately greeted by the staff. Dr. Fan was great; my exam with her was quick and productive. Paul did a fantastic job helping me pick out frames, he was patient and helpful. I could not decide between a few different frames and Paul helped me pick the most ideal ones. I will definitely be back to buy the other frames!
I’ve been looking for a place with more frame selection. Not only was the staff friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. Because my eyes were dilated I needed assistance choosing a frame. The representative was honest and gave me good feedback and opinions so I was able to get a really cute pair of glasses!
Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years and have always been near sighted. This is the first place that told me that Im far sighted (which is wrong). The lenses that they ordered gave me double vision and they told me that I just need time for my eyes to adjust. I told them no, that there is no way these are right. They gave me another eye exam and came up with a total different prescription. They reordered lenses in the new prescription and I couldnt read any letters out of my right eye. They wont honor the 30 day guarantee, wont refund my money and they still have my new glasses/lenses in their possession. They claim the 100% satisfaction guarantee doesnt include refunds and it only covers redoing the lenses one time.I went to a different optometrist (private practice) who confirmed that I am in fact near sighted, not far sighted like Pearle claimed and I got a new pair of glasses that I can see perfectly out of.Im currently in the process of fighting the charges with my credit card company, the BBB and the Consumer Protection Bureau but Pearle Vision is lying to them about having possession of the glasses.Terrible place, with terrible service and shady dishonest people. Stay far, far away!
First time customer at Pearle Vision great experience with staff that is highly knowledgeable and patient with me when I picked out my glasses wonderful experience.My son Troy Johnson had a great experience as a first time client at Pearle Vision he was very happy and satisfied with his glasses and the help he received from some of the staff like Crissy and Victoria in regards to picking out his glasses.

My experience at this location was mainly positive. Crissy was approachable and supportive in my indecisive eye ware search, without being pushy. She was also proactive with obtaining information regarding my insurance and took the time to determine the best deal for me. Though, I am always weary of places that say they will give gift cards for 5 star reviews. So keep that in mind when you look at reviews from this store.
Thought I did a review but dont see it. Had to purchase my glasses here due to my insurance company. Think the lady I dealt w was excellent. My glasses r hard to find, the Silhouette company feels they should be very expensive so few places have them. They were $270 after what they tell me is good insurance, made from titanium. I need the no weight, due to I get a headache w anything heavy sitting or slipping on my nose n silhouettes seem to fulfill my needs. They appears to have a large selection of glasses. She was very accommodating, capable, professional, n friendly. Location is excellent, we go by here all the time. We usually never have to wait to be helped.Have no complaints!
Chrissy, Teena ans Dr. Fan are wonderful! They were thorough and answered all of our question! Our glasses were ready when they told us they would be. And they made sure they fit properly and that we were happy with them. Which we are!! We will use them anytime we need eye care.!👍😀
Have gone to this location for 3 years. Each time I have had a bad experience, but not bad enough to find a different location since this one is very convenient for me. I will finally be switching now though.Good luck getting your appointment to stick. I make my appointments for the next year at the end of my exam so I dont forget. I was told that doing this will never result in a confirmed on the books appointment and is just a placeholder. If someone else calls in closer to the date and wants that time they will get priority. I called to confirm my appointment 1 week in advance and was told that it was confirmed and everything was fine. I went in for my appointment and was told that I was not officially on the books and someone else was confirmed and would be given the spot.**Update** The manager called me back to talk about my bad experience and apologized for the service. I rescheduled my appointment and went back in. The service was much better this time around.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at Pearle Vision since I’ve become a repeat customer. The office is very well kept and Dr. Fan did a very thorough exam. I also appreciate the help from Crissy and Teena, who answered my questions and even tightened my glasses.
Dr. Fan is fantastic and recommended some dailies to help with my allergies and have been dramatically better! My eyewear consultants were Jenna and Crissy today and they did a fantastic job. They helped me pick my favorite frames. They also helped calculate the better deal with my insurance for me. This is my second year going to this location and will definitely continue.
Dr. Fan, Teena and Victoria assisted me with a full eye exam and selecting new glasses. All three woman were extremely professional, polite and helpful. Victoria spent a great deal of time helping me select frames. She was very patient and polite as she showed me a large selection of frames and provided feedback that helped me make the correct choice.

The optometrist gave my husband the wrong prescription. He could see better without the glasses. We received a refund for the glasses but not the eye exam. Why charge for an incorrect exam and rx? We went to another Pearl Vision and had to pay for another exam. This visit was total disaster and waste of time. The opticians were unqualified and their appearance was lacking. We received excellent care and a correct rx for new glasses at another Pearl Vision. Caviet emptor at this location.

Coming from a private optometrist where frames were $700, this place was beyond reasonable. Since insurance of any kind does not guarantee 100% coverage of anything, I expected to pay out of pocket. It was hundreds less than expected.My eye exam was thorough. Everyone was nice! I left my eye exam and got a call 3 hours later stating one of two pair of my glasses- done and ready! They originally said 5-7 days!I like it here.
Very pleased with the customer service help I received when ordering my new glasses there, ask them to expedite my glasses so I could have them before going on vacation they are planning to make that happen, looking forward to my new pair soon,

I was provided the best service I’ve ever experienced in all my years of wearing glasses (since 7yrs old). Everyone was very polite and helpful. Dr. Fan’s excellent knowledge and work made me see a big difference in my eye prescription almost like my vision became HD afterwards lol
I came here for a general eye exam and the staff was very friendly and professional. They accept many/most vision insurance plans and have an easy-to-use online scheduling system. I ended up not purchasing my frames/glasses here though, since they didnt have a very big selection to choose from.

Worst glasses I have ever had. Returned them 3 time, last time I was told thats the way it is. Only thing is, I have purchased the same frames (from another vendor) and they still are still fine after more than 4 years.

The team here was amazing from the doctor to the Sales rep. With the help of Rudy I chose to high end beautiful glasses that I get stoped in stores where I got Them. Good selection. Mauline was very helpful. I didnt purchase in store but I called and ordered them over the phone with another associate which was my mistake. I called a few days later to see when my new glasses were coming in because I was traveling out of town and wanted to take them with me. Come to find out that that associate never even ordered the lenses. She dropped the ball. Disappointing, if not that they wouldve got 5*, the only reason I gave 2* is because of Maulines great customer service.

Absolutely the worst service ever! I went there with a Groupon for $200 was forced into getting sun glasses that I really didnt need and then waited to 2 weeks to then be told my prescription did not fit into the frame that I picked so was told I had to spend another $80 to get the lenses thinner to fit then frame then 1 MONTH later I am told that those lenses wont fit either! Now the first lady I was working with had originally told me they would give me my money back now today I call to figure out how I need to do this they REFUSE to give me my money back. So now I am not only out the $30 for the Groupon ( not the biggest deal) but Im out the $30 I paid on top of the Groupon at first AND the additional $79 that they made me pay for different lenses. Now $109 down the hole on something they should have known in the first place if the frames wouldnt have worked with my prescription. These techs should have better training to know what works with what frames and what rxs will fit the proper frames. Dont get someone all set to purchase something and then do a bait and switch to make them purchase something they DO NOT WANT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR PURCHASE OF FRAMES!

Horrible experience.No transparency when ordering lenses. I paid way too much out of pocket, even though my insurance is supposed to cover them in full. Thats because they essentially made me order high-end HD lenses even though I didnt need them, and I at no point had any idea what other options were available.The sales associate who placed the order was using a push-button calculator to calculate how much I owed, so I had no confidence that she was using legitimate methods to bill my insurance.I was ordering new lenses for my own frames, even though the sales associate was rude and pushy trying to get me to order frames from their somewhat limited and vastly overpriced selection. They made me sign a waiver in the end, which said they were basically allowed to destroy my frames and I couldnt get mad.Lenses took two weeks to come in, and when I dropped my frames off so they could cut the lenses, somebody messed up pretty badly. The right lens was cut 90-degrees off-kilter. I almost threw up when I put them on. They had to reorder the lenses, and were going to call me when they replacements came in. A month passed and I heard nothing. So I called them, and the woman who answered (same sales associate who was dinking around on the push-button calculator, and I wouldnt be surprised if she was also the employee who cut my lens so errantly) checked three times before she finally found them. I could kind of tell shes just easily confused, because when I went in that day to have them cut a second time, she acted confused, and all I said was, Hi, Im here to pick up my lenses. She also tried to tell me there was only one lens, and I was like, really? Dont they kind of come in a pair? Its not a monacle. But it turned out she was just confused, and there was only one lens they still needed to cut, the other one they already had from the first time I tried to pick up my glasses.Overall, I paid nearly $200 where my insurance was supposed to cover everything, and it took me 6 1/2 weeks, three trips into the store, and three phone calls to get my new glasses.If you absolutely must go to this store for some reason, just make sure you ask for Rudy. Hes the only reason I got my glasses at all. He was polite and courteous and he handled my situation well. Everyone else was very easily confused. Like, the kind of confused where they ask your name, you spell it, K-U-R-..., they go look for your lenses, then come back and say, Im sorry, you said K-I...?. The kind of confused where you walk in and say, Hi, we spoke on the phone just a couple hours ago, about me coming in to pick up my lenses at 4:00 today?, and they go, Huh? Oh, uh....let me check.......whats your name?.........I dont see anything here...The kind of confused that is just better to avoid. Especially at pricing like this.
Came here over a month ago, spent three hours getting our orders set up. Glasses werent ready for a month and both ordered were wrong.
