Myself, my husband, my son and my daughter absolutely love the staff at Wisconsin Vision at the corners. Dr. Alcesto was so patient and helpful with finding a solution for my terrible distance vision and my issues with near vision. Dan is an exceptional Manager and beyond wonderful at picking talent. Blake and Kennedy are so kind and patient and helpful. I truly cannot say enough about this team. They are extremely bright and are exactly who you want working in customer service. I will always come back to that location and highly recommend. Outstanding group of people!

What a lifesaver! My son has an event coming up in the middle of October and he wanted to get his glasses replaced. We got the eye exam and then came here for service. Above and Beyond Daniel was excellent! He showed my son options and he helped him find frames that we could not have found elsewhere! Blake provided exceptional customer service + was very knowledgeable about how the prism + strong Rx would affect my lenses + frames that I chose. She also explained things to me in a positive + affirming way.Dan was able to contact my eye doctor directly to answer a concern I had that I wasn’t even able to get an answer on myself as a patient. Great selection of high end glasses and sunglasses. I wanted Costa sunglasses and this location was the only place I could find the high end fishing sunglasses available with a prescription. I also found a great pair of Gucci glasses that I wouldnt have found anywhere else. Daniel helped me with both pairs of glasses, and was very knowledgable and helpful. He was very informed and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend asking for him if you have a specific question or need.

Two of the best retail customer service experiences I have ever had. On my first visit I walked in without an appointment and was helped immediately and courteously despite there being several other people in the store. My son had an eye appointment the next week and got glasses for the first time. He is 20 years old and thanked the guys in the store for the great service he received. He was told his glasses would be ready in 2 weeks, but they were ready in 1 week. Thanks!!
After 2 years and 6 glasses done here I can say the company needs to get better at meeting customer needs. The reason Im giving four stars is the staff at this location. In my case, Dan really did everything he could do to make it right.

Dog chewed my old pair of Oakley sunglasses, so I wasnt a happy camper. I went into the Brookfield store, Daniel Crouse helped me out perfectly. Helped me find the exact new pair I wanted, customized the fit to me personally and did it all with a really fun and helpful attitude (even thought I wasnt the happiest guy in the world that day).
Literally take your prescription from wherever and go see Daniel C. at Wisconsin Vision in Brookfield. Last time I bought frames it took me most of the afternoon. This guy found the right ones in like 10 minutes. Also I thought he would just find some super expensive ones but he did not. He literally wanted to help me find the right frames with the right lenses. Phenomenal service.
The customer service my son and I received was top notch! Daniel, the manager, took a lot of time to help us find great frames! (I usually can’t find frames that look nice on me) This Wisconsin Vision has a different frame selection than most of their other locations and they are fantastic! It was worthwhile to go there. The other associates there were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going there for my next pair of frames. I highly recommend them! 😊
Stopped in to the store in Brookfield because my friend recommended it. The manager, Dan, helped me but there was no pressure at all and he found just what I was looking for. I got a beautiful pair of Gucci glasses at a great price.

My adult nephew was with me and was checking out frames and she explained their method for doing so due to Covid. I normally use the Waukesha store and get really great service. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my glasses this time the individual I got just seem to have no interest in making sure they were adjusted properly. I then went to the Brookfield store. The staff made me feel welcome and took the time to adjust my glasses. I am very thankful and will return to this store in the future.
Had my first eye exam at Wisconsin Vision last week and it was great! They have this glaucoma test that doesnt involve getting a puff of air in your eye, which was much appreciated. Also appreciate the mini lounge area for filling out paperwork or waiting for someone. The staff were very friendly and asked if I wanted to browse on my own or needed help - big plus! The store is not huge but they have a surprisingly large selection. They had all the big designer names and I discovered a super cute pair of frames from a brand I havent heard of before. Will update after picking up my new glasses, cant wait!Follow up: they said my glasses would be ready in 2 weeks but it was actually faster which was a nice surprise. Didnt even need any fit adjustments so I guess I really picked the right frames! So happy I took their recommendation of blue light blocking lenses - Im working in front of computer monitors full-time and its made a HUGE difference. My eyes are definitely way less fatigued at the end of the day.

After shopping around in several vision stores in the area we found Wisconsin Vision in Brookfield. Besides having very competitive pricing on both frames and lenses, the highlight is the staff. They were wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. We got eye glasses for the whole family.Highly recommend them for your eye care.

Bait n Switch... they advertised a $45 eye exam. I scheduled online, stating I wanted to come in for the exam and receive my Rx and measurements. They called to say they would only honor the pricing if I bought glasses that day.3 star review because they told me about the deal before I came in... but because of the marketing ploy I likely wont actually go in to be able to comment on the service.
I originally went to the Third Ward location to get my glasses tightened and left with the best experience which ultimately led me to find a beautiful pair of glasses I wanted to buy. I was in a rush that day so was going to go back the next day. The next day I was closer to the Brookfield location and stopped in there to see if they had different glasses or even the same pair I was looking at. I was expecting the same experience as the Third Ward but got a completely different experience. Olivia was the one who helped my boyfriend and I. She actually did not help at all. She took our temps and that was it. She was extremely rude and told me to stop touching them when I tried on ONE pair of glasses. I went to this location earlier this year and had a bad experience there but decided to give them a second chance, only to find out all of their staff is rude and dont really care about their customer. Overall I ended up leaving and am going back to the Third Ward location where the staff is much more helpful, happier, and nicer.
I am not quite sure why I went to this location, when I was told by a handful of people to not do so, but I did & now the jokes on me. The day of my appt. I brought my insurance card. I provided it to the unfortunately very rude girl assisting me. I told her what my HR point of contact told me to do to get the insurance information, and that they cover an exam & $200 of lense coverage. She said she herself needed to verify, and although she had all information to do so, during my appt., she told me she could not get the information on my insurance and I would have to pay for this in full. Fine, I didn’t think it was a problem because I can then also put forth the effort to follow up with insurance and keep the process moving to get my reimbursement. While picking lens’, I had questions that I felt annoyed her that I was asking. Honestly, it felt as if they wanted me to get out of there, so they could end their workday. How welcoming! There was ZERO assistance from either girl with anything. She literally said “pick your frames and we will go from there.” So I had to direct myself to the area I guessed was the female frame side. Neither one offered assistance or asked if I had any questions. Well, this was beginning of March. It is now a day away from being September 1st, and I play phone tag with Dan & still have the pleasure of speaking with the rather rude employee I dealt with the day of my appt. I am still waiting for said reimbursement, and still call Dan weekly hoping to have some sort of an answer hopefully by June of 2021, but I certainly am not holding my breath. I gave them a 2 because I feel Dan, although it is impossible to ever get ahold of him, I feel he seems to be one who actually somewhat does his job. They also had a very clean establishment, so I took that into consideration as well.
My ray bans had been broken for a while….. I walked in to WI Vision and Dan Crouse fixed my sunglasses on the spot. That’s the kind of customer service that’s hard to find!
I bought glasses from Wisconsin Vision in Brookfield. My insurance covers $125 of the cost of the frames and they said my insurance only covered $100. So I paid $125. My insurance company sent them $25. When I asked Wisconsin Vision to refund me the $25, they refused to refund me an call me back after calling their business office multiple times. Do not go here. I will never go back. Its time for the Feds to audit them regarding their illegal business practices.
Don’t recommend this place. They really don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I purchased an eyeglass from them which I didn’t like. Called them for a return or exchange but the lady over there said we do not return or exchange anything we sold!! Ended up going to somewhere else and get new pair just Bec I could not use their glass. Pretty cheap place.
2 months since my original order placed for my 2nd pair of glasses. I never got a straight answer from Daniel. He kept saying he would call me to give me an update from week to week and never did. I asked for a refund. Unhappy with the service I received.
We came in to shop around and try on glasses for my husband. The facility was clean and organized. However, the girl working was so quick and annoyed just with us coming in. I know it was getting to the end of the day on Friday but she was not patient at all. Even with other customers. She had an attitude with everyone that walked in. Had a few questions to ask but l left with them unanswered because I just didn’t want to deal with her.
Everyone at this location is so patient & accommodating! I was unsure of who my vision provider was and they gave me great advice to contact my HR or my medical insurance provider to locate that information for them. Once I had the vision provider name & a member number they pulled up my benefits in a snap & all the gals working helped me pick out the perfect frame. I love my new glasses so much thank you Wisconsin Vision!!!
Unprofessional, rude staff!I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional staff! I have placed an order for new glasses in begging of October and wanted a special frame, that manager (Daniel) told me he would take care of and would call and advise once the order has been placed. Two weeks later, when I called and checked he apologized as he forgot to place an order and would take care of it in next two days. Today, December 17th, Olivia ( that was quite rude on the phone and hung up, without saying anything) confirmed that Daniel never placed an order for my glasses!!!!! Usually, there are 3 people sitting up front, including Daniel and two ladies, and I am absolutely not over exaggerating when I say they act like teenager click: giggling, gossiping, talking while failing to do their job and assist customers in need!!! Wisconsin Vision if in doubt, please review recording from this location!
I went to Wisconsin Vision for the first time recently and had a great experience! Daniel Crouse, the manager was especially helpful in finding the perfect new pair of glasses that I am thrilled about and already received many compliments on. He provided me good information about options and benefits of a few features available with glasses and my new contact order.I was also appreciative of the precautions they were taking with COVID in the store.I look forward to continuing to work with this office and its staff!

Went in for a standard vision exam and picked out new lenses and frames afterwards. I was told it would be a 2 week wait. Once 2 weeks came and went I called for a status report. The employee stated my lenses failed QC and had to be remade. I had to wait another 2 weeks only to call again and found out they failed a 2nd time! The employees seemed annoyed and unprofessional when I asked for a status update. On week 5 I demanded a refund and Im still waiting for the money to get deposited in my account. This place was awful to do business with. I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere to avoid weeks of frustration.

Huge variety of glasses. Best fit I’ve ever had. Katie recommended quality anti-glare coating. This is life changing for both day and night! Also purchased my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Why did I wait so long?!? So glad Katie recommended them. Had no idea how beneficial for my eye health they would be. I highly recommend Wisconsin Vision, especially the Corners location. You won’t be disappointed.
I love this place! Not only are all of the girls super friendly and cute, they took the time to help me sort through all of my options and they made sure I left loving the frame that I had bought. I am seriously considering getting a pair of sunglasses as well since they offered me 50% off a second pair. The entire experience was lovely & memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

The team here is great! I realized I only had one contact left right before my trip in four days and they got me an appointment the next day and sent me home with two trial pairs since my one year refill was not going to arrive in time for my trip. Also the exam only took 15 minutes! Highly suggest!
The young woman that helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the different lens materials and styles. She saw my prescription and recommended a lighter, thinner, more aesthetically pleasing lens. I picked up my glasses today & I love how light they feel on my face! Bonus points because they had the exact Morel pair I had seen online. I’d highly recommend coming here if you want a high quality product.

The staff was very rude. I called after waiting two weeks for my glasses, the lady rudely ask if they had called me and if they haven’t then my glasses were not ready.The staff never followed up with getting my prescription from target. The staff never told me my lenses were on back order. It took over a month to get my glasses that I paid almost $500 for. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had purchased a pair of glasses from Wisconsin vision in the brookfield corners in December of 2018. they were a new script with progressive lenses. I had concerns about the smaller frames I had chosen but was assured by the clerk they would work fine for progressives. The purchase was just short of $500.00. When I picked the glasses up and tried them on they didnt seems correct for close up reading and computer work. I was assured by the clerk they were fine and it would take some getting use to. I wore them everyday for roughly a month and had it. I brought them back to the store and was informed there were no refunds for the entire purchase but they could swap out the lens for just my distant script and there would be a refund of the difference on the lenses. Today I went in to pick up the reconfigured glasses and they were fine for distant vision. When I asked about the refund the staff took an immediate defensive stance and rude attitude. after waiting for the manager i was informed the difference between the progressive lenses and the new lens were $150, The store manager offered to split the difference with me, I refused at first that is when she commented you are lucky we are offering you $75.00, we do not give refunds. When i inquired about why I was not entitled to a full refund for something that was provided to me incorrectly she exclaimed we made a custom pair of lens and I had to throw them away. I should not have to pay for mistakes Wisconsin Vision makes and poor service promises for something as important as eyesight. When I asked for the regional manager contact information the manager stated it will not do you any good calling her, she will tell you the same thing, we do not give refunds This seems to be Wisconsin visions corporate culture that they do not provide refunds for misleading the customer and or not providing them with what they are paying for. My insurance company also paid money toward the original purchase for a product that was not provided, I do not think that is fair to them either.
On July 17, I lost a contact in my left eye. After 2 days of irritation, on July 19, I went to Wisconsin Vision at the Corners of Brookfield. I asked them to find the contact that I thought might still be hiding behind the eyelid. The optometrist performed an inspection and told me that I had dry eyes (which I had never been told in 18 years of wearing contacts). She affirmed the contact was NOT in the eye. During the night, the irritant became much more painful for several hours. In the morning, after rubbing my eye, the lost contact fell out! The pain was gone and I was relieved...except for the $55 I paid to Wisconsin Vision to have them give me false information. I called the manager (John) to explain the situation and asked for a refund. He told me the optometrist had done an excellent job and didnt do anything wrong (even though he was not present during the exam); that I was just seeking attention; and told me a story of how he went to the doctor with strep throat and was misdiagnosed! I told him that the inspection that should have found a contact in the eye was a failed inspection (due to the fact that there was indeed a contact in the eye during the exam) and I should not have to pay for that. Manager then refused to refund, and said they had offered a free follow-up exam. I informed him I would leave a negative review to which he replied it wouldnt bother him. At this point, I still want my $55 back. And needless to say I wont be going back for a free follow-up exam that I cannot trust.
Used my VSP benefits to buy a beautiful pair of Prada glasses! Katie was a lovely help! While I was there, a man came in with broken glasses and another optician fixed them for no charge!
They broke my wifes glasses they day she came to pick them up. My glasses, they called me once when they came in and but I waited 3 weeks and when I called them to check they said well we called you once and left a message
Ive been wearing contacts for 25 years and have never had so many problems getting the correct prescription. It took 3 exams and finally going somewhere else before it was correct and turns out to be almost identical to what I came in with. I kept telling the doctor that I couldnt see at my computer and she never once checked my reading vision as part of the exam. Then when I went to order contacts they didnt offer me samples and just wanted me to order a strength that was very different from what I was wearing. When I did order they ordered the wrong strength contacts. In total Ive had 5 trips to the doctor in one month and still dont have the correct contacts so at least one more trip to pick up my corrected glasses and contacts will be in my future. Then after that I will never be back to this store again. Id advise you go somewhere else where the staff have experience.
