Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about my upcoming procedure. Jackie was very knowledgeable in scheduling everything. Dr Frame was excellent. Would highly recommend. He even called me at my home after procedure to make sure everything was all right.

Staff were very professional and thorough in their varied examinations. If you had any questions, the staff explained their procedures and what they were going to do next to examine your eyes.

I was originally drawn to Milwaukee Eye Care because my Mom has dementia and needed cataract surgery. There was no way she was going to be able to get all the required drops that is needed from my elderly Dad. Their cataract surgery process implants the drops to release over a period of time. There were unforeseen complications with the 2nd eye due to an extremely difficult cataract. Dr Edmonds referred us to a specialist and we had it taken care of. Dr Edmonds has been wonderful with my Mom. And in turn she responds very well with him. He explains everything and is so kind to her. All the staff has been great too. I highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and professional! However, I have always had to wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room after my scheduled appointment time. Last year, I had been in the waiting room for nearly an hour before I had to reschedule at the front desk. Also, there has now been a payment mistake in the office after my past two visits that I had to correct over the phone a day later where I had to pay more. Overall, the eye care itself is great!

I am always happy with my treatment at Milwaukee Eye Care Associates, and my ILUX treatment was done beautifully. I was so impressed with the gentleness, thoroughness, and total consideration I experienced throughout the whole procedure.

I had an exam related to my over all vision and to the dry macular degeneration that I have been treated for for several years; got a new eyeglass prescription and new glasses that increased what I could do even though my vision did not organically improve.

The office was following covid guidelines, wait was about 30 minutes. First check-up since a retina detachment after cataract surgery and I was pleased with how the exam went.

Miguel and Karen went above and beyond to help me find the type of glasses that I was looking for. They even contacted the sales representative so that I could see a wider selection of frames. I really appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond for me.

For some reason my laser procedure follow up on my left eye cataract surgery left my eye very sensitive for the rest of the day which I treated with eye drops. OK now>

Long wait times. Annoying

Dr. Weiss was so helpful and efficient in diagnosing a retinal tear, and quickly got me set up with a retinal surgeon to have it taken care of. I am very grateful for his swift action during a concerning diagnosis.

The location is great, the walk in feel was very nice, professional and attentive. The steps taken before dealing with the ophthalmologist, was done in a timely & friendly manner. My visit was handled nicely and I enjoyed my visit.

My insurance used to cover Dr. Heilman and he always provided excellent care. Since having to switch to an MD at this practice, Im treated like a number and not even one with a dollar sign in front! I have had what I say be ignored, words put in my mouth, and the best yet its the upsell they just tried that I KNOW my insurance doesnt cover!

Dr Heilmann and his team are always pleasant and able to answer any questions and explain everything is easy to understand terms. There is a nice selection of frames to choose from and the process is easy!

Last week, I was in to get a new pair of glasses. I am so thankful I had Lisa to help me find my next pair. Not only was she kind and willing to help, she also listened to my preferences and offered me well over 15 pairs to try on. I finally found my perfect pair and they are a dream. I couldnt be more impressed with the service or kindness I was shown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a stellar pair of glasses.

I have very few eye issues. But I do have glasses for work. They broke so I called to get new ones. I cant get new ones without an appointment because it has been two years (like I said, I dont have major eye problems). The first appointment is a month out.I cant believe theyd make me work a month with broken glasses.Im taking my business elsewhere.

Dr frame did my cataract on Tuesday morning & I got a phone call from him on Tuesday evening to make sure I was doing well which I was! Went back to see him the next day in the morning when I got home there was a message that someone had tried to delv. Flowers. when I got them & opened the card they were from dr. FRAME!! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you DR. FRAME!!💞 My surgery has been a GREAT success! I cant wait to have the other side done next month!!

Ive always had positive experiences here - everyone is knowledgeable, professional and best of all, they care about your eyesight! I highly recommend them for anyone with glasses or contacts.

After 2 years, cataract surgery, astigmatism procedure and prescription glasses.....and spending a bunch of money on top of all this, I still couldnt see. Picked up my records and went to see another eye doctor who was less than a mile away. Had an extensive eye exam and got a new prescription. Just had it filled. I can now see perfectly. My wife also had the same miserable experience I had. Bottom line, we would not recommend Milwaukee Eye Care or Dr. Jason Edmonds to ANYONE.

I had laser surgery performed by Dr. Edmonds. The result is perfect vision! I am happy with the care I received and the multiple locations available to patients of Milwaukee Eye Care Associates. Highly recommended!
