Used to be my go to for sprint, came in tonight at 530 to look at upgrading my husband and my phones. Was greeted by an employee sitting on the counter watching something on her phone who at least said hi and an employee behind the counter staring at his phone.We proceeded to look at the phones we were interested in and look up the specs on our phones as they were still engrossed in theirs. Was told have a good night(at least she was very pleasant with her hellos and goodbyes) while crossing the store to look at the rest of selection. No reaction while we continued to look up specs and wonder aloud about each phone so we left.I understand low pressure sales but any form of hey can we help you or do you have any questions would have went a long way.

My husband and I have had some issues with our phone since all our power went out last week and I have received not so good service at some T-Mobile stores over the past years and so we decided to come to this one at Brookfield square and a young man named Grant was helping us who was not only very professional but very friendly and courteous and my husband is a Vietnam veteran who has agent orange so he has a mobility issue and there was no place in the mall to sit and he was kind enough to offer my husband a chair to sit on because we were here for about an hour and that meant more to me than anything. That was such highly respectful of him to do and to fix our phones With a smile on his face the entire time. Hes one of the reasons we have been a customer of yours for over 15 years. The service we received today from both Andy and Grant was exemplary! We were moving over 4 lines from Verizon, and they ensured we reviewed every detail and that everything was complete. They even took the time to order addition items to be shipped to the store to make it easy on us. We left the store extremely satisfied and would highly recommend both Andy and Grant to everyone!

Wonderful customer service. An employee named Antonio helped me troubleshoot an issue with my phone. He took time to explain features and services that I did not receive at another local store.

I helped my dad get switched over from at&t and the process was very smooth. He was able to get a smart phone that fit him and his lifestyle. And another Samantha was very helpful. The irony of names I guess. The customer service was amazing. Great promotion going on that saved my dad $50 bucks a month!. Go visit them today! This sprint store is IN the mall.

CHINA and SAM displayed the best customer service Ive ever experienced. I came in tonight and I wanted a new rose gold iPhone 7 but they didnt have one in store. Well I wanted it right now, so they made some calls and had one personally delivered to me from a different store. So I could have it instantly! Truly an amazing team and I cant thank them enough!!

Upgraded my iPhone 6 to an X yesterday. Best service I’ve ever had making a phone switch. Nicole was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this store.

This store is awesome. Much better than every other Sprint store I have gone to in the area. The team here is incredibly helpful and very friendly. 100% reccomend this store.

Please be very aware that this is a privately owned store and does not have to follow the Sprint corporate rules and Sprint cannot force them to to follow the corporate rules. I bought a blue tooth ear bud and was not positive it would work for me so Nicole told me-no problem-you can take it home try it and if doesnt work you can return it. But when I tried to return it was told they had a exchange only policy, even though customer service said they had a 14 day money back policy. The second time I mentioned the 14 day return policy, they would not talk to customer service and said it would have to go through their manager and they would get back to me. Guess what, its been a week and nobody has gotten back to me. I sure hope the $80 they screwed me on is worth never getting a return customer!

The sales staff at this store were very helpful. We went into upgrade one of our phones, and the associate we dealt with was friendly and able to answer my questions.

I visited this store to upgrade my plan and buy a phone. I needed to transfer numbers from other providers as well.It took me 3 visits to get this done. In addition, the first visit, the wait was so long, it was ridiculous. We finally made it to a sales rep only to be addressed condescendingly and at times, downright rudely. We got home to find that the SIM card they set up for us had issues and we needed to take it in to be replaced. We were informed that the number transfer would take 24 hours. When that didnt happen, we went back. There was now another new customer service rep who starts the process again and tells me to wait another 24 hours!!!!!I dont have many options where I live and this store was almost my only option. I will certainly avoid them in future.

I just set up service there and the people here are so GREAT! They were all extremely helpful and informative! Never going anywhere else. I switched from T-Mobile and they saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill also!

The employees at this store have been great every time I have visited. Ive also worked with the manager at this store. He did an excellent job with assisting me and several other customers on a busy day.

After breaking my phone and needing a replacement, I was not enthusiastic about going into the store. The store manager, Josh, along with Vicky made my situation more than bearable and I actually walked out in a better mood. They were both so engaging and helpful. BEST EXPERIENCE AT T-MOBILE EVER IN THE PAST 13 YEARS. Thank you Josh and Vicky!!

Today would mark 2 months since I switch over to Sprint from Tmobile and I must say after having some issues with service signal in my home afterwards the issue with service was resolved. I was working with an store rep by the name of Nicole and she ensured me that she would do the best she could to get the issue resolved & that she did. I was so happy that she was able to assist me in working with her sprint team to make things happen. I got everything I asked for and as of today I am an happy customer after Nicole got everything corrected and addressed. The reps in this store do not have any correct info. They will tell you incorrect policies (I checked with customer care and on tmobile website) and try to extort money. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

I am standing outside the store at 1:45 pm on a Sunday and they are closed. The website says they are open until 6.The clerk in the kiosk across from the store says some Sundays they are not open. Sometimes they are. Not a good way to run a business.
