Aaron is great to work with! The last three times I have needed to get a new phone, I have worked with Aaron. He is very helpful and honest, always happy to help me make sure I get the right phone, have the correct settings, and understand any differences in the technology when I upgrade. He is a huge asset to this store and I was glad to have him available and helping me again when I came in the other day. :)

We use COW for our company cell phones and recently upgraded our GPS system for our technicians in the field. Chad has always answered my phone calls and emails promptly. Great customer service! The salesman listened to what was important to me in a phone to help me compare my options. He was very knowledgeable and never tried to steer me toward a more expensive phone. The setup and transfer went smoothly and he took the time to answer all of my questions and show me the features that were different from my old phone.

Please use an actual US Cellular Store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. We went in knowing exactly which phones we wanted to upgrade to - and the price of those phones. I had even called the day before to verify that the price I had online was the same one they would offer in the store. They had to call multiple times to verify the price of the phones. It took us over 3 hours to get two phones activated. We were charged $40 activation fees when ON THE CONTRACT WE SIGNED AS WELL AS THE PAPERWORK IN OFFICE IT CLEARLY STATES $35 ACTIVATION FEE PER LINE. When we asked about this we were told they were using older paperwork. Upon leaving the store the mobile data does not work on EITHER phone correctly. We have an apt tonight for a real US Cellular store to hopefully have them set up correctly. ALSO The next day we realized we were not only charged once but TWICE. I have spent the last hour on the phone trying to rectify this charge and every person I talk to says they have to look into it and will get back to me. Very unprofessional staff - and very uneducated - please do not waste your time with them! They have taken advantage of our time and now have stolen $100 extra from us. Please go to another store!
Stopped in on New Year’s Eve. Received great service from Chad. He explained everything in full detail to us, and made us feel very comfortable with our switch. Even stayed late to get our downloads done and additional questions answered. So happy with the deal they gave us, the customer service, and our new phones!

I have patronized Consulting on Wireless in Brookfield for nearly 12 years. They are my go-to cell store. Just as with my most recent visit, they are always helpful and explain the pros and cons of taking advantage of a promotion, upgrading a phone, and answering questions on a bill.Not only do they ensure I understand the small print on the contract, the representatives I have worked with are extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the phone. Im not a techy person so their guidance is needed. I also have gone back for further support weeks later and have always been treated in a pleasant and respectful manner. I recommend Consulting on Wireless to my friends and family on a regular basis.

Ive been getting my phones from Chad and his staff for as long as I can remember! Recently I just purchased the new Samsung note! I knew what phone I wanted so I called ahead to make sure they had some in stock and of course they did!! They are always very helpful in answering questions and if they dont have the immediate answer, they do the research and find you the answer! The great thing about this store is that its not a stuffy corporate store. Its owned by a local family, employing local people, and investing in his community! Shop local and help support a neighbor!

Went to upgrade phone, charge port stopped working on old one. Girl sold me on a different phone from what i picked out. She assured me specs were the same. Come to find out they were not even close.Took her 15 minutes to find the battery of the new phone, even accused me of taking it! They found it in the box after she got manager.Assured me she could transfer all photos, contacts, text history without charge port working.She only transferred about 25% of photos, no contacts, and after another 15 minutes of trying to do text history, said it was impossible. Never said a word about the rest.Even as computer illiterate as i am, i figured out how to do it!She said everything was done, as i was about to leave, phone rang, it was the store calling. Other girl there called so that she realized that the new phone was not even set up with US Cell.Go somewhere else!!!

They really provide awful customer service. I work in customer service and I know how to handle people and busy situations. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone since I have an older model and my battery is going. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was stuck waiting over an hour and they were still with other people. One of employees was just chatting about personal info to customers ahead of us and nothing to do with job. You can be friendly and hurry to not make others wait long. Once it was 45 min after store hours closed I just gave up. My business will be going elsewhere.
Cant say enough about how my family was treated by Jaileen Diaz at this store. She found us the best plan, best deal on phones and helped transfer everything from old phones and carrier to new phones on USCellular. It was painless! Thank you.

Went on Saturday to return wireless charger sales help didnt know how to make transaction. Also asked about email I received about upgrade for $150.00 off S9 purchase and was told it was not valid. Told me to come back Monday. Went today returned item for credit and ask again about rebate with poor response. I purchased S9 on Friday I didnt agree with his answers. Not satisfied

I stopped in at the Brookfield location on Monday, June 25 twice, both times working with a girl by the name of Jimenz. I dont think I have one good thing to say about her. The worst part of it though was she had her cell phone propped up right under her computer screen with soccer on it and continued to watch the soccer as she was working on my phone. She would zone out watching it and stop doing it anything with phone. I said to her are you seriously watching soccer while youre working on my phone and she answered oh I wasnt. I said thats a bit rude, dont ya think?, and she said oh I apologize. Seriously, you dont know to not watch TV while you are working with customers??? Im pretty sure a 5 year old could figure that out. Perhaps she is in the wrong line of work because she was not friendly at all, especially after I called her out and continued to be rude and snappy throughout the time I was there. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and for the most part, only had high praise for us cellular, but that woman was so rude, I would consider taking my business elsewhere. If you need to go to the Brookfield location, steer clear of Jimenz for any help.
Was insulted by a staff member after trying to return a bad screen protector that was cracked in th box when I bought it. How do I know you didnt break it was his comment. Not the way to treat honest customers, or anyone.
