I had to leave US Cellular for Verizon because I am moving out East and the ladies were SO RUDE while I was in the process of transferring carriers. They told me they couldnt help me with the technological issue. They repeatedly grilled me with questions about why I was leaving and straight up lied and said they have coverage out East- they do not. I talked to 2 customer service reps about the issue and I was on vacation out East a year ago and your phone will say extended once you get to Ohio which means its going between cell towers/carriers. If you are in WI only US Cellular is probably fine, but I travel a lot to Chicago and have experienced dead zones or simply no service almost every time. I dont think Ill ever deal with this company again! Best advice I can give is when you want to upgrade your phone (ex. iPhone) buy the phone unlocked from Apple and only transfer your SIM card that way you own the phone, do not upgrade from US Cellular because then you dont own the phone!!

Great job !!! I had stopped in for an upgrade. It was 7:40 pm. I had not realized the store closes at 8 pm. I offered to come back the following day. The representative told me no problem and can take care of it. I was out the door in 20 minutes with my upgrade. Even better, i was able to keep the same plan which works for me. Awesome corporate store and staff !!!
Horribly long wait while multiple people had left and the workers were just inside. Some how 25% capacity is 3 workers and no customers. If Google fi would work with Samsung phones, I would stick with it.Not worth the long wait for simple service.

Saved me a stop and provided great customer service. Needed four new phones that we ended up getting shipped and to two different addresses. Was able to help me with the best possible solution. I have had nothing but wonderful experience from the crew at this location. Most times, I have worked with either Gary or Ben... and all times, even when they werent there.. have been wonderful. If I had issues with my personal or business account, they were on it and fixed it no problem. I never had this from any other cell phone provider.Service has been a cut above the others, too. It may not be the fastest... but definitely not as slow as the service I had with Sprint. The largest reason for me being with them is the customer service... which is BAR NONE the best I have gotten from any cell phone provider. Please keep doing a great job training your guys, keep them there, and keep building on this!! That is how you will win, in addition to consistently improving your network... which it seems you are. Kudos and keep up the great work!
Switched from Verizon to the new unlimited plan. Kinda a grey area unlimited but works just as well a Verizon ever did for less.Met with Ben. He was open and honest. Very happy.
I have used US Cellular for over 20 years and I was lucky enough to meet Ian Klaver and I always seek him out to help me with my mobile needs! He is amazing at what he does. Ian always looks for the best deals, promotions, lays out all the options in a non-complicated way because sometimes it can be overwhelming and confusing. He responds to me quickly if I ever have any questions or am looking for certain products. Plus he is really fast and I’m not there for 2 hours trying to figure it out!! He is really the best!!!!

Have had a business account at Us Cellular for 15 years and have always had great service when walking in the door. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. As of late I have been fortunate to have been taken care of by Ian Klaver. Every-time I have gone in to see him he always takes care of our needs in a very professional manner. He has always gone up and beyond when helping us out, whether it be activating a phone or seeing if we have the plan best for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs that extra special level of customer service.

I went to go see what options U.S Cellular had and Casey helped me at the store. He had a great personality and helped me with all my questions. The managers were super nice and knowledgeable as well. I would 100% recommend this team. I did not leave disappointed.
I was in early last week and worked with Casey. I found him to be extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff. If he didnt have an answer to a question, he was resourceful enough to find the answer and solution with his co-workers. Managers are all outstanding, and they even play great music to listen to while you wait! Highly recommend going to Casey and seeing what he can do to help you with your needs!

We have been with U.S.Cellular for well over 15 years in large part due to their customer service. I worked with Ian most recently when he helped add another line and then upgrade my phone. He was always available for questions, responding to texts almost immediately. He accommodated my schedule and made sure he set aside time for me so I didnt have to wait in line. He was courteous, knowledgable and professional and a pleasure to work with.
I switched from AT&T and honestly couldn’t be happier! All I can say is that everyone should ask to work with Stephanie Michalovitz! No joke. She’s been working with me since day 1 and I keep going back to her for any US Cellular assistance. I’ve never had a worker/employee who genuinely cares about people and working to make sure they are happy with their service, and she’s not just selling you stuff to make a dollar for herself and pass the time. She’s also available through phone call or even text. If I have a problem with my bill or just a simple question, I can just message her and she helps me out immediately. AT&T fell EXTREMELY short on that. Stephanie is incredible! And I’ve been very happy with US Cellular because of her.
This review is reflective on a certain employee -Shane. Never have I experienced such poor customer service. We went into the store wanting to buy a phone -we knew exactly what phone we wanted. When I questioned Shane about the price of the phone, he said that if we didnt like it we would have to call US Cellular. Shane did nothing -he didnt help us with the phone or anything. I did all of the work. Thankfully Hollie came over and continued with our sale -she was the saving grace. Moral of the story, if you go to this store, watch out for Shane. If he approaches you, run.

I always have a great experience when Ian Klaver is my consultant, and I am willing to wait until he is available because I know he will provide the best service and find the best package for me. The last time I was in he set up my Moms new phone, showed her how to use it, explained my last billing to me, and saved me $40 per month by putting me on another package. He is awesome!
Shane took the time with me that was needed. I am not really tech savvy. He took special care with me. He spent over two hours explaining products and their functions. He answered questions pertaining to the new as well as my existing services. Great customer services. Ive been with US Cellular for over 18 years Ive bought plenty of phones from them I got a different phone it overheats and shuts off I cant get calls I dont get my text messages until the next day I went over all of this and the rep told me I should go into the store and Brookfield and theyll do an exchange did not happen that way it was the most confusing thing ever the only person that helped me was Sabrina at the call center in Waukesha Wisconsin she spent an hour on the phone with me helping me every way she could Im on a kidney transplant list I cant afford to have a phone overheat and shut off and not get my messages and not get my phone calls after 18 years of paying 4 phones the corporate office could not help me unbelievable I think Sabrina and God bless her for her help and understanding
Last October I took advantage of turning in my iPhone from Sprint in order to qualify for a free iPhone from US Cellular. I was told that it would be charged per month yet there would be a credit appearing soon on the billing cycle. Since I was on auto pay I started to look into my bill and why it was not going down. What I learned is that the credit for the phone did not appear. I contacted customer service and she stated that she put in an order to back credit the charges and that going forward the charges would be credited.I received a text, not a call, that they would not be providing me a credit because they did not receive my phone! I texted them back to have a Manager call me, never happened. I even provided the branch and the name of the person I gave the phone to. This is very poor customer service to text someone instead of calling not to mention that they advertise like crazy that they have no fees. They dont need fees if they dupe their potential customers.If you are considering joining a cellular carrier based on a special then this company may not be your best solution.

Ben Schoolcraft was amazing with his expertise on assisting me with my account. Several times I have been at this location each time Ben had the solution. The store on North Mayfair Road is a waste of time and they redirect everyone to the Brookfield location.
Im having a hard time understanding these negative reviews. I have been using this store since it opened and have never had anything but good service. Ive also been with US Cellular for over 20 years and have no complaints. A few minor hiccups have always been quickly resolved to my satisfaction. And I have NEVER had to wait more than a few minutes to speak to a service rep. Try that with T Mobile or Sprint. Both of my children have tried these carriers and come back to US Cellular.

Went with my Aunt to help get her a new phone here. The unlimited plans are not entirely unlimited. Your 4g speed is throttled down to 1.5 mbps from the start. Most 4g signals range from 7mbps to 12mbps and 4g LTE on Sprint, Verizon or Att at 17mbps to 36 mbps.... big difference from 1 and a half...A 1.5 mbps speed is a joke. This IS the speed your data runs at from the First second it tries to download. Not after 22 gigs were used.Would you switch to dial-up to save some money on your home internet bill? The worst part is the wording for the instore flyer that was clearly designed to confuse people. This is NOT 4g speeds. This is a LIMITED unlimited plan ON 4g.Whats next US Cellular? A .20 cent charge for every emoji on the unlimited texting plan???Side note : Staff were very nice and answered all our questions. Not sleazy like the Verizon store down the road who tried to sell a $90 a month plan when a much less expensive one would have worked for her.Hopefully U.S. Cellular will fire the clown that thought this up. Its dishonest and written to be deliberately confusing.Got my Aunt a pay as you go plan from another carrier. Now she can Skype with all our family. Something this plan would not be able to do.

Awful tech support and customer service at this location. The tech was an unbelievably rude, patronizing, smart *&^, jerk. I called the customer service line and got no help either. They were patronizing and unhelpful. Tech support policy is simple. Pass the buck or reboot. They’ll claim downloading aps is a plus then tell you, YOU broke your phone by downloading THEIR aps. I called them on that and got That’s they way it is. Bologna, that’s the way they play it. They could spend some time diagnosing an issue. Instead they blow you off and use the windows “reboot” for any problem. Their fix of the inconvenience of an tech issue is to inconvenience you more buy wiping out your data. I had an issue with a non smart phone that went on literally years. They occasionally would at least act like they were looking into it. Not so with the Smart phone. The guy knew less about them then I did anyway and also unloaded and loaded software, which only made the issue worse. If you want a smart phone, look elsewhere; definitely don’t bother with this particular store for any reason. One star is too generous.
I went into the U.S. Cellular store in Brookfield with the plan to take on an iPhone - knowing nothing of what they invole and a little hesitant to try one for fear of not understanding how to use it. Ian Klever took me under his wing. He listened to my concerns, addressed them, then spent an amazing amount of time finding the best plan for me. He worked the numbers several different ways and came up with the best numbers for me. And he patiently went over how to use my iPhone. I have never regretted getting one, dont know what I did before I had one! Forever grateful to this young man. Thank you, Ian.
U.S. Cellular has the best service out in the field as far as Wisconsin goes. But nothing compares to the customer service we get by going into the Brookfield location. Not only is everyone there always friendly. But they have Ian Klaver, always great service but I have never seen anyone go so far to make a customer happy. He found every possible discount available to me, and I left there with a new upgraded IPhone 7 and a new iPad and my bill went down. He stayed way past his time to teach me everything I needed to know. I am his customer for life! He puts the customer first no doubt!! If your looking for the best ask for Ian Klaver!!!!

They only want to sell contracts and will lie about other plans. Salesman incredibly rude. He was texting someone while I was asking questions and acted like a jerk when I interrupted him. This place is a joke. Will never go back.
