I went in looking for help with the Google Play Store App which kept cycling, but would not let me access it. Russ helped me find a work-around after trying about 25 times to fix it. He discovered that it is a Samsung issue and they are aware of it. Strangely, its a relief to find out that Im not the only one plagued with this issue. I am so grateful for Russs assistance. It was a solid experience here at Verizon. The customer service was solid once we were finally attended to. Things move a little slower here but I can’t say that’s all on the workers. Some situations I was hearing seemed impossible for these workers and they were trying hard to figure it out.My only suggestion is for Verizon to get a self-serve check in station here. It seems odd that someone has to walk around and input simple details like name and phone when I could’ve done that myself (at least as an existing customer). Just food for thought for them.

I purchased two new iPhones in November and was told that there was a promotion for buy one get one free. Likewise, I traded my old iPhone in for a credit of around $400. Verizon is not honoring the buy one get one offer as they are saying the store should not have offered it to me at that time. Ive been a loyal customer for years and they have not resolved this for me. I went in and spoke to the manager today and she told me that since I received the trade-in promo that I couldnt have the buy one get one promo too. I would have never sold my phone back for $400 and passed up the free phone that was worth over $1000. I will not do business with Verizon moving forward and I caution anyone who does agree to their deals, be sure to go through the confirmation emails in detail before leaving the store.To you response: I will wait to hear from you to decide if we will ever do business in the future. As of now, I strongly suggest other consumers find another vendor. Hopefully, you honor what your sales rep led me to believe.

We were concerned of the size of the phone and he said close to that one pointing to another brand of phone. WHAT? Arrogant, rude, and obviously didnt want our business. This store was supposed to issue a refund for products that the employee (Troy T.) did not charge properly. The manager (a woman who did not introduce herself) was supposed to assist him with this the following day. 8 days later, I still have no refund, and no communication from them in regards to where they are with the refund. You cannot reach the store, it just redirects you to Verizon, and they cannot fix the issue because Troy T. did not document this well. Basically, they force you to go into the store to resolve the issues they have created - despite being COVID +.

Consistently a bad store. Over the several times I have been here, not once did anyone even pretend to care, OR help in literally any way. This last time, we were told to call customer service to get an upgrade because they couldnt be bothered to put in a little effort to help. Interrupted, shushed while trying to explain something, and walked away from without warning multiple times over 3 visits. Go to ANY other store, and chances are you will have a LOT better of an experience than at this store.

Absolutely useless staff. Could not help me with an issue with a broken phone and having to access the account online. Staff member had no idea how to navigate the website and Verizon account. Was ready to purchase a new phone and accessories. Happily walked out of there to take my business elsewhere after that experience. No one should have to pay that much for that level of terrible customer service.

Waited for 30 minutes to get into the store because they could only have 4 in the store due to COVID regulations. The associate told us we were being skipped because other customers were ready. We left to do an errand (20 minutes). We got back, found that we were removed from the queue so had to wait again. New associate told us we had to wait because COVID regulation was 8 (not 4). Waited as 6 customers exited the store over a 50 minute period. When we finally got in, there was 1 customer in the store to the 5 employees. They immediately let 5 other customers in with us. Worst customer experience Ive ever had.

I walked up to the door and it was locked, then I was greeted by a woman asking if I had an appointment or pick up. I didnt even know they were doing this, I was looking to change carriers. She almost denied me into the store when there was no one else in it and employees standing/sitting around. It was weird customer service. I changed my carrier to Verizon but then there was some issue with the transfer. They basically said they couldnt do anything and I had to go to my old carrier to fix the problem, spoiler alert my old carrier said there was nothing they could do. After 45 minutes on hold with Verizon technical support the transfer issue was complete, but I was upset they couldnt fix the issue by calling their own technicians while I was at the Verizon store. I am happy with the plan and service, just the store kinda sucked.

Honestly the worst Verizon store Ive ever been to. The rep Samuel is a joke. Wiped my iPhone took it and walked off. Didnt let us transfer anything off it and said thats not what they do at the store and I know thats a bold lie. He didnt care about anything but his self. Brought out the new phone then put it down then walked off and never saw him again. I will make it my life goal to make sure this store gets fixed because reading all the other reviews its the same thing over and over and over again. No to forget to add in that he deleted all my medical records off my phone and oh Im hearing impaired and I even brought that up and he didnt care not didnt do anything about it nor to make sure my hearing aids would work with the phone. Samuel was more worried about his phone in his pocket. Dont go here dont waste your time or money. If you need to go to a store go to the Waukesha one.

I rarely write reviews, but the way I have been lied to from Patrick at this store deserves telling. I was told I would be receiving a $150 gift card for adding a line to my account, there would be no activation fees, and that I could still buy a phone on Black Friday for considerable discount (even though I had already switched to Verizon two weeks before Black Friday). THIS WAS ALL A LIE. I was charged $40 for an activation fee, and there were NO in-store deals for existing customers on the phone I had specifically asked Patrick about at the time of switching the line over. I then bought a phone through Best Buy to get a deal (to replace the deal I was lied to about being able to get). Because of that, it canceled out the $150 rebate I was supposed to get. Again, Patrick didnt tell me that getting a new phone would cancel out the rebate, even though I specifically asked in store if buying a new phone would change anything in that regard. Then, I was charged another activation fee for the same phone number because I got the new phone through Best Buy.All in all, Patrick proved to be a sleazy salesman and lied to me over and over to ensure that he would get the business that day, even though I told him I was going to add a line in two weeks if not that day. I lost $190 from the whole thing, all from things that I could have avoided if he had been honest. When I went into the store to complain, I was told they cant do anything, call customer service. Customer service gave me a credit for one of the activation fees ($40 in comparison to the $190 I lost) and said they couldnt do anything else.★★★★★ The most notable part of this entire saga is the fact that when I called, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME NOT TO TRUST THE REPS IN STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET THE COMMISSION. This means Verizon knows they have employees blatantly lying to get customers and Verizon doesnt care. I have never experienced a company that will admit, much less WARN that they employ liars and that you cannot trust them. Its absolutely atrocious that this is their business model. I cannot wait to finish paying off my device and leave Verizon. Slightly better phone service in remote places is not worth any of the stress they have caused me. ★★★★★

The sales associates Ive worked with have always been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to solve a problem. The store is clean, bright, and all the devices on display work. They also tend to have a great stock of phones, tablets, and accessories. Ive never had an issue.

My bf and I went there to up grade his phone. We had to ask multiple times for the green IPhone 11 max. Samuel kept telling us they didn’t have one until we looked up online that they had it. We finally got him to go in the back and get it. This was after he walked away to check other customers in 4 times before finally helping paying attention long enough for us to get Samuel to bring the device out. My bf is a veteran and we asked about the discount he has on his account towards accessories Samuel said it wasn’t included and he didn’t have that discount(he does). We tried to explain it to him but Samuel continued to argue with us. Samuel then said we had to wipe the old iPhone before we got the new one even turned on. Samuel deleted the current iPhone information. We told him we needed to be able to mirror the device for the new iPhone, he said no. Samuel then checked the phone into the account, put the phone down, and started helping other customers. We had to use my hotspot to get the new phone to work. Their internet apparently wasn’t working. We could not just simply log in and it kept wanting to connect to other iPhones in the store. We tried to get Samuel to help us and he wouldn’t. He was already with another customer. We ended up leaving and having to call actual corporate Verizon to now have them assist us on setting up the device. NEVER COME HERE!!!! Last time we were here we had features added to the account we didn’t need even. That was another phone call to remove them.

My husband and I recently joined Verizon. We got new phones and there was an issue with mine where tech support got involved, and eventually made an appointment for this store to switch phones for a small fee (>$10). When I got to the store, the rep told me that because my phone was opened and had my info on it, there would be a restocking fee of $50, just to start with. I left, not willing to pay. My husband called Verizon customer service to ask about the situation, and they said this fee doesnt exist - its something the store made up to make money off of people, basically. We got everything taken care of through customer service on the phone. Were ok with the provider, but this location is not a favorite of ours.

Non-existent service. Wherever this list you sign to get in line for help when you enter the store is NOT obvious. Husband and I walk in and no acknowledgement so we browse the store and look at phones since it looks like all associates are busy with other customers. He has questions so heads off to see if he can get help ... comes back with nothing. Another couple walks in a few minutes later and the manager walks up to greet them puts their name on the magical list that gets you in line for help. My husband approaches him and asks to get us on that list. Manager Jeremy acts like its a hassle to do that for us. We walk out about 5 minutes later. I wasnt going to wait around to be treated like that. We will not be coming back.

I went in about about 45 minutes before closing to upgrade my phone. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I figured it would be pretty quick. I was the next person in line, no problem, I do not mind waiting. After having a sales pitch pushed on me, even though I said I was not interested, I was left to wait for at least a half hour. The manager on duty did not come to check in or assist even though there were two other groups besides me who were in line beyond the initial check-in. I understand that managers have different duties than regular sales associates, but I have never been in a Verizon store where the manager did not help customers. After being ignored until past closing, I left without a new phone. I have never seen such terrible customer service, not only to myself but to the others who were in line and ignored. Its a shame.

This is my go-to store for all Verizon business. Ive purchased phones, made changes to account, switched phones I buy elsewhere on existing lines, damage issues. Every time great helpful service. If its busy, I put my name on the list or return another time. I get it that there can be a long wait when theyre busy... especially weekends. Peter, a rep at this store, signed me up for insurance without my knowledge and did a handful of several other sneaky and possibly illegal transactions to maximize his commissions. He made several empty promises.Im thoroughly disappointed in both the way he conducted himself professionally but moreover, that Verizon continues to allow someone that does such things to remain employed. Ill never patronize this store again.

Buy one get one.$200 visa each phone purchase.Military discount.Monthly bill $360 with taxes. Unlimited talk,text and data.ATT was at $395 for a iPhone 5, 2 x iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 that I was still paying on. Other 2 phones paid off. I wish there was a ZERO star to give. My husband and I went to this store looking to switch from another carrier. There were 3 men working, 2 were assisting customers and 1 just finished helping a customer. Non of them acknowledged that we walked in, never said hello, completely ignored us as we waited for some kind of assistance or “hey, I’ll be with you shortly”. One guy was definitely just playing with his tablet. We walked out after about 15min of being ingnored. Verizon lost 2 new customers for horrible customer service.

Dani was very rude, charged her for something that he didnt indicate what it was, and blatantly walked away before we could be fully helped. I have been a long time Verizon customer. Never any issues until I went into this store with my boyfriend to add him on to our family plan. Since then we have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES!Essentially the girl at the store was CLUELESS or trying to Trap us. She quoted us an amount of $100 for him to move to an unlimited family plan. To our surprise the bill went up $150. Not only did our bill go up but the line was ported wrong, she did not set up the phone under his name. Essentially we felt like we spent an hour in the store only for the woman to hand us the phone. After several calls and hours spent on the phone with Verizon they will not stand behind the word of their reps in the store. Lesson learned, never ever trust a Verizon Rep, because when you get your bill and it says something different there is no getting out of it.

Everything you get with your phone comes out of your pocket sooner or later. Insane restocking fees that cost more than the product to deter you from returning them. They make it look more affordable on your initial paperwork than it really is. 22.50 for a thin piece of plastic? Are you kidding me? And it was applied very poorly too, popping off at the corners and collecting dust (barely 3 weeks after getting it). I dont care how much it costs, Im cancelling as soon as I get my next paycheck. My phone bill is higher than my car payment and near double what was initially advertised due to hidden costs. What an absolute scam.

Store employees are incompetent and have absolutely no desire to retain current customers. I will never return to this Verizon location. A few months ago when my phone stopped working I was turned away and told they couldnt help me at all even though my phone was still covered under warranty. I only found out after getting my phone fixed on my own time that Verizon was obligated to cover the repair under warranty and I was lied to. This was just the first of several bad experiences here. If you need a phone upgrade save yourself a headache and go to Best Buy Mobile down the road or at the mall, the employees are nicer, they dont make commission off you, they dont charge outrageous restocking fees for returns, and the phones are cheaper. AVOID THIS STORE.

RUDDEST people I have ever encountered in my life. The store manager there is a condescending jerk who refused to help me get a new phone. I was 3 weeks outside of the warranty window and wouldnt warranty it out, or let me upgrade early. I cannot describe in words how rude this guy was.
