Star was amazing. Personable and talked through each step of my lash lift. She took such care to make sure each and every lash was perfect. The solution she used didnt burn or irritate my eyes like the last time I had this done. She was thorough and walked me through my aftercare recommending the best mascara to use with my lash lift (which I bought). 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you Star! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. As a first timer and having no clue what was going on I felt very well taken care of even when I was blind from taking my contacts out I had someone walk me to the table to make sure I felt comfortable.It was a great experience and I got exactly what I was looking for regarding my lashes! I will definitely be coming back to do it again!

I loved everything about this place! If you are on the fence about getting your eyelash extensions done, just book with the Lash Lounge and youll be in love. Gina was amazing and I appreciated her honest opinion during the consolation because the lashes she picked out were just my style and perfect length (13 mm). My original lashes measured at 11 mm which I didnt realize how long my own lashes were, but everything definitely looks natural even going with a Classic Dramatic. Also prepare to relax and dream away. The tables were so comfy I fell asleep during the service so time flew by and when I woke up I felt renewed! I had such great service from everyone at lash lounge! I had some challenges with some services because of me being a super anxious soon to be bride and Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate me. Star and Olivia were very skilled at providing services and made me feel super comfortable with everything. Star threaded and tinted my brows and I’ve honestly never been so satisfied with my brows in my life. I also don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service! Can’t wait to go back and get my brows done again!

I love lash lounge! I was so nervous about trying lash extensions for the first time. Erin & Stephanie made me feel so comfortable. Erin walked me through the entire process, helped pick out the style that would fit me best and made sure I was happy before leaving. Stephanie is so friendly and is always so happy and accommodating. They both always greet me with a huge smile and are both so personable. My lashes always look amazing and I leave feeling 100% satisfied every time!

Very professional, on time, informative, and diverse. I enjoy the way the technician placed on my lashes. The only complaint that I have is that some of my lashes seem to fall off the same day and I followed all of the directions. I have been going elsewhere prior to covid and this has not happened to me. Regardless they still look and feel good, so I plan to stay with them for awhile.

I really wanted to love this place, mainly for the convenience of being able to book online and good availability. Plus the salon is clean & cute. All good things, but the rest of it, where to start. I booked the new client special and think it’s a smart way to get people in the door, but the amount of lashes placed was pretty sparse compared to what I’m used to at other salons. No biggie, but I booked a full appointment just 5 days later so I could add more lashes and have closer to what I’m used to. The owner, Michelle, called me asking if I could bump my appt. back by 15 mins so they could squeeze in someone who was having a lash emergency. Also no biggie, but a simple thank you & apologies for the inconvenience would’ve been nice. Also she informed me that “some people don’t want that many lashes and speaking for a middle aged, 55 (or whatever age she said) year old woman, she wouldn’t want that money.” I’m sorry, but it’s about the customer not what you or people of other demographics want. Why even point age or anything else out? Just say, we’d be happy to achieve the right look for you!Now for the second appointment...The owner was working behind the desk and I overheard her say to a other client, very clearly, that she was working behind the desk to “self-quarantine because she possibly came into contact with someone who had COVID”. WHAT!!! Last I checked, you’re supposed to be quarantining at home, not working behind a desk, greeting and interacting with the public all. Granted, they have a plastic divider, but that really isn’t a bullet proof solution/protection. And add on top of that, she wasn’t even wearing a face mask, but rather a face shield. The Wisconsin mandate specifically states that shields are not a sufficient substitution for masks. Why make your customers and employees wear masks if you aren’t going to follow the “rules” either!On top of it, during my appt. the stylist stated they were having retention problems lately... well good to know! I guess at least I wasn’t surprised when once again, 5 days later, less than half of my lashes are remaining.The stylists were friendly both times but everything else was subpar. And that’s putting it nicely. They charge considerably more than almost all other salons. I’m more than happy to pay more for exceptional service, but that’s not what you’ll get here.

It was a pleasure to meet Stephanie and the team for my first visit to the lash lounge. Erin, my stylist, was professional, helpful and great at her job. I love my results. I got the lash tint and threading. I have been tinting my lashes since I was a teen and this was the most comfortable I felt with the experience. No discomfort at all. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you ladies!!

This was my first time here and Brenda tinted my eyelashes and eyebrows perfectly! I have had lash tinting only twice before a long time ago and it was very irritating to my eyes. But this time at Lash Lounge I had very minimal discomfort and am so happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Ive had lash extensions at three other salons and Lash Lounge has been my favorite. I see Gina and she is awesome. The lashes are great quality, the lounge is comfortable and clean and the staff is awesome. The fact that you can have a membership at discounted rates at a lounge that does nothing but lashes is perfect. You wont be disappointed.

I had eye brow threading done and they did a great job. Not only that it didn’t even hurt. They were very gentle. I have had threading done in the mall and it was very painful. This didn’t hurt at all. I can’t wait to go back for my eyelash consult.

I had my first service completed at Lash Lounge with Mackenzie. She helped me make the best choices for me. You choose lash type and fullness. The service was extremely relaxing, I almost fell asleep. As soon as the service was done it was a beautiful enhancement to my eyes. I had zero irritation or issues.I recommend Mackenzie for any service!

Ive had nothing but wonderful service from the moment I walk in the door. Friendly, attentive and my lashes have never looked better! They look so natural yet I never have to wear mascara and I wake up looking like a movie star (ok, that might be a stretch but you get the point). Erin has done a great job helping me find the right size/style lashes for me as well as educating me on the right products to keep my lashes looking fabulous in between fills. Every time I go there, I am pleased with the results. They have tinted and permed my eyelashes and I LOVE It. No Mascara. It is relaxing and the staff is very professional. Would totally recommend using them!

Because of a medical issue I had very very small natural lashesI wanted something as subtle as possible. Well I am beyond happy. She did such an outstanding job. I actually was giddy on how awesome they look.

I went in for my second lash perm and eyebrow threading after trying it for the first time a couple months ago and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out once again! I don’t like mascara so this is such a great way to get my lashes how I want them. Staff is super friendly... I’ve definitely recommended them to more than a few people.

I have always contemplated getting lash extensions but have always been a little afraid to commit. Once I saw Lash Lounge would be opening nearby, I decided to take the plunge and so glad I did! On my first visit, I learned about the training the staff had to go through and immediately knew I was in good hands. My questions were answered and I felt totally comfortable. I have to give a shoutout to the awesome Erin for her continued fabulous service. She is caring and gentle while producing customized results Im sooo happy with. I get compliments ALL the time and have had zero issues with my extensions. I would recommend her and the Lash Lounge team to anyone even remotely interested in lash/brow services, you wont be disappointed!

Owner is incredibly unprofessional. Do not ever go here. Wasn’t even worth it when it was free so don’t even bother wasting your money here like I wasted my time. WORST place to get services done.
