Luke, who assisted me through the sales process, was extremely transparent on any pricing/trade-in questions and was always quick to respond. Fantastic, Very nice individuals working in the service department, they get the work done in a timely fashion and they way they speak to you is very respectful. Daniel even held the door for me to walk through first to my vehicle once the work was done and I made sure to thank him as I stepped through. And if they for some reason need to order parts for your service they make sure to try their best to accommodate you with the next closest return schedule with respects to your time and they get you a time and date that will work for both parties I recommend them for all your Kia needs honestly.

Walked in to Crowley KIA and inquire about anything else than purchasing a vehicle. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ted Kramarz and Chris Rosario would not give me any information about what I came for I just want an oil change and maintenance they told me to call and that its closed with a smile on their face. Wipe that dumb smile off your face Take down my name and phone number and have me called but at this location as soon as you buy a car its over then its just making money of doing excessive maintenance. Highly not recommend for any young people to buy a vehicle there or anyone who has any financial literacy and wants to be treated like a person. They never pick up the phone. When I had a safety recall for my Stinger it was so hard to make an appointment I had to call Kia USA so they will assign me the appointment because Crowley never picks up its phone. I brought the issue up Kia USA. I experience ageism and prejudice whenever I go in there. I have been at this location four times. Highly dis recommend. I have never been to a worse car dealership in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE

We just picked up our beautiful new Kia Sportage, everything is perfect! Talk about perfection Crowley Kia delivers! An easy buying experience that felt very low pressure. We were able to contact our salesman Chris during off hours with questions and continue to reach out when we have more.

I was met as soon as I drove into the service area. The reason for my appointment was reviewed and I was directed to the customer waiting area. My service along with a complimentary car wash was completed within a half hour. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and helpful.

One 2 occasion I had an interview set up with this company and both times they called me to tell me they had “found someone else” and that the “position had been filled.” I figured when they called me for the second time for an interview maybe this time things had changed, maybe they’d actually have me in for the interview we had scheduled, NOPE. This is probably the most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever tried to work with. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Really nice sales guy but WAY too many special rules on the Telluride from $2k extra markup (because they are in high demand), to requiring a non-refundable down payment to hold one (even though there are none available to see or test drive) to not allowing customers to pay cash for them (because they want the money they get from customers financing them). I understand supply and demand but honestly this just feels like they are taking advantage of customers. I know this because i ended up going to Stamford and none of these rules existed.

Went to Crowley they were able to find me a car that would fit into my budget, payments that I can afford. My sales person Christopher Rosario was awesome to work with,I would highly recommend this dealership they made the whole process easy and took care of all the loose ends such as insurance and registration.All I have to do is get in the drive.

I was cheerfully greeted by the Internet Sales Manager, Kalani, and handed off to Rocco in Sales who was friendly, informative, professional, and not high pressure. The General Sales Manager, Pete, another friendly guy,, helped to close the gap in our discussion and I feel that I got a fair deal for a 2020 Niro EV. Purchased my 2012 SOUL ! new at Crowley KIA and have returned for most all my service visits. Last week I stopped by to have them certify my fuel rebate application. They did that in less than 10 minutes. I had previously stopped at a new KIA dealer in Watertown (closer to my home) and after waiting 25 minutes they told me they did not know how to do the certification.Crowley has helped me whenever I have had any problems with my Soul and they have been few and far between. We pulled into Crowley Kia as they were closing to look at a 2020 Kia Soul. A salesman named Will greated us outside as we were looking over their stock. He was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He apologized for the fact that we couldnt take it for a ride because the showroom had closed. Kinda funny since we didnt expect anyone to be there. He spent a good amount of time with us and invited us to come back the next day and scheduled an appointment.We arrived early for our appointment and Will cheerfully showed us the Soul and sent us out for a test drive. We came back and had a trade offer ready, I showed him another offer I had, he matched it and 2 hours later, we had our first New vehicle in 14 years.What made this 5 stars was everything! No pressure, ever... Will was a relaxed professional. His manager, relaxed yet straight forward. Our vehicle was perfect when drove it home. Will also did a great job of going over all the safety features and set up our phones to sync with our new Soul. This purchase was a enjoyable experience.

The staff was very knowledgeable, was receptive to my needs and discussions, and conducted themselves very professionally throughout the test drive and shopping process. This dealership is convenient to my location, and their inventory was plentiful and I was able to buy the exact car I needed without any pressure to purchase items I didnt need.

The issue with my car was serious. The expectations were set up front that it would be a long time for the repair due to the amount of work and shipping of parts. (engine recall) Interim communications were ok. I should have been provided a rental. That never happened. Technician asked to double-check something which I thought was a good, proactive step considering the amount of work they had to do.

After having my car stolen 3 months ago, I was left to look for another car! When I saw the Kia Telluride driving on the highway I knew I needed one. We went to Crowley Kia and although they’re inventory had literally just been cleared, my car salesman Butch worked quickly to get me exactly what I wanted. I did have to wait a couple of months to get the car, but Butch kept me updated every step of the way. I got my car the other day and it is jaw dropping. Safe, reliable and everything I need as a traveling RN! This dealership was professional down to every last detail. Even Vickie in financing was phenomenal and informative. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dealership. If you go there, ask for Butch!! .You won’t regret it; he has some pretty good one liners

Completely wasted my time after driving an hour to come to them for the Costco program they advertise they participate in. Would only sell me the car at a higher price than advertised and refused to participate in the program after advertising they do. Luke ran me in circles telling me they would sell me a car through the program after being told they would not and only upon calling Luke to follow up on a previously scheduled appointment was I told from him that they changed their mind and again would not sell me the car. This is super unprofessional and this is by far the worst experience ive ever had with a car dealership. Went straight to Branford Kia and they got me the Costco program price for me immediately and I ordered the car. Guess they just dont need the business here, go to Branford for a much better experience with less shady people. Also, look at how many fake 5 star reviews they have by people with absolutely no prior review history

Recently leased a Kia Optima for my son, and the experience from beginning to end was top rated!!! Our sales associate, Chris Rosario was very professional, courteous, responsive, and above all made our experience very seamless. He also had a great sense of humor and answered all our questions; and when he didn’t have the answer, he was able to get an answer from his supervisor very quickly. Since they didn’t initially have the color of the car we wanted, Kia was able to get the car within a few days. We went in on Friday and were able to pick up the car by Monday. After going to 4 other dealerships in search for the right Kia Sorento I found this gem of a dealership in CT. I was an out of state buyer and was very particular about what kind of Sorento I wanted. Will was a breathe of fresh air in an industry struggling to make a connection with buyers who want to feel like theyre not being swindled every step of the car buying experience.I had my fair share of bad experiences prior to this dealership and am just flat out lucky I found them because Will never blew me off, even though I had to do most of the transaction over the phone... After we agreed to pay the full price of new 2021, they asked us to sign a *partially filled* out purchase order before we received any financing terms. We asked to N/A the blank sections (loan terms, etc...) or add a statement in the comments (such as pending agreement to financial terms) because we did not want to be bound by the purchase order if the financing terms were not favorable. They said that we werent allowed because we were buying a Telluride and that this is how weve always done it. To make matters worse, we were only allowed to use their lender (which they admitted gave 1-2% higher interest rates than normal) and we werent allowed to buy the car in cash.The only bright spot was Branden who was very knowledgeable and made the initial experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, his management and their sketchy dealings with the lenders ruined our experience.

I cant day enough good things about this place. I was so upset of having to buy a car was not prepared to buy one at all when my car broke and would cost more to fix it. So was not prepared and was so worried about it and then I spoke with Brandon a sales guy over there and everything he did and the finance person Vicki did was above and beyond helpful I am so grateful to them and would never go anywhere else. If your looking for a car I highly recommend them.

I was a returning customer purchasing a new Kia Sportage to replace the 2016 sportage I had purchased from Crowley in 2015. I had clearly indicated I wanted a payment at or below my previous payment. The finance person told me before and at the signing of paperwork, that she had saved me $30 from my previous loan payment. Due to COVID, I rushed to sign the paperwork. I later received the first month bill from the lender and not only was my payment NOT a savings of $30, it was $70 MORE than I had been paying and $100 MORE that she had told me. I contacted the salesman and he apparently didnt care because he brushed me off. I complained to the dealership several ways and they didnt even ACKNOWLEDGE my complaint, never mind addressing the dishonesty of their employee. The dealerships service dept had previously lied to me about my car needing brakes when I brought it into get serviced. Management seemed apologetic at the time, so I continued to get my car serviced there. This kind of dishonesty is horrible. And I would think you would APPRECIATE return business not lie to a returning customer. On a separate note, my wife was looking for a lease on a Seltos or Sportage and the salesman she was dealing with didnt bother to provide information she had requested. Now that she found out about the lies, she wont be leasing from this dealer.

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Crowley Kia. Thanks to my salesman Dylan, I had the best car shopping experience of my life and walked away with not only one but TWO great cars with wonderful deals. Originally, I only intended to test drive some vehicles. However, Dylan made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable that I couldn’t walk away empty handed!
