Got a car from them six months ago and was so happy to find the exact car i wanted and they helped me out so much to get approved overall very nice staff. But now the car i was so happy about cant even drive anymore and i was told it needs a new transmission. I now have to figure how how to pay to get it fixed and i cant even get to work because that was my only way of transportation and now im stuck when i put all my money into that car. They cant and wont help me because the warranty i have only covered 12,000 miles or 12 months of the cars life so now they said i have to basically pay put of pocked to get my car fixed when i thought id be getting a good car from these people very unsatisfied.

If I could give them 10 stars I would, long story short my car that I absolutely love and never got a scratch on was hit from behind, they were so professional informative and up front from beginning to end. I’m also new to the area so I’m very thankful I went to them. My car looked better than it did the day I bought it. they went above and beyond. Thanks again guys!

Finding an honest, fair priced, and efficient mechanical is borderline impossible.Luckily, CJ’s is that place. They work with you when things are tough, they are honest with what is going on the car immediately, and NEVER try and add random fees, here and there. Go to this place. Give them business, because I guarantee they won’t let you down.I am so pleased with their work that I even wrote a review online ha. This is the first time I reviewed anything, so if that doesn’t go to show you the type of work/people they are, well enjoy getting screwed at some other place.

After a frustrating weekend of truck shopping and having everything I was interested in be under deposit by the time I could get to it, I called Ariel at CJ AutoMall. The truck I was calling about had been driven home to give it a true run through by I believe their service mgr for the weekend. I called Monday morning and was allowed to put a small deposit on it over the phone to hold it till I got there after work. Ariel called me to confirm and went over all that was done to the truck. When I got there he was waiting with the truck ready to roll. All was as promised and more. By far one of my best experiences with a used car purchase. I’ll definitely use them again. Before coming to CJ Auto Mall I shopped around at other dealerships. I went online to check out their inventory and saw the exact car that I was looking for. I filled out an inquiry online and within a half hour Ariel was contacting me. The next day I went to the dealership and from the moment I walked in I was greeted and treated with respect. Recently bought a car from them and the car itself is pretty good that’s why I didn’t give them a 1 rating but there customer service and business ethics are lacking. We were told the car would have new tires and they put used tires with 60% tread on the front and on the back inside of the tires was only 1/32 of an inch of tread, as we found out soon after buying when the rear tires went flat. They told us because it Somehow passed the dmv inspection because they probably didn’t check the inside, that it isn’t there fault, but they aren’t legally allowed to sell tires that low on tread. Anyways we called to see if they would replace the rear tires like they promised and they said no because we already put tires on it and they wouldn’t have paid what we paid for the new tires so they said we were stuck and wouldn’t reimburse any part of it. They’ll tell you anything you want to hear to have you purchase the car then once they get your money they give you the runaround and won’t help you out at all.

He was very attentive, friendly, and followed up in a timely manner whenever I had questions about the vehicle or progress of our deal. I brought my vehicle in after finding out CJs Auto Mall were on my warrantys preferred list. The torque converter and AC had died and needed to be repaired/replaced. They walked me through the entire process and kept me informed daily. They handled everything with the warranty company and were very professional. Once I got my car back I was pleased it drove even better than prior to the breakdown!

I had previously inquired about a Honda Pilot through CarGurus and was contacted by Ariel of CJ Auto Mall the same day! I made an appointment with him directly, but unfortunately due to my personal scheduling errors, I could not make it down to view the vehicle and ended up cancelling the appointment. Approximately a week or so later I was browsing CJ Auto Malls entire inventory online, and found a GORGEOUS 2015 Toyota Camry for an extraordinary price. I ended up texting Ariel as we had previously been in contact regarding the Pilot, and mentioned that I was interested in taking the Camry for a test drive. He was able to get me in the same day for a test drive, and I was able to take the car home that night after deciding it was the perfect fit for me! Ariel was extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable about the car itself, all of its features and perks were thoroughly explained and understood, it is apparent that he knows his stuff and cares about his customers! :) I would definitely purchase another car from CJ Auto Mall!!

Insane how they told me that the car had new brakes, oil change, new tires. I had no brake pads and the tires are the worst! Over charged me and told me that I gave them a fake $100 bill. Which was a lie cause I got the money from a citizens bank. Gave me a car with no brake pads. So much I can write! These guys are the worst! Worst experience I’ve had with a car! Don’t let these reviews be the reason you check this place out!

I dont know what to say. My BMW gave check engine light on light and I took my car to CJauto because they were in preferred list of my warranty company. Everything went fine and I brought my car back. But after 1 week again same issue started. This time I opened my car myself instead of taking the car back to them and noticed the new ignition coil connection is loose. New ignition coil has no logo, no mark, no brand names ??? how a new ignition coil connection could be loose? Is this a genuine BMW part?

Went there to check out a 2004 Nissan Frontier. They had an Asking Price tag on the Internet, and front window $ of 8,899.Come to find out the entire rear / & Undercarriage of the truck was Rotted out. I also seen that the bottom of the oil pan was soaking Wet with oil. So it had a Nasty oil Leak coming from somewhere.The truck was full of scratches. Definitely NOT worth anywhere near what theyre trying to get for it. I looked @ KBB. And the book value was significantly LOWER than what he posted the truck for Sale at.So needless to say after seeing all these things, I did Not. and would Not Purchase any vehicles from CJ. Auto Mall.Thanks for Reading.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

One of the worst experiences with a dealer (my girlfriend was the purchaser) was charged extra for a safety check rear calipers were frozen and there were no brake pads left on the rear of the car and on the driver rear side one of the lug studs were broken off and only 2 of the 3 remaining lug nuts were tight... so much for their “safety inspection” that they charged extra for. Live over a hour away and they wanted me to have to drive the car back to them in that condition to have it repaired with it obviously being unsafe for the road. If I could I would post the pictures I have of all of this it’s ubserd that a licensed dealer can get away with that. So like I stated in the beginning the worst experience I’ve had at a dealer STAY FAR AWAY from these thieves another small used dealer that only cares about making the sale and could care less about the buyer after. They also told us in the first place that all of their cars come with a warranty, as she was signing the paperwork I was watching over her shoulder and it said on one of the pieces of paper that it was a as is sale and I stopped her from signing anymore and questioned that and was told by the salesman that the car was over a certain age and they didn’t have to warranty it but then he changed it to a 30 day warranty which leads back to when I called to tell them about all the problems and they told me to drive it back there, nothing about them having it towed back for SAFETY reasons. I was told that the car was sold as is and they didn’t have to do anything. For anyone going through the same problem report it to the DMV all dealers are required by state law that they must sell a vehicle that is safe for the road and in my eyes this vehicle that was purchased with condition of the rear brakes and left rear lugs being broke and one left loose leaving only 2 tight lug nuts was not safe by any means.
