I had a very positive experience with Crowley! Branden was professional, welcoming, helped us get the car that fit our needs, without being pushy. And Rob, Finance Manager, really made the financing work for us, went above and beyond!. I have purchased many cars from Crowley, with good experiences overall!
First time in over thirty years as a Crowley customer that I have an issue! My car was part of the Kia Sorento recall and I brought it in on 8-11-21. At that time I was told that I do need the recall part and Crowley would order it and call me when it was in. Got home today from the doctors, and had a voice mail that Crowley’s was here at 9:30 to pick up the car. NOONE CALLED ME PRIOR TO this, why would I make an appointment my at the same time I had a doctor appointment? I didn’t. No one called, the girl in service said she and I talked, NO we did not. I am terminally ill, write down all appointments, even when my grandsons are coming to visit. It’s how I keep track of my many doctor appointments. I pride myself on being where I’m supposed to be. This upset me. Crowley Kia and I have rescheduled to Wednesday 9-1-21 at 10 am. I hate that the service girl lied to me, saying we talked on the phone and made an appointment for today. NO WE DID NOT!! As I said, I write down everything because I am so sick and have so many doctors. I have a day timer on my kitchen counter and in my purse. You say if I’m not happy you want to know...So Ken I’m telling you I’m unhappy!
Had a nice experience with this dealer. Still trying to decide what Im going to do but there was no pressure and the salesman, Will, was pleasant, helpful, and much more knowledgeable than most sales people. All in all it was a pleasurable experience.
Awful dealership. I put a deposit on a car then decided not to purchase and the dealership REFUSED to give me my deposit back. Saying that I had supposedly signed saying that they keep the deposit. Which wasn’t true. I signed a blank paper saying that I would give a deposit over the telephone.
Leo in Sales was really professional took his time to show us different SUV and explained every single detail. Gave us different options and didnt make us feel pressure, definitely recommend Crowley Auto and Leo we are really happy that we drove a hour here to purchased our Kia Sorrento
Had to go there to.pick up a car. Was suppose to be at one dealership but was at another one. Were treated well when they thought we were customers but when they found out we were just picking up a car got much less help. I wanted to talk to Mr. Crowley as his ad says but the girl working the desk did not even know he was. Would not go there to buy any kind of car.
Awesome car dealership very honest the prices are good I would recommend anybody to go to Crowley kia
Firstly, Brianna Casiano is a wonderful and pleasant saleswoman! As for her boss and their financing department, that is a completely different story. I went in there with full intentions of purchasing a preowned truck today whether through financing or paying for the truck flat out in cash. The financing numbers where not quite was I was looking for so I was willing to pay in cash. When I went over the numbers, there were about $1000 in unnecessary fees that were tagged on to the original price of the car! That extra $1000 dollars was the reason that the deal didn’t go through, I was already all in on making the purchase until that point. When I called the deal off and wanted my original deposit on the truck back, the manager/boss decided to come out of his face and tell me that “why did I waste their time?!” That was so disrespectful! It got into a heated discussion over my original deposit and I was threatened with the police being involved over getting a receipt for my refund of my deposit! Totally would NEVER give this place my business EVER!
Pretty unprofessional, cheap, con men. The guy who finalized the sale was very rude and impatient, either pressing us to make the sale or leave. I tried to get something in writing for a used car I purchased just to ease some of my mild concerns and the sales manager Mark Giannone refused to provide me with any form of written assurance. Instead verbally reassuring me he wouldnt and I quote never sell anyone a POS vehicle yea right! Within a week I noticed issues with the car. I called back and he said theres nothing that can be done. Great job guys. Thank you.
I suffer from Claustrophobia. I had an appointment today and was treated extremely rude. I do not wear a mask due to this condition. I walked into the show room. And a gentleman located in an office came out hurriedly. Sir you must wear a mask. I explained my condition and he stated I dont care its the law we cant help you. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone again I have bought my vehicle from them alnog with 3 of my family members; but now I will go elsewhere.
Great, low pressure dealership 👍
Will was amazing, he really cares about providing great customer service. Me and my husband came in will was our salesman. He was so understand of what we needed for our big family. That day we left with a vehicle that was safe and comfortable fit our needs. The process was so fast. This was the best experience I ever received at a car dealership.
Very good maintenance department. Staff was friendly and helpful
Initially, we got a great impression from them. Sales people were great, Vicky (business manager) was very helpful. I bought our car in CT but live in FL, so during the entire process, I was very clear that the car had to be registered in FL. I asked them to confirm the pricing for that, and they said they did. After over a month of excuses and delays, we still didn’t have our plates. Then, finally, they arrived. And suddenly I owe them another $125. I realize this is small change when considering the price of the car. However, the way it was handled was terrible. Kalani Lopa, another employee at Crowley, would not even let me finish my sentence on the phone, cut me off several times. Eventually, I paid the difference. My issue is that they were so eager to close the sale that they told me they confirmed the pricing on the out of state registration without actually doing so. And then refused to make it right and eat the difference.
Purchased a CPO and am very happy with the process doing so. Quick, easy and good people to work with.
The slaes person was kind and well informed me.
Ive been to Crowley for car repairs and service and have always been treated very nicely. The staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable. Ready to answer any questions. I am going to be looking for a vehicle in the not too distant future and Crowley will be the first place I go. Whether it is Kia or Ford Im not sure, possibly Volkswagen.. but I will be looking there because I know Ill get good service.
Friendly folks at the show room but didnt have car in stock I was told they had when called which was purpose of my trip. As such rather than getting a Telluride for my wife went to a Chevy dealer and got. A Suburban again.
Ive been a customer of Crowley Kia for a few years now and I have to say that this auto grip is the best of the best! Always courteous, willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied not only with your purchase but with the amount of money you are sending on your purchase. Excellent service department! Ask for Butch, hell help you find the exactly what youre looking for! All around great place to shop for all of your auto needs!
Sales people were nice. They gave me their best offer for a new lease. I went to kia of east Hartford and leased the same car for $100 less a month. Make sure you shop around.
I recently purchased a car with the help of Rob Roy and very satisfied. I love my car thank you all
I got a flat tire and they couldnt repair it no problem they have to order a new one it took the distributer well over 24 hrs to drop one off not good buisness practice for me i could have gone to multipuly buisness in town and had one put on in about 1 hr. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am on Thurs and got a call at 1:57 on Fri that they have my tire
Offered test drive + opportunity to purchase vehicle from Crowley Auto and I was not given notification of After Market Remote Starter possibly being installed with vehicle from Crowley Auto without my Consent in 2012. Vehicle turned on during being parked, I was not in the vehicle, and keys were not in the ignition. I asked Crowley Auto to give potential vehicle hazard condition and solve problem. I was told from Crowley Auto Group that After Market Remote Starter had been installed without being removed. I asked Crowley Auto for full refund and my request to receive full $ amount refund was denied and potentially bribed with discount to my next purchase from Crowley Auto during communicating with email which was suggested form of communication from Crowley Auto. It is 2018 and I am still disatisfied with Business Owner + Sales Team to Award Customer Honest Profit Trend which Full $ Amount Refund to me in my opinion is best for Selling Business and Purchasing Customer. Vehicle I purchased is Nissan Rogue. I support Nissan and their effort to provide loyal technology. I apologize for grammatical erors. Story is accurate to my knowledge. Best of luck shopping with Crowley Auto for your next car.
Bought a used car, our salesman Butch was very helpful. Everyone we delt with was friendly.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Salesman Hayden Joeckel he did everything he could to help us get the best deal ...Id say you should see him if youre looking for a vehicle
If possible, I would give zero stars. These guys are completely ridiculous. Since January I have tried to get my Ford fixed due to the Ford sanctioned recall notice about the airbags. I have been given the run around and told numerous times that I am on the parts waiting list. I was recent;y told that my parts would be here as soon as three days... two weeks ago. These people have no concern over the safety of their customers or their vehicles. Stay Away, or hope that any vehicle you own is never under recall.
I have nothing but the best experiences with the Kia Group from Crowley Auto Group.
Excellent full service dealership. Large inventory. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous salespeople. Rob B was fantastic!
Saw a Kia Forte listed on their website for $11,995. Come in. Well give you a deal because its the end of the month. Four thousand dollars later, their best price was nearly $15,000. Ive had great experiences at Crowley Ford. Id gotten my last two cars there. But Crowley Kia? Never again! Get your price BEFORE you go!!!! Buyer beware! The salesman Andrew should have made that sale, and NO ONE should EVER have to deal with Art. He is a high pressure, insulting salesman who used antiquated methods of selling cars. VIN etching fees, when I told him straight out no b.s. fees.” That never happened at Crowley Ford. He also asked if we wanted to negotiate based on what we wanted our payment to be. Come on!!! Seriously? I wanted to reach across the table and put a permanent wrinkle in his fancy suit. And if he acts like that, that’s what’s going to happen someday. He’s what my father would call a louse and he should learn some manners.
No stars. Im officially done with Crowley and the service department there. A brief history. A couple of years ago, a couple of days after a routine oil service and tire rotation, the wheel just came off the vehicle as it was being driven down the road. It just suddenly became a three-wheeler. The lug nuts either werent properly tightened or werent re-torqued. The service manager expressed disbelief, couldnt imagine what couldve happened. I told him you and I both know what happened. The wheel wasnt properly tightened after the tire rotation. Im sure they feared some type of legal action, but no one was injured and the axle was repaired or replaced (candidly I dont remember) so I only gave them a stern but respectful scolding. Subsequently, when replacing tires at Town Faire, the fine people there alerted us to the Jeeps propensity for having the lug nuts loosen. They should be re-tightened after driving for a while. Id never heard that. They said it was common. When I brought it up to the Crowley service manager on a subsequent visit, he said hed never heard of such. I asked him how it was that it was common practice at Town Faire on Jeeps and a large dealership like his was unaware. I will not belabor that point nor the fact that on a handful regular service visits something else far more expensive tended to pop up. That happened the last time I took the Jeep in a couple of weeks ago. Because the vehicle was about to be used on a long road trip and away for the summer, I acquiesced as I suspected these repairs/improvements might well be beneficial. However, these repairs had nothing to do with the air conditioner. I had asked about cabin filter or air conditioner filter (if there even is one) as the vehicle had taken on a musty smell. For a few hours on the trip, the AC was not needed. When it was turned on, it didnt work. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not. After getting to the destination and taking it to a Firestone shop for repair, they said, someone unplugged the compressor. When asked if that could just happen on its own, we were told thats highly unlikely. It was then that I took more seriously a situation involving a family friend. He left their employ (his choice) a while back after feeling pressure to suggest unnecessary repairs should be made on vehicles he serviced. I certainly have no proof and am not accusing anyone of anything. But I do wonder had I taken it back to the dealership if the cost of fixing it wouldve been more than plugging the compressor back in. So, the AC is working. Im done with Crowley Jeep in Bristol. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Should anyone choose to use their service department, Id ask if the lug nuts were tight (even if they just change the oil) and if they unplugged anything that should be plugged back in. Id suggest being skeptical. Generally, the people working there are friendly if a bit harried. Perhaps the issue is as simple as an overwhelmed department. I will stop short of saying anything unethical was done as it is wise to never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity, but dont rule out malice. Either way, its inadequate, sloppy and in the case of the wheel, potentially dangerous. So I will no longer do business there. They have plenty of customers so it wont impact them greatly Im sure. But I have spent thousands with them over the years. That, is a thing of the past.
We have purchased cars here twice now, always got a fair deal and courteous service. Service center folks have been top notch, We get all services on our Kia here.
I went to crowley just to look around and see what they had.had no intentions of buying a car. Well I had Robert capellini as a salesman and he was wonderful.very friendly and compassionate.i had alot of concerns and alot of questions and he was very patient and polite with me..lol he helped me get into a 2019 Kia forte and was able to leave with it that day.i would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and honest
I bought three cars from crowley, first one had an accident that i wasnt informed of, second one interior was falling apart, third one got registered to my cosigner because they couldnt wait two days, those werent cheap cars, very pushy and unprofessional, one of the salesman stopped at my house because he forgot a signature lol i mean seriously, also theres no chance you can actually talk to Ken Crowley, i definitely wont ever buy anything from crowley i took my business elsewhere and im very satisfied
Great service!!
Best place to buy a car Nissan
Great service they do take care of their customers
Horrendous experience. I felt like I was being lied to and scammed. When I decided to not purchase a car the representative tried to bully me into purchasing it by threatening to keep my deposit. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
We have purchased several cars from this dealership. Nice sales staff and great service.
Nice dealership. Excellent cars
Great Service! Have purchased 3 cars from them will never go anywhere else.
The best group of people ever
Chris is a great salesman

Best and honest nissan techs around
They were very kind and attentive with all the doubts I had about the calling service.

Not a good dealership, seems more like a used car dealership. Sales people don’t even have desks to work at.
