This location has the friendliest staff out of all the walgreen locations Ive been to.Ive had been having a rough couple of days but just the simple kindness from the employees made my day better today. I was greeted by on employee as I walked in, another one greeted me as I was getting my supplements, and the young women with short hair at the register was also very kind. Thank you all for your kindness it is greatly appreciated. (You never know what people are going through)

Credit card machine doesnt work. No internet. Phones are off. There is always something wrong at this location. The staff are friendly enough, but why is this location open if they cant be sure they can operate? Ive made 2 covid vaccine appointments, and both times i was turned away, because you apparently cant get a vaccine without the internet or phone working. Its a wonder that vaccines were used 100 yrs before the invention of phones and the internet. But this pharmacy cant figure out how to do one without the other. Id suggest stop taking appointments if you cant operate your business in the meantime.

Update: I did receive a very sincere phone call from their pharmacist staying the automated phone system must not have been working so I didn’t receive my text when the meds were ready. I’d recommend using a 24-7 pharmacy in the future to avoid this problem moving forward. Was told my very important prescription would be ready within an hour and I would receive a text. Called 2 hours later and find out the pharmacy is closed! Now I hope my dog lives overnight since she needs this medicine for heart failure.

Since they have changed i went again (because it is so close) and I have not seen the one that was rude, regarding the post below. Everyone in the store part, in the past, have been so nice for years. Had to change this. So easy to post negative. I dont feel the same about this Walgreens pharmacy. ////I usually go to the Walgreens in Mango. The pharmacists are much kinder. However, I went to the one on Kingsway because it is much closer. I dont take meds that often. It was for a diet pill. I thought I had 1 refill. I called and my order was filled I was called to pick it up. I waited a week before picking up and they put it back in inventory. I understand. I went through drive thru for convenience I was out and about. The young pharmacist at the window was rude and treated me like I was a suspicious addict or a dealer. I am a 58 yr old with a cute dog. Lol what the heck. Just trying to lose covid 10lbs. I have always loved the staff inside this store (for 7years) but never in my life have been treated this way.I will never go back to this pharmacy.

On Friday I took some prescription to get filledfor my son at this store. He has no insurance. I asked the pharmacist an older Indian man if they looked for coupons for customers. He was very rude to me and told me 3 times.(WE DONT DO THAT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS) during ournconversation. I understood him the first time he said it. He told me I could buy a discount card for $20 that would last all year. Again multiple times. The prescriptions I needed filled would come to about $120 and the card would save my about $40. Im sure that in the past Ive been treated rude by the same man and that is why Id stopped using this pharmacy but the drive thru is convenient and my husband use it just days prior and picked up his prescription in the drive thru. The rudeness of this man was making me angry. He asked me if I wanted them back I did and I took them to CVS were they did find some coupon and or discounts for me and I paid $44 for all four.

I just love this store!!! Ive been going to that place for almost 12 years now and I always find what Im looking for!The stuff are the most wonderful and knowledgeable people always willing to give a hand when I needed! Ive been seeing how people need help on the photos department especially when its time to use the quioske machine!They are well prepared to help the customers with a consistent and patient performance!!I am so lucky to have such a great group of profissional near by at this Walgreens! Thanks Mr. Ryan, Tina Scott, Mrs. Marta,Amanda and all the others for the incredible support during all these years of photo needs!You guys are awesome professionals!!

This walgreens is right down the street from my house, and I dread going in if a lady by the name of “tina” is working. she has absolutely no personality, dry, and very rude. Never a smile on her face.

Not helpful! zero customer service!

Major run around on defective glucose meter and stopping auto reorder. Wanted to switch pharmacies from Seffner to Brandon store. Simple? Not with Walgreens. Publix meds are sometimes a little costlier but they provide service that Walgreens does not.

I came to pay so called TECO bill. The manager alerted me to the fact that it is a Sunday & this request for unpaid TECO bill could be a scam. He saved me $500 because the call indeed was a scam.

I just called Walgreens twice to talk to someone in the pharmacy. Both times I was disconnected after being on hold for several minutes. Thats enough for me. I will try another pharmacy chain next.
