I wont go into harsh detail on my opinions regarding these rotten people, for their actions speak louder than my words. These folks (in specific, a young man) have told my dear grandmother, a beautiful eighty year old woman, that she doesnt deserve to be pampered or treated, which is highly inaccurate given that she deserves all the respect and attention in the world. These folks have also made rude and uncalled for remarks about my physical appearance. A young woman mocked me by saying Where can I get a pork chop in this mall? in reference to my weight. I am a thirteen year old female. She is an adult, however, I use that term lightly. I am not plus-sized or exceedingly overweight or fat, yet this individual was desperate enough to nitpick the tiniest fault in order to make her petty life a little less boring. Oro Gold is a bankrupt trash heap waiting to happen. They cant even afford to employ dedicated workers who WONT manipulate and insult stray bystanders to the point in which the company itself falters. It seems that the people they hire truly hate the business they work for. If they didnt, then they wouldnt be so outwardly disrespectful to patrons. Get your act together soon, or else your reputation will diminish more than it already has.

Thank God they close this place, it was terrible .The mall replaced them with the best new brand called Tresor rare

Ugh! No means no!! $200 face cream better send me to bed with a big O, and then wake me up with coffee and a chocolate croissant in the morning. Stay away from these aggressive salespeople and their overrated snake oil.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I hate that I can not vote it a -1. I wanted to learn more about the product and the guy who said that he was a manager was extremely pushy and rude. Once I declined the product (because he said that he used the product and he has red bumps all over his face) he told me that I could not afford the product thats why I did not buy. I told him he was being rude and kindy showed him the keys to my 2016 Mercedes Benz SUV and informed him that I did not buy because I did not want to. He was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! and EXTREMELY PUSHY. Honestly I would have purchased if he didnt tell me he used the product. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I will NEVER walk past this place again. Be sure to do the same. The girl lied to me about a sample she had for me inside the store just to get me inside. IShe made it hard for me to leave and kept putting products under my eyes. Both my daughter and I felt so uncomfortable. Please stay clear of this store.

I wish I could give you zero stars! Your store has no busbuess ethics which likely reflects the owners non existing ethical backbone. This store preyed on an elderly man with Parkinsons. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to discern that this wasnt what he needed. And to find out the owner himself, Ami Rubin, sold this to that gentleman?!?. Shame on you Mr. Rubin for not doing the right thing because of greed!! Even the Orogold corporate office said they do all they can to fix customer dissatisfaction. If you think this negative media storm will just go away on its own-- you are very wrong. You now have a reputation for being a greedy business. Shame on you!!

The store that managed to pull me in & i normally steer clear of these types of stores because, i have always believed its not true. The stores name is ( Orogold. ) (The skin care representative I need to mention. ) His name is( Avi.) He treated me so importantly. As if I really mattered to him as a person!! Not just a dollar sign. Of course every store is there to sell their products. Please dont take me wrong here. So while being able to test out a few of the products that he mentioned for free.!!! He gently applied them on me. Very gentle person. Such a gentle demeanor & awesome seller. Very gentle while placing the products on my face as well. Very humble too.((His name is Avi.)) He actually persuaded me to finally make a decision to pay better attention to myself. ((For myself..this is the unique reasons behind it.))I am not trying In any way to make someone feel bad for me here. I am simply stating a fact for myself and my experience with him. You see. For the last 7 1/2 years. Since devastatingly, traumatically losing my beautiful 6 year old daughter. I have indeed let myself go. Where I shouldnt have. When you lose a child its also half of you dying with them. In short I stopped living for me. Im trying valiantly everyday to be & do better& i am. Because of Avi & his wise words took hold of me in my heart. So I took the chance. Albeit the cost for the products are honestly too steep for my budget. Expensive yes. They actually last a long time too. Believe it or not, Im shocked i am even posting this. I am not one who believes that there really is amazing skin care line of products that not only will work. These products do work. For me the outcome since purchasing three products. Is honestly. When I can save up the money for five more products I want. All of their products I wish. Im heading right back to the Westfield Brandon Town center . Although their no return policy alone is problematic, its disgusting and unethical for them to victimize an 82-year-old man. The owners and workers should feel ashamed for participating in scamming the most vulnerable part of our population out of their money. I hope retribution is harsh and swift for all involved.

This chain of (independently franchised?) stores has had many consumer complaints from all over the country. Just do a Google search and you can see that their sales tactics are problematic at best according to the news report.The owner of the Brandon Florida store finally agreed to be interviewed today (May 03,2016).The interview certainly showed his complete lack of interest in returning any of the money the 82 year old man had spent in his store.This entire episode should be a warning to others about the questionable sales tactics used by this company.And by the way, a major consumer reports organization has on numerous occasions debunked the effectiveness of many of these so-called anti-age types of products. If ever the phrase All show and no go were to be used, this situation would certainly be appropriate.
