I have never seen such filthy bathrooms in my life. It was like a nasty gas station bathroom. You can tell these bathrooms never get cleaned. Absolutely disgusting!
Waited almost 5 days for a prescription for my toddlers ear infection! Every day i called they kept saying tomorrow! Then i had to REMIND them to fill it even though they had the script sent to them electronically. Never again!! Pharmacist was rude and not even the least bit empathetic for my sick child. Only had a script sent here bc it was a 24 hr location and we needed the meds asap! Ill continue to use Walgreens on 60 as I usually do!
Kristin works in pharmacy and she is the best. She knew my mother needed a medication and made every effort to accommodate her so she was not totally out of her medication over the weekend.
My wife and I needed covid tests done. So after finally getting an appointment set to get instant tests done for both of us and calling out of work, we got our tests and were told this location was not an instant testing facility.When we arrived at this location there was no signage or indication of where to go, the confirmation texts were extremely vague and the whole system was disorganized. Extremely dissatisfied with this poor communication. Now we have to miss 2 days of work to wait for these results, had I known they were not instant, I wouldve gone somewhere else.

I have never dealt with such apathetic, unconcerned medical professionals in all my life. They know insurance has you locked in to their service and dont make even the simplest efforts to ensure patients have the medications they need. You have to beg them for information you need to get your prescriptions filled.
The pharmacist that I’ve talked to is incredibly condescending. I’ve had to interact with her twice and she was rude both times. No matter what you are wrong and I’m just repeating what my doctor said. Sorry my doctor gave me bad Info and the first time that cvs lied to me about my order being ready. The staff are incredible and kind it’s just that pharmacist.
Compared to the location in Valrico this CVS is amazing!! The manager and employees are so helpful. 10/10 would recommend. This location is the only reason why I shop at CVS.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Went in late night for a few things. The store is EMPTY and I get harassed by the employee (says his name is Edward) about a mask. Ive been in before without being harassed and without a mask. But this guy.... So Im leaving to take my money elsewhere and he says, Dont come back.No worries. Will not be back. Dont blame COVID...blame your poor customer service for your terrible rating.

This was my first time using CVS pharmacy and I will not be using them again. The few times I contacted the pharmacy over the phone, the pharmacists were rude and even hung up on me.Fortunately, the pharmacist who handled my pickup was much friendlier. I refilled a medication here which I have been taking for years. When I got home, I realized that it was a different brand than my doctor ordered. I read online reviews comparing my brand to the exchanged brand, and they were not very good.I contacted the pharmacy asking to have my brand instead, and was told that they could not exchange it because I already took the medication home. When I asked why I wasnt told about this exchange beforehand or at the time of pickup, I was told well, they are the same. There was no apology for the lack of communication on their part. In fact, the pharmacist attempted to justify the action rather than understand my concern. Though she was relatively polite and did offer to request my brand of medication for my next refill, this did not assist me with my current situation, as I am still stuck with a medication that my insurance paid for and that I do not feel comfortable taking.Although I understand the process of substituting medications, I have never been to a pharmacy that did not check with a patient before switching them out. Overall, I would not recommend this pharmacy.
Rude pharmacy techs. Worst service at a pharmacy ever. Dropped prescriptions off at 3PM. Told to return in an hour. Made three different return trips and was told they were way behind filling prescriptions. Finally was able to pick up the prescriptions the next day at 1PM. No apologies, nothing. Pharmacy tech had no interest in hearing my complaint. Ive never written a complaint letter ever. Im drafting one now. Avoid this pharmacy!
The new management is great. Previous pharmacy staff was insane, these ladies got it right. Never a long wait. And if they dont have what your looking for? They do their best to get OT for you.
I have an infant. I needed the amoxicillin with flavor because my son didnt take the white medicine. I called the pharmacy and a lady told me they dont flavor any kids medicine.
Terrible costumer service at the pharmacy counter. I went to pick up my medications for pneumonia after a long day at urgent care and they could not accept VA (not Tricare) as insurance for me to pick up what I needed. The lady kept telling me that I needed my sponsor’s social. I am the veteran hence I am the sponsor! I am 100% covered and my meds are always free. I guess except at CVS Kings and 60 Brandon.
So I went in the store used my cvs card and didn’t get my discount buy 1 get 1 50% off it clearly say on receipt but she said it’s to late
This CVS has the hands down rudest and obnoxious pharmacists in all of Brandon, fl. They are so annoying!! I recommend going to another CVS to avoid any interaction with this rude team of unprofessionals.
Very friendly customer care on both the sales floor and pharmacy. Items are usually always in stock and the store is very clean. If only the pharmacy were open 24hrs like the store I would give this location 5 stars easily.

Ive been going to CVS for years for my prescriptions and until now I have never had a problem. This location however is garbage!! Very rude pharmacy techs. I was flat out lied to about a specific type of medication when I tried to fill my doctor written script. Told they didnt carry it and pretty much was told I was SOL. The next day I went in and demanded answers as to why they didnt have the medicine in stock, at which time I was told they had it all along. Save your time and go elsewhere.

My insurance changed, so they are forcing me to use CVS for my maintenance medications. Its my first time filling at a CVS and the tech basically lipped off at me saying she needs the number of the pharmacy so she can call to transfer the medicine. How do you guys not have the phone number of the Walgreens 5 minutes away from you?! Its literally your closest competitor, you probably call them for transfers at least a half a dozen times a day. Im definitely going to switch to mail order after this so I dont have to deal with this pharmacy.
I went to the pharmacy with a second head cold in two weeks. I had been taking all kinds of OTC cold Meds but nothing worked long term. I had a consultation with the pharmacist on duty. She suggested Robitussin clear. She walked me over to the cold isle and gave me some recommendation. I came home and took the Robitussin.She also suggested a daily allergy pill. I drank sprite.
Just to let everyone know - this is NOT A 24HR PHARMACY! Only the store itself is open 24 hours. Good info to know if youre coming straight from the ER. :) There is a 24hr CVS pharmacy on Parsons/MLK. The nice employee directed me there.
Most of the time my experience here is pleasant. However, I have been in here a few times in the last few months and the little girl (short, tattoos, messy / gross hair) at the register has the WORST attitude. Every time I am in she is complaining about her bosses, love life, and her “exhausting” work schedule. Typical millennial!!!!!!!!! I had a simple question about a possible return and she seemed very jittery and unsure. So i politely asked to speak to the manager and she goes “I AM THE MANAGER AND I AM NOT DOING IT.” Awful, awful employee. If you hate everything so much than go find another job! Some people shouldn’t work in customer service!!!!!! I’ve mentioned her attitude to other managers and they don’t seem to care! STAY AWAY!
Writing this while waiting 15 minutes behind one car at the drive up window. This used to be a great pharmacy. No longer get texts when prescriptions are ready, prescriptions not ready when promised. Told when dropping off Rx they are checking to make sure they have it only to come back later and be told they didnt have it they have to order it and not calling to ask if I want to get it at another location. Told one Rx needed to be ordered and promised Id get a call when it came in. Nope. No call. 2nd Rx had to be ordered found out when I saw I only got 6 pills. Have to come back a third time. Booooooooo

Cant get someone on the phone from the pharmacy after 30 min, got the front desk, told the manager I was experiencing a situation that put me on a time constraint, told me tough luck and to wait. Have been waiting 15 min now as i type, still no answer.
The pharmacists is a jerk. He asked me what I needed then ignored me and finished what he was doing behind the counter. The time before last he was helping me then started ignoring me completely when a pretty woman walked by, and even stopped ringing up my order to chat with her. He is always very rude. I will never shop there again, EVER!!!!
They never have pain medications in stock. One of pharm techs has no idea how to answer a business phone. Very unprofessional.

Not worth it go to Publix next street over to get prescriptions or down the street to Walgreens to get prescriptions. Publix and Walgreens both sell pretty much of the same stuff and you don’t have to deal with attitudes or people not speaking when you come into the store or pharmacy not being polite or being over charged. Sale price was one amount and rang up full price and employee was clueless how to fix it so I left. This store location should be shut down they are horrible over there

Service isnt terrible but not outstanding either. I always prefer this over cvs on parson and MLK. Sadly we will have to change soon because the times we are able to pick up prescriptions is at night and hey have recently closed at night (the pharmacy)

It seems that the reviews of the CVS costumers are not getting to upper management or corporate, because no changes have been made. I went to this location with my brother who was in need of a blood tester for his diabetic issues and the pharmacist was so rude that I had to say something. She was unwilling to help, nor care of his concerns, he went to get refills, but his machine didn’t use the ones they had in stock, instead of calling the doctors office for a new prescription knowing how critical this device is for patients, she just told him to go back to the doctors and get another one. After that response we decide to go to a Walgreens instead and never went back to this store.
Very, very, nice people, and savings, wine selections are GREAT, prices in the store are better than Walgreens. Period ! Cool drinks are more modesty price, and milk !!!! You cant beat THAT publix milk are $3:00 dollars more inexpensive, so go there no excuses.

Staff is so ridiculous get there 30min BEFORE closing time for pharmacy and all they seem to care about is going home. Questions cant be answered because they are about to close soon service cant be given because they are ABOUT to close. While waiting in line to pick up prescriptions they closed the gate 10min before closing time right in your face. These people have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I would rate at 0stars if I had that option.
Rude rude rude...... every time I call to check on my prescriptions they are very short and informative. Also trying to use the drive threw is a joke.. they really need to get their stuff together. I will be taking my precriptions else where!!
Every single pharmacy tech at this CVS are RUDE!!!! You don’t like your job because you have to deal with customers everyday than quit. I called once and was on hold for almost 45 minutes. Pathetic employees!!!! Literally these chicks are miserable
The pharmacy tech at this location is rude. Go to any of the other CVS locations or to Walgreens, but avoid this one unless you want to deal with attitude. This store has a low Google rating for a reason, and if you read them, youll see its because of the rude pharmacy employees.

Definitely rude staff my daughters and my self have the flu we had to pick up our prescription through the drive through I was then attended by Jasmine i ask her for suppositories for my 2 year old because I’m having a hard time keeping her fever down she told me i had to come inside. So i did and then she made me wait for 5 mins while she is tlkn to her co workers then she doesnt know what the right thing is goes and asks and then tells me that they dont have it so i said i wish u would of told me before you had me come inside so then she raised her voice and said well i did not know... very rude and disrespectful....Please hire knowledgeable people and not this type of rude and miserable persons with no customer service values

I just called to see if they had any sitz baths in stock and the associate hadnt a clue what I was asking about. Ok, thats fine. But, he didnt even bother to look it up, either. His response was, I dont think so when I spelled it out (literally). Just because youve never heard of it, doesnt mean it isnt a store item! Terrible customer service!
This was my pharmacy from the time we moved here-- the one listed for my doctor and everything. They were very kind and helpful when I went in for meds after a c-section, even though it was 5 in the evening and they seemed very busy. But 2 weeks ago, I went there to get a prescription for my baby at about 6 in the evening. They did not look busy, but the woman in consultation asked me if I could get the medications the next day. When I said no, she said they were too busy and they could not fill the prescription that night. For childrens azithromycin and albuterol? I had never had that happen at any pharmacy, so I was a bit confused. I went down the street to the other chain, who immediately filled the prescription and confirmed that the behavior from the employee at the cvs was ridiculous. Needless to say this is not my pharmacy anymore.
They put me on hold for 35 minutes and then hang up... The pharmacy needs a better system for answering phones
Worst pharmacy ever, my wife just gets out of a major surgery, and I am on my way to pick up her scripts, so she can go home and try to have a good night, at 6:02 I walked in to the pharmacy and they were closed, by two minutes, both young ladies, were like sorry, come Sunday at 10am, Not sure how a 24 hour open facility, closes at 6pm on a Saturday and still advertise, open 24 hours, this place really sucks, we’ll be looking for a new place, after this

I hate to paint the entire staff with the same brush, because there are probably some nice people working there - Ive just not encountered them. I only use them because our insurance requires it. This pharmacy is by far the worst Ive been in. Every looked busy, but the problem was they werent assisting any customers. Everyone was either on the phone or they had their heads down as if we the customers were invisible. When I got too the window to top it off the Technician was rude.
