My wife stopped in to buy insulin syringes and needles. She was interrogated about her reason for buying these items without a prescription on file. She was made to show her vial of insulin, libre sensor, and explain her diagnosis. She would have left had she not been panicked to get her blood sugar levels down. Completely unprofessional
Every time I go to pick up my monthly prescription - its like total confusion. The Walgreenss robo-call alerts me that it has been filled, I travel there and stand in line for 15 minutes, they cant find the prescription has even been filled actually - so I have to wait while its filled, they ask me a lot of questions - repeating many over and over, they dont apply the discount code which is already on file. An hour later after a lot of back and forth and multiple staff members involved - I have my simple pills. This place is the absolute worst as far a having it together. When there is a holiday weekend, they blame the holiday on not having your prescription ready. What other business performs this way - seriously?
Picked up prescriptions in a timely manner. Clean store. Wide selection of products.
I have never had any problems at this Walgreens since I started going there.I have the auto fill for my prescriptions and every 90 days I get a call from Walgreens, go by pick it up and I’m gone.I’m sure if you walk in with a new prescription it might take a while.Couple of times I started a new prescription and I would get a call from one of the nice pharmacist asking if I had any trouble, that’s so nice.To bad people that like the store don’t comment just the ones that like to complain.
The pharmacy shorted me FIVE painkillers after having a surgery.They refused to provide the missing medication or issue a refund for the ones we did not receive. They said there was “nothing they can do.” We asked for them to look at cameras— they said they couldn’t see anything clearly. We asked them to count their inventory— which they said they’d do, but after hours of waiting, they said there was just too many for them to count...In addition, the manager was rude to my husband. Not sure if she was the store manager or pharmacy manager, but either way, we went about the situation kindly and patiently & received no resolution. So, if you’re planning on filling a painkiller prescription with them, just know there’s a chance one of the employees might take some of your medication.(Not related: If you are military or use the military’s insurance, TriCare, avoid Walgreens at all costs as they don’t honor it.)
Very helpful and kind! I had a mishap with a purchase, and Kat and Draya were very attentive and quick to help me. Charles, the manager, was patient and quick to help also. Great service!

It does not matter the time of day you come to get your prescription. You will sit for 20-30 minutes. I understand due to Covid no one wants to go inside . However if therePrescriptions are not ready they need to circle around or go inside and be kind to the others
This is the worst pharmacy! The “store” is fine but the pharmacy services s staff are unprofessional. They act as if they’re doing the public a favor and have zero customer service skills.
I was just at Walgreens dropping off a return via FedEx. The clerk acted as though she couldnt be bothered and after she scanned, I asked if I could get a receipt and she said no. Then, with a grumpy attitude, she asked me for my email address. She said I would be getting a receipt via email, didnt happen. I knew by her lackadaisical attitude that I wouldnt be receiving a receipt. I called the store manager and made a complaint.
Always take forever and they told me yesterday after waiting in line for 25 MINUTES that they were shutting the drive-thru down and to come inside and WAIT AGAIN.
This is the worst place to get RX’s filled.. they are very rude and slow

Absolutely horrible. Very rude. Also, I waited an hour for them to fill a prescription after I dropped it off an hour prior to waiting, only to be told, “I’m sorry we don’t have enough to fill it. You have to go to pearl.” There was 2 people waiting ahead of me and both of them were talking about how bad this pharmacy has been lately. Sad... go to CVS, they are much quicker and polite! Their techs know what they are doing.
Script is never ready when it is supposed to be very unprofessional.
Today was the 2nd time in 5 days that I had to make a 60 mile round trip back to the store. The first time was about my prescription and this time they didnt put my drivers license and credit card in the sack like they normally do and she said about 15 seconds before she sent my purchase to me that she put my drivers license and credit card in the sack!!!!!!!
I literally would give this pharmacy negative stars if I could. I have had three seperate instances, in a row of them losing my script when I get to the counter and then calling me back a day or a few hours later to tell me they found it. Please take your money and insurance else where.
Never had an issue here, I find it to be a pleasant experience on most visits. The staff seems to know the products of which I ask, and I am greeted as I enter the door, most always, but this time they said nothing which was surprising to say the least, so I gave them 4 stars, everything else was up to par.
Very helpful pharmacists who care about your needs. I was very concerned about a medication and had several questions. They answered all of my questions and reassured me as well as offered to call my doctor if the medicine didnt work for me.
The pharmacists are super unprofessional. After they keep you holding for 10 minutes or longer, they are super rude after they pretend to hang up. You can hear them talking about you. Very classy. I will never go back to them.

Im only giving one star because you cant give 0. This Walgreens sucks. These are the most rude people Ive ever dealt with at a Walgreens pharmacy. They are absolutely NOT helpful and act as if they arent properly trained for their job. Its always so slow and everyone just seems to be standing around. And this, the last straw for me and why I decided to write this review: My son is sick with strep, its Christmas Eve, they were supposed to close at 6pm, we dropped his prescription off at 3 and came back at 5pm to get it, EVERYONE WAS GONE! These people decided to make their own hours and leave. Luckily we were able to get the information needed from my sons prescription to get it filled in Pearl. The people at the Walgreens we called said the one in Brandon will be being reported to corporate office, and rightfully so. I hope they all get in trouble and things start to change here.
Dont normally do reviews but this whole place needs help from front to back. 0 customer service, 0 drive thru service, and 0 on there automatic text message system to notify you scrips are ready never works for us always say we dont have anything ready. Done with place.

Service is rediculously slow in pharmacy and at the front. Ended up setting my things down this last visit and going to CVS across the street which was even worse!!!! Brandon discount or Kroger is where I will go now I guess.
Drive thru is a nightmare...unless you have 30 mins or more to waste just to pickup your meds, dont go!!!
My future sister-in-law was falsely accused of stealing from the store all because she took her purse with her to the bathroom. She was berated by one of the workers for her actions and was treated like a criminal even though no one actually witnessed her alleged stealing. When the camera footage came back with absolutely no evidence, she also, in tears, emptied the contents of her purse to further prove the incompetence of the Walgreens workers. I called the manager to complain the next day, AND HE HAD NO IDEA THAT THE INCIDENT EVER OCCURRED. Apparently the workers who made the mistake didnt want their boss knowing about their poor treatment of customers, but either way, the person who supposedly runs the store has no idea what is even going on at his place of business. Avoid this location at all costs. They have no idea how they should treat customers and the management doesnt even keep up with the ridiculously idiotic actions of employees.
I dropped my prescriptions off at 440pm lady acted like she didnt have a clue what she was doing took my paper work told me they would have them ready by 615 my wife and two small kids got to the store at 645 and they were not ready and told her it would be 15 more mins at 732 they cashed her out. WE WILL NEVER be back to this store or Walgreens again. So being upset my wife spent that time waiting I called Ken the store manager and he made excuses after excuses why it wasnt ready.
This is particularly in regards to the pharmacy- Never have good experiences here. Whats sad is other Walgreens are not like this but being that this location is most convenient for me, it led me to the decision to change pharmacies. I went back to them for the duration of a 6M rx because it was cheaper but its almost not worth it. No matter how busy they are, their minimum turn around time is 1.5 hours. They told me I had to wait in line one time JUST TO DROP OFF AN RX; which wouldve taken 30 min or more. How ridiculous? Im currently on hold with them and have been for 25 min and have YET to speak to ANYONE. if you dont want to get pissed every time you use ur pharmacy, dont pick this one!!!!!
Horrible experience in the Pharmacy department! Pharmacy techs was laughing and playing around. I was waiting over hour and received absolutely no help! They are very unprofessional and rude!

My prescription was promised in 3O minutes to 1 hour. After three hours, I returned and would told it would be another 45 minutes before it was ready. If you need medication, do not visit this store.

Pharmacy - Not enough people in order to successfully run this part of the store but being corporate, heh what do you expect. Horrible attitude. Buy from a small local pharmacy, you will at least be treated as a customer. Never do business here for anything.
