Terrible customer service. Drove all the way from Wimauma because it was the only location even sort of close to my house just for them to tell me they can’t even sell me anything because their system was down due to maintenance. They couldn’t even look up my account or even reopen my account. Very unprofessional.

I recently moved my salon to Brandon, I love that I’m only 7 minutes away from this location. The staff and manager are always friendly and always willing to help. I order shades book from the rep and have yet to receive it, I went ahead and ordered it from the store and got it in two days. It’s one to thing to have to shop at a salon centric when looking for certain brands, it’s another thing to go into one and have people that actually help and go above and beyond to assist you!

Wow! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience shopping at a Salon Centric like I did this one! Maria was out of this world phenomenal & super knowledgeable even for only being with the company for a year! I’m from Lakeland & although we have one there I’ll continue to make the drive to Brandon. The store itself is so cute too! She even took the time to run to the bathroom before me, so I felt safe during COVID. Customer service is 100%.Thanks Maria!

This is a great place. As a former owner of a hair salon I recommend working directly with this store. The sales ladies know the products and you know you will not be receiving broken or incorrect product when Solon Centric delivers from their warehouse. Keep up the good work!!!

Listen, I never post reviews (shame on me), but this Christmas Eve, I was blown away!! I stopped by for a last minute Christmas gift and Maria was there helping EVERYONE there! She was outstanding!! The most helpful and knowledgable. She made my day and had such a positive energy even though she was working on Christmas Eve! Huge shout out to her!

Love this place. Great customer service. Great, new updated, beautiful look, and feel to the place. Always like to come in and check out any new products. It feels like Christmas sometimes lol, if you havent been in since the remodel, you should, its simply adorable :-)

Definitely the slowest experience of my life. Waited over 25 minutes just to check out. It took the register lady over 10 minutes to update my information after I already waited 15 minutes to check out. They really need to speed their process up here because this is unacceptable for business owners who come here in a pinch. Get it together!
