Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only three stars because they didn’t have much stock. My local Sally’s has much more product available.

Just left the store, had a very nice young lady help us out. We had a couple of questions about a perm that she very kindly answered. When we asked about a product not on the shelf she found something comparable for us. We didn’t even ask her for that. Very nice and helpful. I wish we had gotten her name. Thank you!!
The girls were nice to help but all over the place..one showed me toner which was great but not what I asked for...another showed me a sky blue product which would make my hair blue ...all I wanted was a shampoo and conditioner that would time my brassiness down...finally the girl with blonde highlights, long hair Caucasian female shows me these (after sending someone else to help me first instead of helping me herself) and then she updates me to get a credit card today which would take $20 off today. But turns out they mail it to you upon approval.....she seems like. A shoddy salesperson to not have told me that upfront...eh experience overall
I walked into this store with my mother and neither one of us was greeted by the salesperson at the front counter. She looked at us when we came in and said nothing. She then proceeded to walk by us without asking if we needed help as we were searching through the store. She then proceeded to go to the back room with another employee, leaving no salesperson on the floor. If we were the type of people to steal, we could have easily did so because there were no employees present! Although this store had the particular hair dye I needed, I refused to get it because of the lack of customer service! I feel like we received this treatment because we’re African American and the salesperson was Caucasian. This will be my first and last time visiting this store location!
I Truly Hate Having To Go To That Location. Yesterday I had a return an unused bottle of hair dye, never have i ever had to worry about a return due to the fact that ive always referenced my purchases with my phone number/email but the Girl behind the register had way to much attitude for me to handle on a simple 5 min return. After a huff eye roll and change in body language she tells me i can only get a store credit since i didnt have the receipt in hand when i know all she needed to do was the invoice number i had from the app open infrount of her. 5 times i showed her the same screen then tells me after i got loud of course that all she needed was the number i gave her. she is absolutely unnecessary and i got her name to corporate
So I go inside today 08/13/2020 at approximately 3:43 pm and there were 3 young women “working” inside. One was tending to the items in the shelf directly across from the empty registers and the other 2 were at the empty registers. They were all talking to each other about an incident that happened earlier. Not one of them greeted me even though I looked at least one of them in the face. None of them asked if I needed help finding anything. After I walked around and found the hair coloring aisle, more people walked in. They were all greeted so nicely and were even assisted down the aisles. The people that approached the registers were greeted nicely as well. After noticing all this I turned around and left. I refuse to patronize an establishment that doesn’t tend to ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS EQUALLY.
I have been shopping from Sally for years never had a problem normally they are all very nice and helpful i recently moved to Brandon one year ago and i have been shopping at this location since is the closest one to my house! Went there the other day and i was getting some hair dye profuctos and i remembered a brush i needed it i saw 2 different ones one was white and the other one back both were $5 so i got the black one when i wad about to pay she told me it was $20 so i said oh thats fine honey i wont get it then i thought it was 5 she walked me to the aisle to show her and there was also another black brush in the $5 spot she started saying she wasn’t gonna give it to me for that price since it was miss placed so i said thats okay love i understand i dont want the brush is not a big deal! And i said really low to her move them fast now because if someone comes and they are not nice people they will argue for the $5 thats how retail works i was helping this person and she took the wrong message from me i wsd trying to help she told me i had a really bad attitude and screamed at me in front of another woker and customers. She got me very upset cause i was just helping her i didn’t even wanted the brush for $5 i understood cause i have been working in retail my whole life also was a manager but she was such a bad person i later talked to the manager very nice person she said i was absolutely right they had to give it to me for $5 since it is not the customers fault but like i said in the begging i didn’t want the brush ! Such a bad experience with that cashier i wish i knew her name but i dont i just hope she doesn’t treat me like that again.
Good. Following CDC protocol. Shelves are about empty. So not a lot to choose from. But it is what it is during this crazy time 😜
Went into Sally beauty store today 3/15/2019 knowing very little about what type of hair products work the best on me starting off natural. The associate Devon was very Professional and friendly. I wasn’t in a happy mood with the products I was using on my hair. Devon gave me great tips on a few products and answer questions. So I left out not only with my purchases left out happy. Thank you for all the help.
Went into Sally’s yesterday (3-14-19) and the worker Devon was very Polite and helpful, he really took time out to explain what was good for me and my son hair and what would work best.. Not only did I walk out happy I walked out knowing more knowledge about our hair then I did walking in.
Do not go there there ; nothing in it to go for shelves are empty!

Dear Emily & Management,Here is a thought: Maybe actually be in the store when you say you are going to be. I was told Emily would be in today and when I try to reach her “she isn’t here right now.” Me: “Ok will she be in later today or tomorrow maybe?” “She could be in tomorrow or in a couple days...” Mmmkay. This is not only unprofessional, but weird. I get the feeling I am being lied to. Stop wasting people’s time!

To the manager I love your store well keep an organized very cleanly but I wished u sold a variety of nail acrylic s like u do other stuff like attraction nsi acrylic or young nail products I love there products also .think about it cuz I hate having to order online when I get alot of my stuff from Sallys.
Pretty decent Sallys- just like the rest of them. Parking is hellacious over this way though. Be prepared to walk.
