Would use again. Specifically Ashley was very helpful and courteous. Had us in and out, in minutes. There was a small issue with a late charge being wrongfully added and taking 3 and a half weeks to get a refund is pretty annoying Thats why 4 stars ( make sure to get paperwork on return they are the busiest uhaul in town ). Once talking directly with Laurin the store manager it was corrected immediately. Aside from the late charge... Great service.

Would not use them. Wired my 2019 Rav 4 didn’t work the first time went to us it. Call to have the wiring fixed under warranty and the all of a sudden didn’t have any appointment for the next month. If you use the check to see if wiring is working before leaving.After writing review they did call and are willing to do a quick check on Sunday. We see if it’s a quick fix or have to take it back in.

I needed to buy some propane. I drove up and Jonathan came out and promptly filled the tanks. Very helpful and a very pleasant experience. Will buy there again.

Worse service ever 5-6 guys running around. One guy working the counter. Im standing in a line out the door... Bogus business model. If you pay cash at the end of your rental it takes forever for hold to drop on your credit card. AVOID THIS PLACE @ All COST
