This Public storage location is amazing! After a horrible experience at a competitor, we had such friendly and professional service from Christine as well as the other manager (her name escapes me now) that we decided to switch to 2 units here. The bathroom and facility are ALWAYS clean and they have a passcode and gate that make you feel extra secure in leaving your items. The managers made sure we were happy with our service and even called to check on us. We have a lot going on while moving from out of state with a disabled mom and toddlers. These ladies made us feel welcome and supported. We were treated like people and not just a number. We live in another town with other storage options available and choose to remain here because of their smiling faces and great customer service! We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for storage in the Bradenton area!

We have been a customer for 9+ years with this storage facility (now under the ownership of Public Storage). We finally decided to close out the storage unit and drove 1215 miles to realize that we had a keyed and not a combination lock. Christine was very helpful and provided a few options for locksmiths who saved the day. She was courteous and extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even helped eased the tension. We were happy and grateful for her excellent customer service. Thank you Christine!

CHRISTINE, the relief manager, was an absolute delight to be served by. Not only is her demeanor warm and welcoming, she goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable and fun. Even though it wasnt her normal location, she still gave fluid and solid service. She is exceptionally kind and made sure that all my needs were met, even the ones I didnt know I had. Christine made everything so quick and easy while brightening up my day. She is an shining example of great customer service and an overall lovely human being.

The office staff, Joanna and Dow, are amazing! They are super accommodating and try to help out at every opportunity. The facility is always kept clean and everything is always in good working condition whenever I visit my unit there. I have used a few other storage facilities in the past, but none as great as Public Storage on Cortez Rd. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would!

The building was never repaired from the last flood BUT they raise the price by 25.00 dollars. NO GOOD SERVICE. I used this location for 4 years. I meet a very nice lady there today named Wendy she took care of all of my needs and was very very professional. She was a joy to work with you need more people like her she was very nice personable and knows her job very very well. I will be recommending this storage unit just because the treatment that she gave me.in this day and age it is very very refreshing to come across such a nice person thank you very much for hiring her.

Renters beware...I rented a small unit to hold some larger things during a move. Since this is Florida, in addition to the security of the location, I also inquired about pest control and was told all measures were taken to keep my items safe.Everything was packed appropriately. Most items were in plastic Rubbermaid bins and taped boxes (top and bottom). Even my dressers were wrapped with plastic wrap to seal the drawers.Fast forward to yesterday when I went to remove my things- AND HAD TO LEAVE HALF OF THEM BEHIND BECAUSE OF A ROACH INFESTISTATION. I cannot even begin to explain how utterly disgusting AND devastating this was. I could barely stomach taking pictures and videos with the amount of bugs running around. Most ran to a corner that had a small opening that led to the adjoining unit.The items we removed before finding the bugs were the only items the moving company would allow on to their truck. And we were lucky they even allowed us that much. But we already knew that under the boxes and tape that they were probably just as bad. We immediately notified the front office employee of the situation, who conveniently was on the phone with her manager. They presented me with a form to sign that would allow me to abandon the items left in the unit for disposal.Thats it. Too bad, so sad- but thanks for your business over the last year that would turn out to be just a giant waste of money since everything would inevitably be ruined anyways.As for the things we were able to load, theyre currently sitting outside under a tent getting bombed. And well just have to pray it doesnt rain for the next few days. Because a quick search of the items proved right- there were live bugs and eggs in everything.Simply put, I regret the day I ever trusted your site with my possessions. That decision not only cost me the things that Ill never, ever be able to replace, but also thousands in dollars for the things that I can. But as for now, I have no clothes, no bed.... Nothing but a stack of increasing bills that all stem from my poor decision to store my items with you. Fortunately I had insurance on the unit, but I dont expect much from it. So that too will turn out to be another giant waste of money and false security.

Isabelle and Wendy are superstars. They execute their roles with precision. Analyzed my problem of needed space and quickly directed me to the proper size and allocated space I plan on having all together. If I lose my number to access the gate, I am recognized as a paid member and am kindly redistributed my number. There was no hesitation, no scalding remarks of memorization needed next time. I appreciate these acts of kindness, it helps me forget the negativity we all might go through daily. I have tried other storage facilities in the past. They were not satisfying and quit my dealings with them all together. If the energy aint right in the spaces you enter then that effects the outcome of your day. I believe in my experience renting space from PUBLIC STORAGE so far for 2 months has been blissful. I sincerly have no complaints. Thank you Isabelle and Wendy for transmuting the true morals and chivalry of PUBLIC STORAGE.

One of the cleanest storage places I’ve seen! Well maintained and presentable. Kudos to Krystal and the staff for always making the place inviting. Really. Everything about renting a storage space here could not have been easier. It took all of 10 minutes on the website to find the perfect unit, reserve it, and do all the paperwork. Krystal contacted me shortly after to set up an appointment for our first visit to show us the ropes. Our appointment was fast and expertly done by Krystal and Emma, who described procedures in perfect detail. We deposited our belongings without a hitch and we’re on our way very quickly. Outstanding service assistance and explanation over phone and then by appointment with Krystal on site with tour. The notice of insurance needs in advance of appointment would have saved poor Krystal time in that the call affirm insurance was covered under my home policy delayed over 30 minutes the process. My initial visit and one follow up visit did not go so well. The only thing that kept my business here (upto this point) was the location.With the first two times in the office being what they were. Not great. I didnt expect much different coming in today. (5-8-2020)Joanna blew all expectation out of the water with her friendly, knowledgeable, professional, get it attitude. She went above and beyond in every issue and question I had. Took the time to listen, respond, and immediately solved said issues.If someone asked me before today about a good storage place, I wouldnt have an answer. Now I will recommend seeing Joanna with Public Storage everytime.

If you ever need to store any of your belongings this is a must check out first place! One theyll match their prices online, two they are absolutely amazing. Matt and Krystal are the two too talk to!!!!! They helped me out so much when I was in such a rush to get my things done when I had to move! Both of them are amazing people. I was having a bad day and I was trying to move from a public storage unit that didnt have a smaller unit since I was downsizing and Holly was able to get her District manager to let me move in under the$1.00 rate!!! Sometimes its the little things that make people have a GREAT experience.!! She made my day helped me with my issue!! She was VERY nice and helpful!! Great service at this location.
