My husband and I went to a couple other storage units (that were a bit on the scary side) before finding Life Storage. We were so relieved to have found a nice, secure and clean place to store our belongings. A very huge thank you to Karen for all of her help with finding us the perfect unit. Keen was very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely a 5 star from us!

Switched storage facilities because of rate change!!! Theresa was wonderful and totally understood our frustration. Process was quick and use of their van was ideal!!! I would strongly reccommend this facility, AWESOME!

Walking into any storage place can be a little overwhelming... So many questions... What size do you need? Is there enough room? The guessing whether or not you need climate controlled or just regular storage...etc... as a single mom with twins In the middle of a move, I was already stressed.... Becky at Life Storage on Manatee Ave made our experience simple & streamline. She even went out of her way to make the kids feel comfortable & appreciated by complimenting them on their hard work & help. I absolutely cannot express how wonderful the customer service is!! I’ll always be a Life Storage customer whenever We are in need of a unit...

Walked in just to check out prices. Becky and Theresa greeted us with a huge smile and were exceptional helpful in finding us our very first storage unit! They showed us what was available and they beat every price in town! I was happy to see them using covid-19 precautions in a very clean environment. Thanks ladies for taking great care of us!!

Called and went to three different storage facilities only to realize that they neglected to disclose all fees such as locks, insurance, tax. All I wanted was an accurate price, that’s it. I went online and found that not only was this business the only one that was up front and honest, but they were the least expensive and had excellent customer service. I’ll never shop around for storage units again in the future, I’m just giving Ms Thereasa a call.

First time renting a storage unit and I decided to go with life storage because I saw a lot of positive reviews online and the storage facility is close to my home as well as great deals compared to other competitors. Becky greeted me warmly and showed me to my unit. She explained to me everything that I needed to know about the facility and how to properly store items and pack them as well as finding a lock and the best insurance for my needs. She was a great help and made the whole process easy. Already feel at home.

Excellent service and excellent price. I rented out the smallest space for almost a year. I have no complaints. I just moved into a condo with storage space and didn’t need to rent a space anymore, but would use them again in a heartbeat.

Theresa helps us out so much after we were rudely greeted at CubeSmart literally down the road from this life storage, but we came to Theresa at life storage and she helped us out by getting us a 5x10 unit that can fix out 3 piece king size bedroom set, even thought CubeSmart said a 5x10 won’t be able to fit it. Sad for CubeSmart they lost a customer!!! But y’all go and check out my dog Theresa she’ll get you right on storage I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called around to a few different places before deciding to go with uncle bobs. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The storage facilities are clean and secure. They even have climate controlled storage. Uncle Bob wasnt there when stopped by the office, but Dan took good care of us.

Ive used the facility for a little less than a year and have had zero issues with access, the storage unit itself or any of the employees. Whenever Im there and Teresia is working I always see her on the grounds and she always makes a point to say hello and ask how my day is going and asks if there is anything I need or if Im having any issues that need to be addressed right away. Always in a good mood and very cheerful.

The facility is very clean. The employees were great and very helpful. Most questions were answered without having to ask. They paid attention to our concerns and addressed them immediately.
