Was very happy with repair and service. Fixed my 2 year old $1,200 TV for $250. A heck of a lot better than buying a new TV!

I had a 9 year old Samsung flat screen that was working great...until yesterday when it started jumping into channel scan mode at random and simultaneously disabling the remote. I called the place where I bought it and they could not send a repair person to my house for 2 weeks. I called Arnold at Nuview based on the reviews I read here. He came over the same day, and fixed it in about 15 min. Great customer service.

Good service, very friendly and my TV was fixed for a very reasonable amount.

My experience with Nuview was amazing. When I called and talked to Arnold, he was so polite and informative. My TV was too heavy to bring in, so he came to me. The service call was minimal compared to other shops. He diagnosed the problem and took the TV back to the shop to see how reasonable it could be fixed. In the meantime, he hooked up my other TV so I could watch in my bedroom. Thank you, Arnold for your expertise and help (way beyond what was expected).

Great turnaround on fixing my TV...upfront on process and potential cost. Reasonable price and said would cover if had a problem beyond 60 day warranty. But fixed LEDs and saved me over a 1000 on buying a new TV right away!

Expect a minimum 300 dollar repair cost.. better off buying a new tv

RIP off.Charged for diagnostic fee which was OK then charged over $245 to fix the TV - 2nd hand parts- and thats on top of $30 diagnostic fee. AND could only guarantee the tv for 60 days?. Unreasonable and utter RIP OFF. Could by a NEW T 60 TV for $200 more

Very bad experience! My VCR was totally messed up by this shop! I lost hundreds of $ because of their technical ineptitude. Not to mention the rudeness of the associate of the owner of this shop!
