Outstanding service we had a software update needed for our inverter charger it was ready for pick up within the hour.

I have been a customer of Jaytron (Steve) for several years. They have worked on Raymarine products and repaired them every time at a reasonable price. What a great find. I highly recommend Jaytron and Steve!

Steve is a great guy. Very fair and honest. I hooked up my expensive $1,800.00 inverter incorrectly and it stop working. Steve could have charged $1,000 to repair it and I would have paid. It would be cheaper than buying a new one.In the end, all I did was burn out an internal soldered fuse. Steve charged his minimum rate of one hour ($125) plus $8 for the fuse and tax. Total bill $133.00I dropped it off at 3:00 PM and it was repaired by 8:00 PM.Very happy with Steve’s work. Highly recommend.

I take them broken electronics and they fix them for an acceptable price. Its a match made in heaven.

Steve was able to repair my touch screen machine even though most people would have said its unrepairable. Hes stuck with a difficult repair and save me from having to buy a new machine great people to deal with.

These guys really know what they are doing with Xantrex inverter/chargers. They fixed mine quickly. They are not afraid to charge a lot however. $294 to solder in a replacement resistor.

Had what I needed

March 15, 2017.I had the opportunity to do business with Jaytron for the repair of my Xantrex inverter. Their tech (Steve) was generous with his time on the phone so I could best determine my course of action (repair or replace). I decided to repair and Steve was able to schedule the repair on a day so I could get my unit fixed while I waited. He identified my problems and effected a repair in short order. The explanation of what was fixed and why was quite complete. Steve had the knowledge and experience to get the job done right.

Jaytron has always been very knowledgeable and helpful, I would give them a five star rating.Their product lines are also very extensive.
