Got a great deal on some audio equipment for my home theater! Xavier was very friendly and helpful and was easy to work with. The item I purchased was just as described in the online post. To make it an even better purchase I was able to take advantage of the yelp check in offer and had a free watch battery installed in a watch that I have wanted to get the battery replaced in for months. Not only did the jeweler change the battery but also set the time and date for me. I would definitely shop with them again.

I was shopping for something for my birthday, I was greeted by Xavier and informed him I wanted to look around. I look through a couple cases and had him show me a ring, but said I want to look in a couple other case which by the way they have a very large selection of jewelry compared to most other pawn shop I have been to. I have been to quite a few Pawn Shops over a few States. This is By Far the Best!! The Employees are Friendly and Honest! One of The Only places that still takes Pride in Customer Service!!!! If you walk in to the pawn shop and expect to get top dollar for whatever youre bringing in, thats not how a Pawn Shop works. They have to have room to make money, so if youre desperate enough to bring it there then put Your Big Boy Pants on and Cope with what they give you.

The presentation was beautiful. I had 2 separate hand written notes to thank me for my purchase. I did have the earrings tested and they are much more valuable than the price I paid. I went to money man pawn very often with my father when it came to buying gifts for my mom or even to get a piece of jewelry for myself. But recently I went to buy my boyfriend a promise ring and the help I received was absolutely wonderful even when I accidentally got the ring size wrong they helped out big time. After reading these reviews I guess if your buying from them it is a great experience, but trying to pawn something is way on the other end of the spectrum, I brought in an Authentic guitar from 2018 that I bought direct, they told me it was made in 2011, and almost worthless, so I went home and called my Authentic representative and gave him my S/N off the guitar not telling him what I had, he cane back with the exact guitar I had that was not built in 2011, which I already knew but obviously they DIDNT! Never again
