Managers lack customer service/hospitality. Specifically Pam. They should get some re-training on how to satisfy customers and turn down something appropriately and politely. Knowing how customer service is since I do that for a living.

They are not about customer service at all whatsoever. I got told I redeemed a coupon online when I haven’t spent anything since July 4th and it is now August. I received a paper coupon 2 weeks ago and the lady who worked there had the audacity to say that I used it already but I haven’t It’s also funny because she clearly doesn’t know my debit history and acted like she was so certain I swiped my card and used the coupon online. What a joke. I usually don’t write reviews but she was so rude and they couldn’t even offer to honor it for me. Called customer service and the gal is was so pleasant. I will never return to this Bed Bath and Beyond. I’ll take my business to UTC Bed Bath and Beyond. Better selections anyways and the staff there is wonderful and know how to take care of customers.

The store itself is clean and has a variety of products and options. However at check out I opted to do the email receipt to save on paper. Well I went next door and found a few items cheaper and better fitting for my decor so I went to return some items my receipt was not in my account yet and the same lady who cashed me out as still there and couldn’t verify I was there ten minutes prior. So. No refund for me: they told me my receipt would be in my email within 24 hours and to return then. It’s been over 72 hours and still no receipt and I paid in cash. I’m very annoyed I will never save paper again. So I’m double on my items and still waiting for my receipt.

I found exactly the light weight, yet warm, blanket i was looking for. And to my surprise it was 50% off! A great store for good quality kitchen, bathroom and bedroom equipment. Fun to wander!

My husband picked up an item that I had ordered, on his lunch break from work. The guy who was called to help out the ONE really nice lady working, was so condescending to my husband, rude, mouthy and belittling. It took my husband 30 minutes of waiting to get the item. He said that customers were leaving their carts and walking out of the store...and agreeing with my husbands frustration. The only gal working continued her polite and respectful treatment of everyone.ITS CHRISTMAS SEASON! No extra employees?? Youre going to lose the woman to a better job!12/14/20..12:00ish

Looks like the store is closing due to bare shelves but an associate said that they are just having a hard time getting stock.

The only fault I could possibly find with this store is that the aisles are too narrow so you have to maneuver shopping carts when you meet up with another shopper. Otherwise, the dizzying variety of quality items will make a fun shopping trip. If I ever win the lottery, this is a store is on my list of places to go.

Typical all inclusive department store. You MUST use their coupons, or you will be paying much too much for what they sell. Even after using their coupons, you can find some of what they sell for much less elsewhere.That said, the store is well laid out, and they do have some items you may not find elsewhere.

Quick trip. The staff was friendly, told me exactly where the item I needed was, and all staff were wearing face masks.

Very well stocked with good help. The only downside for me is to many LARGE stack-outs in the isles. A little hard to navigate with people in the isles stopping to shop as you are trying to get by.

BBB has become my go-to store. I love this place! After moving, I upgraded my bed from a queen to something called a Flexi King. That means that while the foot end of the two twin mattresses are connected, the tops are split so we can raise one or the other, or both of the heads to different angles if we want. This requires an odd looking fitted sheet. The store where I bought the bed (not BBB) was asking crazy prices for their sheets, so I went to BBB to see what they had. Sales lady told me that they dont sell them in the store, but they carried them online. So we looked online, and talked, and finally I picked out a set, ordered it online there at the store, and was able to use my coupon. A few days later they arrived and were SO Super Soft! I loved them, but after washing them, I tried to put them on the bed, and they were not the right shape. Of course that morning the garbage ran, so I didnt have the packing material, and after looking high and low, I couldnt find my receipt. I was devastated. I had spent almost $80 on sheets that I thought I would not be able to use, AND I was going to have to pay crazy money for the sheets that would fit. I decided that there can be no success if you dont try, so I folded the sheets nicely, packed them into a BBB bag, and went back to the store. Toni, the lady who took care of me, listened to me patiently, and when I finally came to the end of my story, said Of course well take them back. Were here to make you happy. And she did. Credited my card for the amount I paid, and didnt make me feel like a silly goose for not keeping track of my receipt and packaging material. I am a Bed Bath and Beyond customer for life now! Thank you so much.

This store has a variety of items from outside yard accessories to inside, and for every room. Prices are fairly good.. I buy a lot of kitchen accessories. And once when they didnt have it in stock the employee ordered it for me and it was delivered to my home, love that!I have one complaint...this location is NOT wheelchair friendly! I took a 94yo lady in a wheelchair there and we couldnt get threw many isles! Thats a problem!I have gone back just wont take her again.

Its a Bed Bath & Beyond staffed by helpful folks. More nauticly themed than their sister store geographically not near an ocean.
