Our old dryer broke and we had to order a part that was going to take a week or two to get. We found rent king and realized we could rent a dryer for just the short period of time until our regular dryer was fixed. Who knew! I called the store and the man I spoke to was super helpful andthey were able to deliver the dryer the next day. When I was ready for them to pick it up they also came right away. I would highly recommend this place. Everytime I had to call they were always friendly and helpful. Such an easy process and I would definitely use them if I needed to in the future.

Came into the store for a payment. Nigel greeted me immediately. I like that the customer service was on point. Rent king as a company always been great, nice, and offered great service.

The staff here are really helpful. They ordered items for me that were not in the store inventory. I needed an up and down washing machine and dryer and it was ready and delivered in a few days. The guys came to install took like 30 mins and they were on the way.

My husband and I have used rent king for the last 15 years & rent king always comes through when looking for xboxs,furniture, computers,appliances,lamps, or cell phones. They have saved many Christmas holidays and birthdays when I couldnt afford all the cash upfront. Having a big family the budget can be tough but rent king makes it possible with their awesome low down payment and weekly payments. My only complaint is Ive always lived close enough to a store for delivery but moved to north port recently so Im not able to get furniture or my appliances with them. I have bought 2 xbox systems in the past 2 years because I drove the 35 miles to pick up the items. I dont want to take my business to rent a center because we are loyal to rent king but we are not going to have any choice because we have to use the one who delivers since we dont have a truck.

The staff is pretty cool. They will walk with you in the store and help you decide what to get. They can get you items they dont have in store and will let you trade if you dont want that style or color or even come to your home with the truck and switch out for different items. They have things you wouldnt expect like watches and jewlery.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have had problems with my sofa and they do not return a call. If they do they just say call me no name and then they say someone came out to fix it but no one told me that they wore coming. They said they are going to come one day and they don’t and said they will come the next day like if ppl don’t work.

Spoke with Elida Perez about purchasing a living room set that was listed online for sale. Confirmed that it was available and scheduled a appointment to pick up the sofa at 10am. I rented a trailer got my kids together and started my long haul drive to pick up the sofa and loveseat. I then receive a message from Elida perez telling me the sofa had already been sold. This place is a complete joke they make a listing about furinture tell you its still available without even looking to verify that it is. This place is a complete joke and id NEVER Recommend or use them after this experience. Word of the wise, if your going to pick something up make sure they send you a picture of the item in the store FIRST or at least that they have put their hands on the item to verify it is there. Otherwise they will blow smoke up you @ss and lie about it.. Especially if your traveling long distance like I was!!

Definitely the worst experience Ive had with a company. Extremely unprofessional. One salesperson quotes you one thing and tells you something, just for the next one to say they have no idea what youre talking about or who you talked to. Set up a window for delivery just to have the drivers show up when they felt like it and get mad because we were not there. The salesperson we dealt with straight out lied to us about the prices and gave NO information about anything financial. Just took our money and gave nothing in return. Was told we could not special order a couch until we paid up front for it (not a problem) we left with everything else we needed except the couch (as we had just moved) and got a call two weeks later saying the couch had come in and it was being delivered the next day. What? Communication is horrible. Had an issue with a DVD player and NO ONE there could help with ordering us the right remote for it. They only care when they take your money, after they have it and youve signed on the dotted line, nothing else matters to them. Too many shady issues with this company. Gladly gave them their stuff back and Im happily taking my business elsewhere!

After making my decision on which tv I wanted, he then ensured me that it will be delivered the next morning. My TV was delivered 10:00 am the next morning. I have not slept good since I got the bed. The manager sold the mattress I wanted because he decided it was junk and gave me memory foam garbage. It’s been over a month and they still have not ordered me a new mattress. I am basically having to hold my payment hostage to get them to just give me what I went in there and purchased. I’m very upset. Any suggestions for other rental companies. I almost think a blow up mattress will be more comfy than this and I just want to sleep 😢

Bad experience... I signed up for auto pay and they charged my account way more than they were suppose to... Now i am being told 7 to 10 days to get my refund. This has caused me to have an overdraft on my account and they are not willing to make it up to me even tho this was clearly there mistake... I was told it is out of there hands...I understand mistakes are made. But step up and make them right when they are..NOT a happy customer.....

I rented furniture upwards of $3000.00 a year and a half ago, everything is now paid in full, they deducted out of my account every month and it worked out well. I especially like dealing with Sean he is the sweetest, kindest person and I will definitely rent from them again if need be.

Awesome management, comfortable atmosphere you don’t feel like you have to leave with something but when you do they are more then helpful if something doesn’t work out with it.

Well yes they were nice when my wife and I went in my wife really liked a bedroom set they had there so we looked it all over she sat on it she fellin love with it then we went up to the counter and was told it was brand new signed the papers they delivered it I do believe it was in December after they got it all set up we noticed scratches on the dresser top black rub marks on the bed frame like the person that delivered it slide the box springs onto the frame the corner of the dresser was broken scuff marks all over the legs of the bed but any way my wife called them and they said they would send someone out to look at it made an appointment they never showed up so we went in and made a payment told them again same thing this continues up too about a week ago what middle of March finely someone came out but all they did was pretty much just stand there we showed him the problems he goes well will bring some touch up paint and just cover it up I was not happy about that because we were told it was a new bedroom set so we finely had enough and went and bought use a new one she was so disappointed she really liked it so anyway we called them to come and get it they made an appointment to come pick it up will the following day they called my wife and ask if she was going to make a payment my wife told her they were supposed to pick it up the woman said sorry that they must not have wrote it down Tuesday came no show here our new furniture sits in the middle of our dining room still in boxes but any way then another day went by finely i called them they made another appointment to pick it they told me they were on there way guess what no show again i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone in very disappointed bad business practices at least follow threw with what you say

I got a play station 4 on saturday and we openes the box all cords are missing and the spider game is gone.They are charging me 399.99 for it when its on website 16.88 a week with everything but cleary they gave me a messed up one.Im over rent king ive spent 1000.00s with them.
