Great company to deal with, highly recommend them. Allen did a great job of designing exactly what I wanted in a small area. Was able to accommodate the grill and an area for my smoker with a pull out drawer for the charcoal and all the accessories (see pictures). I liked my Webber grill but this Alfresco takes it to another level. Not cheap but worth the money. Best purchase I have made in years......

From the initial visit to our house to discuss options with Allen (including leaving cabinet colors options for us to consider) to visiting the showroom and then the installation of the outdoor kitchen. We highly recommend AOC. After doing a significant amount of pre purchase due diligence getting several estimates, renderings, drawings, research into products and ideas from several Outdoor Kitchen Companies we decided to purchased a complete outdoor Kitchen from AOC. Estimate prices were all fairly close together so this wasnt a price decision but still an important decision. Greg Golden our sales consultant was great and was the deciding factor. Greg was extremely patient and helpful with us. I place an emphasis on customer service and here Greg was clearly the winner. The whole process was a pleasure and the Kitchen completed faster than we expected which was an added plus. The important installers, Rob and Chad, did a good job. Jeff, the Operations Manager and Brian the Owner have also been wonderful to deal with. I really like the Blaze Pro grill and 42 inch Trade Winds Vent hood we picked. The cabinets are also very good quality with soft closers that work well. Although we had a some ignition problems with the Blaze Pro Grill OAC was on top of it and resolved it quickly working with the manufacturer always keeping me up to date. We got a new grill Blaze Pro Grill installed and all is well. You can tell this company will prioritize customer service, is very focused and will be dependable.
