CelltroniX was the only place in NW Ohio that was even willing to fix my Motorola phone. The price was excellent, knowing what the screen alone cost through Motorola. My phone now works correctly. My screen was broke from a series of accidents that left my phone unusable.

Just needed a quick screen cover replacement for my Note 8. Service was stellar, and it came with a great conversation. They even installed my screen cover (something bug chain stores dont always do), which made the while experience even less stressful. Kind, polite, professional; will be back when I have any more needs for my cellular device.

I brought my iPhone 11 into Celltronix to repair the screen. It was fixed and I took it home and then I noticed a clicking sound on one of the corners. I took it back, because I wanted to make sure of the water resistance capabilities were still functioning. (I told the repair guy that I do a lot of canoeing) He fixed the clicking sound and gave me a water-proof pouch that I could use when I go canoeing. It was super nice of him.

Absolutely terrible service. I have had 2 bad experiences with his company. The first was fixing the cracked screen on my wifes phone. I was told it would be done in 2 to 3 days. After many phone calls the phone wasnt done until over a week later. The second experience. I went to buy an IPhone 4 from them so I had something to listen to my music on. I got it home and plugged my headphones in. There was no sound. (not their fault) I took it in and Sam said it would be fixed in 2 days. 2 WEEKS LATER and many phone calls I finally got it back. The sound worked for 1 day....and quit again. I took it BACK... again Sam apologized and told me he was going to order it that day (Friday) and it would be in by Wednesday. I called Thursday... not n ...Friday...not in. I was told a million times Sam would call me back with an update... NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS. After 2 weeks AFTER the promised delivery date I finally went into the store. He still didnt have it. I explained I was less than happy about this. And the employee behind the counter started laughing...Gave me my money back and I left. Although Sam (the guy I talked to most) is a very nice person. The way the business is ran is just a joke. Will never go back there or advise anyone I know to go there.

I love this place. I get whatever I need from this store. I’m going on today to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced for my first repair. The phones they sell are flawless and the best price around. The people that work there are cool fun people. Wish me luck!!

I had the man look at my phone tell me it should be good to go, i take it back the same day due to it not being fixed. He nicely refunds my money on my card or so he says... I call back 7 business days later and ask what was going on he tells me there was a error on his end. I then had to give him my card number to do it manually i was told 24 hours it would be in my account. As i waited another 48 hours I still have not received my money back .. Would not recommend using your credit or debit card here!

Took in my pixel 3a and he was very kind from the start.he quoted me a price of $129 for my screen replacement. I know my phone isn’t very popular so I assumed it would take a second to get the part, but ended up being only a couple of days. Ends up the screen itself cost $120 but he kept it the same price as he quoted me when I took it in. Very awesome service 100/10 would take my phone back to get repaired.

I am a very clumsy person and managed to drop my phone, get water damage in it, and break the camera. They figured out what was wrong with it very quickly and fixed it super fast, all for a low fee with great customer service.

Despite living in Columbus for the last two years, I will still ONLY take my phone to these guys because I know their work is good. Every time I walk in the door, they are always friendly, helpful, and courteous! Ive never had an issue with a faulty repair after coming to them for around four years now.

I didnt have a phone to be repaired, my cell was simply frozen. The Celltronix associate, with no questions asked, worked on my cell. He didnt charge me.

I had good service, my phone had a strange issue with the vibration feature. The repair guy was kind enough to fix the issue on the spot and gave me very good service. My phone is a rare Android model and I was suprised that they did such good work on it!

I had a spiderweb crack desecrating the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus :/ I almost went to a place I had my phone repaired previously, but CelltroniX was closer (and the least expensive out of four places). Im so glad I chose to go here. I was treated kindly and my phone, only four months old when I broke it, now appears pristine again. DO NOT YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY TO FIX YOUR IPHONE SCREENS HERE. THEY USE THE CHEAPEST AFTERMARKET SCREENS YOU CAN BUY AND TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OUT THERE. False accusations, my phone screen is ruined and they wouldn’t help me at all after my complaints. Please do not waste your time and money. I will never go to this establishment again. Just go to Apple and spend the extra $30 for a calibrated screen. Wrote a review on Better business bureau on how they lie and scam you. Scam artists they are.

I called up there about 2 months ago asking if they had an iPhone 11 screen and they said yes and I could come up the next day. Went up the next day an hour drive for them to tell me that it was an 11 plus screen. They took my name and number and said they would call me when it would come in. They didn’t call for a week so I called them and they said Presidents’ Day slowed their shipping and they would call me when they get it in. That was the last thing that happened and haven’t got a call since. Oh well

I went here in April to get my screen fixed. Then about in a month my screen started to come off of my phone and took to somewhere else to see about fixing it again and getting a new battery. They had told me that the battery had already been replaced by a used battery. Celltronix removed my new battery and placed an old used one and did a very poor job with the screen. Now I have to get a new phone. Terrible place.

Brought in my wifes Note 5. Was told 3-5 days. AFter almost 3 weeks they finally say they have the new screen in. I drop off the phone and am told 24 hours it will be done. I come back the next day and get told its now in Toledo and will be another couple days. Then I go to get it and they tell me they put the screen on it but it doesnt work, they also claim that magically they got a second screen in the 2 days they had the phone and the second screen doesnt work either. (took almost 3 weeks to get the first screen but they somehow managed to get another in 2 days).They claimed when my wife dropped the phone it must have damaged the display chip This is when I knew they were full of it and lying to me. When the phone was dropped it cracked the LCD but the screen still worked for a couple days as the lcd display slowly leaked out and turned the screen purple starting in the top corner, but the chip obviously still worked. I was further convinced they never even attempted a repair when I turned the phone on as I was walking back to my car and it streamed weeks worth of notification tones for a solid 45 seconds, meaning they had never even turned on the phone.Took the phone up the road to Inspect UR Gadget told them what happened, they had a new screen for me within 3 days, had the phone repaired in a couple hours......and guess what, the chip was fine and it only needed a new screen.These people wasted my time, kept my wife from having a working phone for nearly a month and lied countless times. I assume they just didnt want to repair a note since they are one of the harder phones to repair. If thats the case they could have just said that from the begining and not burned weeks of time.Take your electronics repairs up the road, avoid this shady place like the plague!!!!!!!!
