So I had been having problems getting my account number from metro and called the store. The lady that answered Latasha was amazing and told me to come in.. in a matter of min she had my account number and had my bf and I both set up on new phones.. she did an amazi g job and we cldnt be happier!!

Kody the store manager is the best there is! He was able to fully setup my device and me a new Samsung galaxy phone for $0 and a premium subscription to tidal for 6 months. For free! I will highly recommend anyone to see the wonderful associates at this boost mobile location. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave 110% satisfied.

Kody was amazing and so helpful!!! also the best deal from a prepaid carrier in Bowling Green! I highly suggest if your looking for new service stop by and see Kody atBoost, you wont be disappointed!6-20-20 Stopped in to see Kody and add or get a new line😢😓😞😒 but was informed Cody no longer works there.The people in the store were nice enough but From 2 out of the 3 working it seemed almost contrived. Not nearly as genuine as the warmth and sincerity that radiated from Kody.
