I have been having nothing but trouble since sprint and t-mobile started to merge. I went in ready to cancel the contract and switch carriers. I had an amazing associate help me when I got there. Could not have asked for a better customer service experience. So much so that I am still a sprint/t-mobile customer. If you need help, ask for Lauren. Thank you Lauren!!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. The girl there was in a bad mood & took it out on me. Phone has been acting up and went in to see if they could do something about it. She didn’t Even take a look at my phone. Told me to call customer service because she couldn’t do anything about it. She never tried to look at my problem or my phone instead continued to eat chocolate with the other guy there. Went again today because my phone keeps saying no service and the guy there was super rude told me since it was an iPhone he couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even pull up my account or look at my phone. He said they don’t mess with iPhones even though I got my phone from them 😡😡 never again will I be going to that store !

The customer service is absolutely horrible! Ive been given the run around for 3 days, both in store, and on the phone with customer service, and my problem with trying to unlock the phone still has not been resolved! They refuse to assist, even though the phoe is completely paid off, and there is no balance on the account. Legally, theyre required to unlock my phone and still refuse to do whats obligated of them. F@$& T-Mobile!

The location was under remodel AND covid-19 was still in full swing, so you can imagine the nightmare i thought i was walking into. I was wrong! Place was very clean and staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. Was not thrilled with the particulars of the promotion going on but Thats no slight against the employees. They were great. Price is ok. But customer service was off the charts awesome. If you need a phone. Try this t-mobile out!
4th attempt to come to this store. Horrible customer service. All 4 times ended up with me not even being in the store longer than 5 minutes.Website told me I could save my cart and they would pick it up in the store. Got there told me they couldn’t.2nd attempt, we tried walking in they told me I needed to wait outside with a 1 year old in the cold.3rd attempt they tried doing business outside including asking for my social, outside in a public setting.4th attempt I didn’t even make it to the curb before they told me they couldn’t assist me because they were currently at capacity, and too busy.All I wanted was to port my service and numbers over and buy brand new phones..I’ll be calling corporate, and will also drive an hour and a half to the nashville store.I don’t recommend this store AT ALL.

T-Mobile Tuesdays brings us here every few weeks!! The employees are extremely friendly and informative without being pushy. Deals falling out of nowhere meet you at the door, salespeople treat you like a friend not a payday, and free stuff every Tuesday!?! Did I mention the cell service rocks?!
I was told they offered service in my area so we switched. Got home that night and had zero service. Went back the next day and was told they dont know why someone told me they had service in my area because they did not. Admitting this they still charged me $50 restocking fee for both lines ($100 total) and said it was policy and they could not waive the fees. When contacting their customer service line they said they can waive them for some circumstances. This store has horrible customer service and they lie and steal peoples hard earned money after giving them wrong information to get their business. Bad business ethics.UPDATE: if anyone else gets told they get service in their area and they actually do not and they try to say they will not waive the restocking fees even though they provided bad info to you, file a claim with the BBB and they will send you a prepaid visa card for the amount since the store will not provide professional customer service for this matter.

If I could give a zero star I would. Terrible customer service after I had called into 800# the night before because my data got hacked when I switched to T-Mobile Samsung Note10. I should have never switched for three days of garbage service.

This Bowling Green location is a joke. Had the worst costumer service. Lied just to get a sale then took my 150 restocking fee. Was told I could boost signal one day the next told I needed WiFi. I was in there trying to get a hotspot because I didn’t have internet available. They knew when I bought everything that I didn’t have WiFi. The service was by far the worst I’ve seen from any place around too. We had 1 bar to no service in Plano area. Dropping calls left and right. Worst decision ever to give t-Mobil a try. And the store manager is a wanna be body guard trying to intimidate me and my wife. Real cool mr. phone salesman.
Great customer service. The guys at this BG location have always been great every time Im in there, which is pretty often since Im a tech geek. Gotta have the latest and greatest, and the staff at the BG store always take care of me quickly and professionally.The manager sometimes cracks jokes with the other reps when I see him in there. Overall the mood of the place is fantastic and is about the best experience youll find when it comes to dealing with a mobile carrier.Dont go to the one in E-Town. Theyre rude and give out poor advice to customers.

Broke my phone went in to look at a new one then I decided to check around and maybe see if I can get a better deal at a different carrier the young man behind the counter decided to tell me good luck and hope you enjoy the bad service with another carrier one minute theyre all happy and nice to you and then when you decide when I wait a minute Im going to look around than they turn evil on you
