Not everything is new and even buying used will still pay more in the end than buying brand new. A good option if you want or need something and cannot buy it up front from a store at a better price. But not a good option if you want to save lots of money because it is expensive!!! and the quality of furniture is very low. A great place to rent for a short time in a pinch. The staff here is awesome with the exception of one very special person with an attitude. This place is a reminder of why its important to take care of your credit.

Terrible customer service! Missed 1 payment and they were at my door telling my wife rudely she had to give up refrigerator now and that didnt care about the food in it or the kids and they wouldnt wait 24 hrs. Store manager Todd is totally rude and disrespectful and not good for this business. Stay away from BG rent a center STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Great place to rent with great people working there!

They take their time get all the information they need and do their checks. I do a summer airconditioner rental and the equipment always cools well, they pick up the units as per my scheduled date without any problems. The price is reasonable and even if I reserve airconditioner late in the summer season they have what I request.

They have any item you could ever want and their customer service is excellent! Will definitely be back!
