Got an iPhone 11 screen replaced here. They do not stand by they’re warranty. Told me the screen had “impact damage” but the glass isn’t broken not even scratched. If they can just say that anytime about a faulty screen, then they’re warranty is worthless. The chances a device is dropped hard enough to cause a screen to go out but NOT break or scratch glass? Highly doubtful. $170 is also on the high side for screen replacement on this device.

We shopped around in the Elizabethtown and Louisville area but the prices couldnt beat this location. It was worth sending it to Bowling Green. This place is an absolute joke. Between them and AT&T it is not worth the hassle. I have scheduled three times and each time have been blown off, canceled and rescheduled. I understand its Covid but Im not understanding how many times that excuse works. Ive wasted time, energy, gas and money trying to get my phone fixed from there and its been frustrating and a nightmare the entire time. Save your time and energy and just get your phone taken care of elsewhere so it actually gets done.

Had the phone back less then 4week and screen started to come loose. Took it back they did a re-glue and 2 weeks later lines started to run from top to bottom, 3 weeks later screen keeps blacking out and not coming back on.After 2 weeks of waiting for another repair it is still not available and they have not answered my calls and say they cant track the shipment of the new screen. They also say its a manager problem but never call back

It’d be nice if they followed through with their “price match”, but they don’t. They price match who they want but won’t tell you until the service is rendered. Also, the force touch does not work after they fix iPhones. They did work fast though.

After 20 years of cell phone ownership, I finally cracked a screen and it was a an awful feeling. However, the team at uBrerakiFix had my screen replaced and my phone looking and feeling brand new in under a hour. No glitches or issues whatsoever. This is where I’ll be going in the future if I need any phone/tablet repairs.

I went there to fix my PS4 because they was overheating, the guy there said that it might needs cleaning only and that would fix the problem. Though after cleaning the problem continued, so they had to replace the cooling fan and everything after that was great. The device didn’t overheat, and they offered me 90 days warranty on the part. In addition, they only charged me for the fan replacement and waived the cleaning fee. Lastly, the staff were more than helpful, professional, and friendly. So for my overall experience with uBreakiFix was fantastic, and I would definitely go there again for all my future repairs.

Great place! Theyre quick, and professional. Fixed my damaged screen and display in about 4 hour! I have a Galaxy S9+, and they keep the parts for my phone in stock! So rare in BG usually I go to a place and they tell me they have to order the parts. But not here! Not only do they have the parts for Galaxys, but they know that theyre doing!

Recently I needed to have my note 8 screen replaced and ubreakifix was by far the cheapest place in town using certified Samsung parts. The parts were in stock and they had my phone fixed within a few hours. They were very helpful and walked me through the process of what they were going to do to fix the screen. When I got my phone back, it was like new. Super nice people and hopefully I wont need to come back.
