Each Verizon store has a phone number. Each one leads you to the same computer with the same inane menus and NO WAY to reach a human. I tried two, both took me to the same BS.I had to drive into town to as the simplest question about a phone. And they couldnt help, so a wasted trip/gas/time.I will recommend T-Mobile as a very viable option to Verizon because at least they have people manning their stores phones and very good country-wide service. Verizon could give a rats derriere...
Honestly this store was a very frustrating experience. The more I asked for help the more roadblocks staff threw in the way. Rather than trying to help me get a product that met my needs they just kept saying what they couldnt do with no suggestions for other products. I got the impression they just wanted me to leave. Finally a customer spoke up and was far more helpful than the employees.Apparently the store isnt able to help, save your time. Go elsewhere or shop online.

The manager Todd came up to us then disappeared sent this woman to attend to us. She made excuses why she could not help us and down blasted another store. When our phone are paid for we will be looking to change our service after almost 20yrs with Verizon.

Very helpful and friendly folks!! My sister needed a screen protector and the agent put it on for her. I like the way she put it on and when I need one I hope to return there if they have the one needed.

Damaged my phone recently, Verizon replaced it backwards with a 8.0 version vs. 9.0 droid. Went to the store to correct it back, they would not help. Would not look anything up as I did not have an appointment (no one in the store or parking lot). Told me to call Motorola as it was their issue. Said I would need to buy another phone. I will try another store to fix this and will never be back. Awful!!!!
Customer service issues
After spending 2 and a half hours in the store, we get home and the phone is not activated. The lack of knowledge in this store is alarming
Tried to visit the store for help in switching my service to their brand. Store was locked up and empty. No help to me at all. Wont be giving them a second chance.I wouldnt have given 1 star, but it wouldnt let me post otherwise.
Its amazing how this business can text you when your bill is due but cant show any respect when it comes to the store being temporarily closed due to an employee being positive for Covid! Im not the only one who drove there yesterday looking to pay my bill, there were ppl sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out how to pay their bill as well! Come on Verizon, hopefully you can provide a better service than this !
No matter whenever I go, I have to wait. The wait has never been less than 20 minutes. I have been there when there are only 3 other customers and still waited. Really a drag. Service is great, when you finally get to that point however.

Great service in a clean and organized environment. They greeted me promptly and got me into the virtual line for service right away. They were all very friendly and assisted me with my problem. They were able to resolve it quickly and didnt charge me. They also answered all my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. Every time I go there I have a good experience.
I am so grateful to all of the employees who helped me with all of my phone issues. Jody was wonderful the first time I came in and she tried really hard to help me out. Sam was also incredibly helpful. The last time I went in Shane was able to get my phone activated for me and I’m so excited to now be able to use and enjoy my phone. Thank you guys so much!!

Every time Ive been in this store, the customer service has been exemplary until today. There was an old blonde woman that refused to help me even though I had on a mask. Told me that I had to switch the cards out (from old to new phone) myself. You need a special tool to open the slot. I go back, avoided her and got help from someone else. This guy was great. He switched my cards and set stuff up for me w no problem or b#tchy attitude. If I ever saw that old blonde hag on fire, I wouldnt give a squirt of piss to put out the flames

Jodi was a saint. We were in a complicated situation and Im sure it was as frustrating to her (even more so) as me. But she remained so calm and professional the whole time, even when dealing with my unreasonable father. She deserves so much credit. I hope she sees this as and knows how much I appreciate her.

Warranties often cost more than the phone youre buying over the 24 month period; so the warranty means youre essentially paying for your phone twice - it isnt cost effective for the consumer.

HIGHLY frustrated with this store. My mom spent over $200 in the store and was sent on her merry way without the phone being activated at all. They also talked her into signing up for autopay on her account and didn’t actually sign her up. They literally charge you for a new phone and send you out the door and force you to set up everything on your own. I’m on my second hour of trying to set up her new phone and am having issues. Tried calling the store and you don’t talk to a person. I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes. I would recommend saving yourself time and just ordering your stuff online.

Every single time I go into this Verizon they continue to be unhelpful. They insist on calling their Verizon wireless numbers, when they could easily help you within minutes in the store.
Went in to see about upgrading to a new phone. Staff was busy doing whatever. I was the only customer so I left. Will go to a different Verizon store where they can be more attentive!

Extremely slow! Go to Maumee or Perrysburg for decent customer service. Wish I could rely on the store in my home town. Did I mention that they are very slow? They are slow.
I went in and one of the sales employees approached me and my friend with a very negative attitude. He continued to be very demeaning and talked down on us as if we had no idea about iPhones. He had a horrible attitude and I will never go to this Verizon again. If you need Verizon, make the drive to Maumee instead. Well worth it.

Had a SIM card, email issue that the Verizon Team at this particular store had no clue how to fix. Had me down load a tech app to find some answers on my own. Verizon must pushed the kids through the tech class and shoved them in the store.

Was told I had 14 days to add a line to complete a BOGO iPhone XR I had previously purchased and apparently the sale had to of been made the same day!!! Absolutely the worst service and I was treated poorly/disrespected by management when I confronted them on their mistake. No ownership was taken on their part whatsoever either.

Countless errors. Unprofessional college kids running the store making terrible mistakes corporate blames the store and the store could care less. Because people are locked into a contract. Call corporate to actually get anything done, also i would not give them a credit card or banking information. Anthony the store manager did not know near as much as one of there newer employees and made the situation much worse. Showed no leader ship or knowledge of the industry he is in.

Absolute contempt towards the customers who have already bought their phone. The entire atmosphere in here is we already have you signed up and have your money so get the f*** out.Once youve already bought the phone they couldnt give less of a damn of what you have to say afterwards. I just wanted to put on record that my Samsung Galaxy S7 screen had areas burn out almost instantly even after adjusting the brightness to the lowest setting. They really just couldnt care less and were overly annoyed that I even bothered walking back into the store. I chose to live with this flaw in the phone a while ago so it was less of a complaint and more of informing them of the issue. They politely told me to f*** off and live with it with all of the demeanor of disgruntled car salesman who already have your money. For the record my Samsung Galaxy S5 didnt even come close to having the screen burnout this badly... so yeah... When I adjust the brightness to lowest setting and it still burns out as horribly as this it is a fault in the design and I just wanted it to go on record.
Just bad service over all, not very helpful and tend to try to sell you something you dont need. Defiantly live up to the classic Salesman stertype. Go to the one in Perrysburg at levis commons, these guys are awesome and much more helpful.

Dont go there! Stay away!! The store managers name is Sam and has some of the worse customer support I have ever seen. They only care about your money there. You will end up on the phone with Verizons customer support and they will do there best to help, just be prepared to spend alot of time on the phone.... I recommend going to the go wireless in Findlay Ohio by the Dennys restaurant. They hide nothing there and will spend time with you to make sure your happy! Its the only place I will go now, well worth the small drive!

Had a situation with my sons phone where it was on a constant Loop. Was out of warranty and our account showed we had no insurance on the phone. We knew we originally purchased insurance on it so Sam the manager did some investigating and found out that was the case. Thanks to Sam for going above and beyond and working with his operations manager to find a solution and replace our year-and-a-half-old iPhone 7 for our son.
WORST experience. Manager Sam and employee Jason were incredibly rude and condescending and lied blatantly. Incredibly unprofessional. Definitely worth the time to drive to a different location. Will be reporting to the owner.
