I visited CPR today after my iPad suffered a VPN software glitch that prevented it from accessing the internet, thus making it essentially useless. I was quickly greeted in a professional manner, reassured if it could be fixed they could do it, and then they identified and rectified the issue in a timely manner. I had to come here today to find out what was going on with my phone because my phone had not been vibrating for the past 4 months after I got it back from another phone repair company. I told the technician what had happened and he told me he needed it for an hour and he would give me a call back to let me know what was wrong.He called me back within the hour and told me the phone was missing the vibration motor out of it and that if I could get him the part he would put it in there for me. I cannot thank him and the staff here enough for saving me the money that it would of cost me to get this done somewhere else! I will be bringing back all my other devices that need help back to here!

The people who work here are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We’ve recently had issues with PS4 systems that ultimately were a combination of an APU being broken and hard drives needing factory resets, and with each issue they’ve done a lot of work for us and kept us informed on what the issues and potential fixes were each time. The overall charge for all of the work they put into the whole process of us trying to get everything working again was lower than I ever would’ve anticipated. I’m thoroughly impressed with the staff here, and my partner and I plan on coming to them for any tech issues we can’t solve on our own in the future.

He offered to replace it for $75 which the competitors was going to charge me to $279. he asked me exactly what was going on and I told him it was low-volume and he said he will let me check and see if I can clean it. 2 minutes later he came back out and my phone is working perfect. $0 now thats service

These guys are amazing! Their prices are reasonable, and the work they do is miraculous. I took an iPhone 6 there, that I thought there was no hope to saving. So recently was looking to get a screen replaced on an iPhone 6s +, ended up taking it to byteforce to pay them 150$ and to end up with a phone that wouldnt even power on. I didnt feel comfortable with them repairing it again so I took it to CPR and I couldnt have asked for any better service. All of the people I dealt with were very helpful and understanding. They got the phone up and running and it was a very quick turn around. Very professional service I would highly recommend, they will definitely get my business in the future.

Very professional, fast service. Didn’t try to “up sell” anything. iPhone XR wasn’t taking a charge. The other repair shops all tried to sell me a new charging port. These guys recognized a common problem and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible! They put a new screen on my phone and immediately when I picked it up in the store and turned it on it began to flash continuously. Then I had to get it fixed again and wait for 3 days just for me to get it finally and on the second day my screen is glitching out. All they can do is put on my old screen, which hopefully they wont mess up on that either, and just go to another place to get my phone fixed. FYI if you have a LG G4 stylo screen that needs to be fixed well then this is not your place, because unfortunately they say that their luck is not the greatest with these phones. Dont waste your time bothering.

I took it in a few months ago to get a cracked screen fixed. Immediately after, media sound and non speaker phone phone calls (not ringer or speaker phone) and the proximity sensor stopped working. The new screen came unfastened on the bottom. And now the phone completely stopped working because they screwed up the battery.

That was a great experience and the gentleman who waited on me was very helpful.

Washed my iphone in the washing machine with the clothes. I had also cracked the screen prior to washing it. They told me they would not charge me if they could not get it fixed, but if they could they would also repair the screen. The next day the phone was working great and had a new screen. After repairing my screen, I was still experiencing problems with my MacBook. CPR’s customer service was incredible with helping to find the root of the problem, and constantly updated me with how the repair was going. Repair was very cheap and well worth it! I work in I.T. and had been trying to repair a users iMac. I was under time constraints and had hit a wall, so I decided to gather a list of local repair centers and give them a call. CPR was the first place I called and they were so incredibly nice and could get me in right away, so I didnt bother reaching out to any others. When I arrived at CPR, I assumed Id need to drop it off and leave it. However, they helped me right away and looked at the iMac on the spot.I cant speak on any of the other local repair centers, but I can say that CPR is absolutely worth a call or visit at the very least.

I called CPR Cell phone repair and they knew EXACTLY what was wrong with my IPhone 7! I was on the phone with ATT last night for 55 min, even done a factory reset! No luck! Going to cost me $225 for a replacement phone plus insurance monthly! CPR Cell phone repair knew exactly what was wrong with it! They were MUCH cheaper than ATT or the Apple Store! Thank goodness a friend recommended them to me!

I have an iPhone and have come to CPR multiple times. They have amazing customer service and are always extremely helpful. This is the only phone repair store I go to!

I asked them to fix my charge port, 60 dollar charge, I get back my phone with a non-working screen. I return it right after and they said they would fix it for free. Get my phone back and the screen still is messed up. They told me the charge port they put in my phone was a broken one (glad to hear they put something broken in my phone to fix it) and needed to wait for a new part. I wait a month with no phone call; I had to call them myself and they just happened to have it. Phone screen still wont work and has been fixed three times from them. Would not recommend ever.

Basically my phone was trashed today(01/06/2017), fixed the home button, microphone, replaced the screen and restored the touch on on it in the matter of an hour. Only costed about 80 dollars for an Iphone 6, which is not bad. Everyone there as extremely nice and educated on how to fix to a phone. WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10!

First time I have been to this place and he was very friendly and helpful. I will use this place again if I ever need a new screen put on.

I just needed to take some screws out of the bottom of my laptop, JUST the screws. Didnt need to take the whole bottom off or anything else. I tried to do it on my own, but to no avail. So I go to the computer repair store. I had called earlier and told the guy my situation, and he said they could do it for free. Got there, and they wanted to charge $30, just to take screws out. Told me that theyre basically taking the whole bottom off, and it costs $30 to do just that. Bad service; worst place ever. If you need someone to fix your computer, be careful, and never go to Digital Doc.

Whenever I came here my phone was in perfect condition other than my screen being cracked. They replaced my screen and ever since Ive been having issues with my battery dying extremely fast and sometimes Im not able to open my apps. Whenever I was in there I heard a lady complaining about the same thing after she got hers fixed.

Great place for repair

I custom build gaming desktops for myself every few years, and I ran into a problem with my PC that I could not resolve. I talked to a few shops in BG and read all kinds of reviews and ended up at Digital Doc. I described my problem, and they told me they would take care of it. I had an issue with getting 10-15 fps in games with a monster gaming machine. I knew something was wrong after I encountered this issue and tried everything I knew to do to resolve. It took them two days, but they gave me a call and informed me of everything working correctly and that the heatsink I had on my cpu was failing. They told me it would be the next day for them to try and install liquid cooling on my system and that would resolve my issue because my 4790k was idling at 100 degrees Celsius. They called me, and I went and picked it up. The money I spent for them to put in liquid cooling on my system was a LOT cheaper then what I originally thought I would have to do with having to maybe buy a new processor, motherboard or graphics card. These guys kicked ass, were very professional about it and helped along the way with a lot of my questions. Very knowledgeable team, and I will be a repeat customer. I did NOT have a bad experience at all, these guys will be my recommendation to any electronic customer needing a shop. Way to go guys, you earned my respect. Thanks a bunch!

Needed replacement battery for my Samsung Tab 2S - Its not an easy task, they were great! Friendly and helpful staff.

Took my phone in to get new power port installed. Turns out I had a bunch of lent in the port. They cleaned it for free! I called byteforce first and they said it was impossible to replace without cracking the screen. Digital doc said it would be no problem. Turned out I didnt need one afterall!

Went here a couple months ago, the frame of the phone I asked to be repaired was damaged which in turn damaged the LCD. Needless to say it was a pretty expensive fix. By the time theyd gotten it fixed it had been about 2-3 weeks if not a month. When I went in they had put my phone into a smaller sized frame, which made pressure on the screen. They offered to keep it until they had one shipped but I just wanted my phone back. Within a couple weeks I dropped it with a case on about 2 feet onto carpet and it cracked the whole screen. It was just a crack so I decided to just hold onto it considering my last experience. Tonight the power and home buttons stopped working on the phone and after plugging it in a couple times, the screen went black and I ended up with the blue light of death. Obviously not too happy with my experience, slow and ended up giving me another problem. Trying somewhere else out.

The phone screen immediately broke. Would definitely not recommend go somewhere else for much better quality and cheaper price. Horrible quality.

Took my PS4 in to get the hdmi port replaced... got it back a little later than expected but thats not it. I get home plug it in and I see the home screen for the first time in a year, but they messed up something because the controllers dont work right. I went to GameStop and bought a new one for $55 hoping it was the controller itself, it wasnt so I called them and they said sorry we mustve accidentally unplugged something first of all why didnt they check to make sure everything was plugged back in right? Second why would you have to unplug things in the first place its just a soldering job, Im pretty sure you dont have to unplug wires. Taking it back today Ill update my post later!

Dont bother. Incompetent con artists. We took our Alienware desktop in about a month ago. Told the service tech it was probably the processor bc of the error codes it was giving. Took them 4 weeks to replace 2 RAM sticks only to say that wasnt the problem and it WAS probably the processor. When I called and spoke with Megan questioning the NEW repair time & cost she was very rude and told me I could come and pick up the still broken computer if I wasnt happy with the unknown time and cost of a processor. She also stated there would be no charge because they didnt fix it. Then the tech calls back to say an $80 fee for labor is expected at time of pick up. Never again. I will be getting a hold of their corporate office.
