Be very wary of visiting this dealership. Was searching for a new Nissan Frontier. Their advertised prices are $5000 more than MSRP. That’s their dealer markup during Covid. Very misleading advertising. Terrible sales force that could only come up with excuses why they marked it 2K less than MSRP on Autotrader only to find out that they want 5K over MSRP. They say they contract with a 3rd party to list their cars on Autotrader but don’t police their own ads to verify they are correct. Why would you pay a third party $$$ when you could save money by handling it in house with an internet sales team. Very misleading. Almost a bait and switch kind of situation.
They were not negotiable on our cash offer. Not to mention misleading on price. They sent me the sticker price but failed to mention they add $5K to the sticker price. A total waste of my time!
I came to Jim Johnson to complete my first oil and tire rotation on my new car. The service was as I expected: a bit pricey but timely. I will likely return to have my oil changed when I cannot do it myself in a timely manner. I really enjoyed being able to bring my car after work on a Saturday since I work odd hours during the week.
New management needed ASAP. Nothing can get fixed in a timely manner. Phones are NEVER answered. Inventory is a joke. Cars on the lot don’t get cleaned before selling, salesmen fail to explain any dings or dents when asked, nobody seems to have any knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. I spoke with 3 separate salesmen trying to sell a dream instead of explaining properly the car shown & answer all questions.Finance is an even bigger joke. For his sake, I will leave his name out of this review but I’m sure anyone who works there knows this man is slower than my 86 year old great grandfather. He never returns my calls. He is beyond frazzled. Disorganized. I would hate to see this place fail and I know everyone is having trouble finding people but majority of the warm bodies filling this positions are just that. Warm bodies. No quality to the service that is here anymore. I’ve decided to go to the dealership across the street for my new vehicle. Getting all my previous vehicles from this dealership before 2021 was the best choice I made and I will not be returning any time soon.If you care about quality of service, vehicles, and reliability of a vehicle… DO NOT GO HERE.

I had checked online for the car I wanted. I talked to Kane at the dealership. He let me know when the car arrived and texted me the day they received it. We drove 2 1/2 hours and met with Kane. Exactly what I wanted. He hurried up the clean up and transfer so that we did not have to drive back or stay the night. Would highly recommend Kane to work with and the finance director Nick was very helpful also.

I just purchased a vehicle from Jim Johnson Nissan. This was one of the best purchase experiences I have had and there have been several over the years. We worked most of the details out through email before visiting the dealership. When we arrived the vehicle was out front waiting for us. We took the car for a test drive, came back, and signed the papers. I have sat in dealerships for hours even when I thought things were already worked out. This time the whole process went smooth and relatively quickly. There was no pressure and no trying to sell me on something I didnt need. If there was anything that could have been a little better, the salesman could have been a bit more personable, not that he was all that bad. I live an hour and a half from this dealer but will definitely come back when its time for another trade.

I rode in on my motorcycle because my other vehicle was just done. I had looked at available models online before I went so I already has a good idea about what I wanted when I got there. Parked the bike and was met by the salesman at the front of the building. Ralph was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me the models they had available on the lot and explained the technical options available with them. Since this is my first time buying a new vehicle from a dealership I was a little nervous about everything but Ralph made this a very pleasant and relaxed transaction. Once everything was finalized and since I was by myself on a motorcycle he offered to drive my new car to my house for me since I cant drive the car and bike at the same time and the bike certainly wont fit in the car lol. So start to finish Ralph and crew at the dealership who helped with the paperwork were excellent to deal with.

I didn’t buy a new Nissan as I had done in past years, I purchased a Used 2017 Dodge Caravan and I am In Love with my “new car” van! Everyone that I encountered were courteous, knowledgeable AND patient! Mike, Darrin, Lynda, Adam & John, yes I talked to each of them because it was the first time for me to buy a used car and I had never owned a van. I had always bought new because I am big on warranties while I am paying for a car (yes I now know I can get a warranty on a used car and I did, however, remember this is my first used car).Mike, my salesperson, didn’t just talk “the talk” he “walked the walk” with printing numbers and percentages, he showed me the remaining life of the brakes, the tires, the transmission, the guts that I really know little about, thus I purchased a “power train warranty” and no, they did not pressure sales me for more $$, in fact, when I went home and googled my Caravan, I see that I was well taken care of and I had just purchased a gem. Mike also helped me qualify to get the lowest monthly payment (because I have a threshold to not go over) and I am in the category that I didn’t have enough to pay cash even though the price of the van was great to me. He has been at Jim Johnson for well over 10ish years, he told me the exact number but my mind wondered to my new van when I saw it washed and sparkly!) so PLEASE ASK for MIKE, you will be in well oiled & seasoned hands, not just good hands, GREAT hands!Why I needed a Van when and also when googling, found that they are passé for the moment because SUVs are the range? (Don’t you worry they will make a comeback and my van is a keeper). I needed something that I could hall Wedding Supplies in, that had a longer, covered space for the rainy days and back end, for loading 6 foot tables, wedding cakes and precious cargo for planned and unplanned road trips. Jim Johnson Nissan was recommended by family member in Bowling Green and I originally wanted their new 2 seater utility van with a five year, 60k warranty. And then the sun was shining on my silver, 7 stow & go seats of a beauty and it was a 2017!Yes we know, Dodge Caravans don’t appear out of thin air like in the 90s or early 2000s and I always think it’s a good idea to educate yourself on the longevity of a model (I don’t know why) 2020 was the last year the Dodge Caravan was made and perhaps it will be vintage sooner rather than later, however, for whatever your need or wants are, new or used, 2 seater, sedan, sporty (I was drooling over the maxima in the showroom mm mmmm!) a truck, a suv, economy or luxury, I saw they had it all as I walked their car lot. Plus you will have the friendliest staff to walk you through the process, ask you the right questions, answer you with the right answers all the way to Darrin for signing the paperwork and finalizing your Car, or in my case, Van Purchase! I am thrilled and excited to get my “new” baby out on the road of traveling after a challenging year we have ALL experienced! I promise, you will be treated as I was, a valued customer, because they know I could have gone anywhere and yet I bought with Jim Johnson Nissan, not because of my great Van and deal, I am huge on customer service and they all deserve double five stars!

Bad business practices. Would never do business with anything Jim Johnson. Looked at trucks online one night next day get unsolicited phone call from Joe. After speaking and texting a few times I was assured the truck I was interested in only had two issues. Front tires and couple dings. I drove the 45 minutes there to see the truck with my own eyes. 1 1/2 hrs. of my life round trip I will never get back. Within 30 seconds of being handed the keys they lost my business forever. Start truck check engine light is on. I could have scanned the truck and found out what was wrong and been ok with it. When business starts with deception in 30 seconds they lost me as a customer forever. I really wanted the truck too.
BEWARE. They do not check any of their used cars before putting them on the lot. They also tell you its your responsibility to fix because They werent aware. So when buying from Jim Johnson Nissan, make sure to keep in consideration the lack of care and customer support. I will never recommend using them as long as this continues.

Own two nissans. Both are under 5 years old and have had constant electrical issues. When brought in, they just tell you they cant find anything wrong until it is out of warranty then they want to charge you excessive amounts to repair it. I will never buy a Nissan again. Plus this particular location is a bunch of anti-maskers. Most of the employees werent wearing masks and few of the customers were, despite one being clearly sick coughing everywhere.
Thanks to Joe Cordova & Jackson (who I hate that I cannot remember his last name!!) were amazing!! Joe helped me get most things done over the phone before bringing my husband in && once we were here Jackson helped get us into the PERFECT vehicle. Exactly what I asked for, no pushing us into something smaller or more costly!! I would like to clarify, the service department is great and they have worked hard to figure out the unique issue with my vehicle. However, this dealership refusing to provide me a loaner while they work on my vehicle (2020, still under warranty) for several hours because I didnt purchase it there, in my opinion this is horrible customer service.I had to take my car to the dealership it was purchased from to get a loaner vehicle, and now they have to waste their time taking my car to Nissan.

I took my car in to get serviced and told them something was wrong with the acceleration and it wanting to die when idle, they charged 100 to look at it and then told me it was an exhaust leak. 2 months later it is back, pretty sure my turbo is bad and needs replaced but of course they state I have to get a fuel injector replacement which will cost 1000.00!! They have not checked the turbo. They have now had my car for 4 days and they told me it would be done in 2. they do not offer rentals why they take thier time. The only reason I know nothinig has been done is because I go and get updates. If leaving a voicemail do NOT expect a return call. You will physically have to go there to see what is going on! We are a nissan family but will be no longer.
The collision department is very hard to get in touch with but once you accomplish that Wayne Pence is fabulous! I feel he went over and above to see that my car was repaired to perfection. He also coordinated getting my car detailed. It took two days longer than expected but it was so worth the wait. I feel like I have a brand new Rogue! Thank you!
Part was in stock for the recall on my 2014 Titan. Completed when promised. Vehicle was still clean when I picked up. Got a free car wash to use later!
The Customer Service at Jim Johnson Nissan is always great. They dont just do what is needed, they go above and beyond and have exceeded my expectations. I love that even though I leave when my vehicle is being serviced, there is constant communication.

Absolute joke. Went in test drove a suburban. I made a offer and rejected it. Thats absolutely fine no hard feelings then post it online for $2,000 less than my offer. Yea ill take my buisness next door from now on. This place is nothing like it was the last time i bought a vehicle here. Oh and by the way salesman joe was all in until he seen i wasnt budging and never offered to show Any other vehicles and when i told them i would have to walk away from this vehicle he turns around and walks away from me immediately. The service department here is top notch. I bought my Titan at a different dealership, but they still notify me of recalls. Went today for two. Honestly, I can get an oil change and rotation for about what Id pay for an oil change at a quick lube, and I have factory trained service techs with their hands on my truck. Doesnt really take any longer considering you can sit in the quick lube line for 30-45 minutes before you even get serviced. Service writers are knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I had a puncture leak at 10K on my Titan from picking up a nail. The nail went through the tread at an angle. They were honest with me that they couldnt patch it, but encouraged me to call around to see if any tire shops could. Mounted my spare for me and I was on my way. Found a shop that could patch it, but didnt have time to mount it. JJ popped it back on for me, no problem. They honestly could have said I had to have a new tire and I wouldnt have been the wiser.Ive had at least one Nissan, if not two, in my driveway for the better part of the past 20 years. Jim Johnson has always taken great care of my vehicles.
At 92K miles, the catalytic converter went out without warning on my 2016 Hyundai Accent. The car would only attain a top speed of 12 mph. Jim Johnson Hyundai promptly repaired my still under-warranty vehicle at no cost and provided me with a 2020 Elantra loaner at no charge in the interim. The service was top-notch, professional and very courteous!
I was impressed with the young man that provided shuttle service. I was very disappointed when your service technician did not bother to look up my tire warranty. I know it can be done because the Nissan dealer in Monroe, LA spent quite some time looking it up; when I had a similar circumstance a few years ago. You were interested in charging me an inflated price for a tire, taking advantage of a customer, rather than honoring a warranty. I have an oil warranty of 50,000 miles and you had some nonsense about the warranty being 20,000 miles. Shame on you for not honoring warranties of customers who have purchased Nissan products.
So price of vehicle changed twice. After they ran my credit score of 850!!!! Price went up again. This place is a joke they have the worst business practices I’ve seen in quite awhile. I have never had they price change offer the ran credit and figured out my credit score was dam near perfect. This place is a joke.I will thank the salesmen chase for making sure our kid had a drink. Horrible job representing a great brand!

Got an oil change and a multi point inspection of my car. Took 30 minutes to get a shuttle to go over to the mall which wasn’t a big deal. When my car was done and I got back in my car I had black fingerprints all in my car. They were black and oily and they were EVERYWHERE. My interior is tan, I had to go buy cleaner and when I got home I had to deep clean my whole car and luckily was able to get it all clean. Would not recommend the service department here.

We recently went searching for a car (actually a small SUV) for my wife and were very happy with the work that Mark Faith did for us. We were unsure of what we were looking for, so we were test driving many different vehicles, but he never pressured us and allowed us to test drive the vehicles he offered many times for us to finally decide on the 2018 Nissan Rogue. I felt his initial offer was very fair, including the trade in value on our 13 year old vehicle. Again, just an all-around great experience with Mark Faith and everyone at Jim Johnson. This is my second car from them, as I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata that has been great for me as well.
