Great Service, Great people, I Highly recommend. My Husband and I was recently traveling to Chicago and our Car experienced a problem on the Highway outside of Bowling Green, My Husband called and spoke to Ron McCarthy, he was very accommodating and told us to have it towed to their location. The car was repaired, there was no charge and we were able to continue our travel.Ron Thanks to you and your staff for accommodating us and our barking Chihuahua Pekoe. You are the best!!!
Imagine being a BMW customer looking to buy a new $63000 BMW and being treated like you’re buying a Dodge at the dealership. That was my experience. It started with proposed pricing. It contained 1. $1600 in dealer fluff for some sort of coating that no one wants. 2. I’ve never seen a dealer fee as high as there’s 3. It didn’t have an ounce of dealer contribution for a 202Y vehicle, even though 2022MY vehicles are hitting the ground now. All I was offered was just the rebates. So anyways, this sets the tone that I’m playing ball with a dealer that does business like it’s 1995 still, so I proceed with caution and ensure 1. I get as much as possible for my trade to negate the fees 2. I Eliminate the fluff and 3. I lock a good rate after all that. I award 2 stars instead of one because they did all the above except the rate, but they were honest about that and asked me to try my own institution. Difficulty there due to erroneous open loans. Ran into some difficulty due to a loan on my report that should have closed a month ago, so BMW financial wasn’t going to front the loan either until that cleared up... Fine and dandy.... I let my salesperson know that it may take a couple days to clear that up and then we will proceed forward. This guy literally dumps me off after I sent that message. I attempted two more follow ups with him, and even asked straight up if I am being ghosted... Wow, that’s some Dodge dealer kinda stuff, yeah? So, I didn’t feel like a premium customer any longer and once I feel that way, I move on. I was able to beat the deal by $600 elsewhere and should be receiving my new M340 by the weekend. Thanks for the headache, guys... You did save me a few bucks though, so I appreciate it.
The phone call to my oil change was helpful in that I could ask questions that the receptionist entered into my appointment. When I arrived, the person in the service department addressed everything right away. The service was as expected and there was no attempt to add other unnecessary services. The courtesy wash was nice.
This was my first experience at BMW of Bowling Green and it was a very good one. Its refreshing to see TRUE customer service at its best and a complete team of professionals that value it. From Ron the service manager to Chris the Svc Lane assistance to Boris the Bldg Maintenance supervisor to the mechanic; they ensured that they exceeded my expectations and for that I- - - say thank you!
As usual, Ron exceeds expectations for courteous and knowledgeable service. I’m convinced his years of service for Luxury Imports BMW as service manager sells more BMW’s than sales staff. I never met my sales person after completing sales of 2 new cars, but I have regular contact with Ron for the 4 our family owns! Thanks, Ron.
The best BMW dealership I’ve ever been to! Vlad was an amazing sales rep, from the start to finish he genuinely tried to find what’s best for me, he understood my busy schedule and made himself available with prompt responses finding the right solutions to meet all my needs! Management was extremely customer focused and the minor details that I brought up was promptly taken care of with neither haggle nor hesitation. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely buy my next vehicle from Vlad and BMW of Bowling Green!
They have good customer service and are very knowledgeable about my vehicle (BMW X1 35i). They answer any and questions about my vehicle that I am not really sure about. Always give good information. The only place I will take my BMW X1 for service.
The service team did a terrific job, as always. They kept me informed throughout the process, used my preferred method of communication, and they asked about my transportation needs during the time my car was with them. I’m completely satisfied and will continue to bring my car here for all its services.
Mark, the parts manager, provided me with top notch customer service! Thank you BMW of Bowling Green for having such a prompt and courteous employee!
John one of the service consultant was very professional and genuine. He was knowledgeable and explained the problems and recommended solutions for my BMW.👌The waiting and rest area were cleaned. The entire building could do with someupgrades and modernization.
Ron was very friendly and got us back on the road the same day my starter went out. They kept us in the loop and were fair with their prices. If in the market or nearby would definitely not hesitate to use BMW of Bowling Green. Thanks Jim
Esther was wonderful and very helpful. Plus the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Excellent, Ron McCarty and staff are always excellent to deal with. Service on my car is always excellent.
I worked with Jacob Frodyma who made sure to get me into the 2017 Ford Escape that I wanted. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was really nice and accommodating, offer coffee and water while we waited. They were really busy that day, but made sure I was ok. I would definitely go back here for my next vehicle!
Ran my credit, and started all my financing on a car... and sold the car that I was trying to buy SIGHT UNSEEN to someone else while in the middle of this process. I had been searching for this specific car for a very long time and the process was extremely disappointing. Worked with multiple sales reps, and the one who ran my credit (Valerie) didnt even have enough gumption to let me know the car was sold. They had the sales person I had spoken to the day before let me know. I wouldnt recommend working with anyone other than Vlad because he seems to be the only one who knows whats going on. Not to mention the offered me an unacceptable embarrassing amount for my trade in originally. After calling them out they magically came up $2000 which i appreciated, but just proves they were deliberately trying to screw me over.
Top-notch customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure confidence and satisfaction!
Second service for my 2020 X3. Everything went smoothly.
Great service, Chris gave me a ride to work and returned my car. Jenny was very friendly and helpful.
Everything was excellent from scheduling, reception, to service. Good experience.
Excellent service with fair prices…..
Ive had nothing but good experiences from the service department every time Ive visited. Highly recommend to anyone needing regular maintenance for their vehicle.
Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery, was told to receive the vehicle and they will take care of the damage. As of this writing, still waiting on the settlement or any form of contact from this dealership(contaced the salesman mr moore, gm mr coffey, and manager barry numerous times but no callback) The worst experience at a dealership in my life. Stay far away from this dealership.
I knew Id be here in Bowling Green when I needed an oil change and I was thinking Id have to go to Nashville to have my car serviced so was pleasantly surprised when I found they had a dealership here. Called yesterday and took my car in for oil service. The staff are very friendly and nice and super helpful...something Im not used to as much on the west coast. Inside they have a seating area with a TV, Wi-Fi and bottled water and a fancy coffee machine so standard BMW/Mercedes stuff. The service was way faster than the dealerships in Oregon so that was a bonus since I usually drop the car off in Oregon, get a loaner and its there all day even for simple things. I think they did the oil change, inspection and other stuff I asked for in like 2 hours or less...based on what I have observed, that probably wouldnt have gone that fast at the local Ram, F-350 or Silverado dealership...LOL. Like at the dealership at home, they text you an inspection report but it does not include the video of the car underside like in Oregon but the report format is fine also. So why the 4 stars then? They need a half star on here but Im deducting a star since I had to call them several times to get a human in the service dept and I ended up getting the GM since he answered by mistake...but he did hook me up on the appt. Yes, I did go online to make an appt, but they didnt have any openings until June 8 online and it wanted me to consent to marketing text messages when I entered my phone number...no thanks. Also, there was no one to greet me when I pulled into the service bay so I had to get out the car and seek someone to help me...sounds bougie right but I knew where to find someone but some folks maybe shy and just sit there...not me. I hope the dealership grows and they hire more help for the one service lady.
I have a 2015 BMW and it was time to change the battery and I couldnt find anyone in BG that would change it out for me so I called BMW of BG to give me a quote, the quote was 355.00 so I booked an appt to have it changed out. I was told that it would take 1 hr. Long story short I was there for 2 1/2 hrs and the finale cost was 452.00. I did ask for a courtesy car but they said they didnt have one, I ask if someone could run me home and was told yes then they came back and said no). I ask why the cost was different than what I was quoted and I was told he didnt add labor to the quote. I thought all quote typically covered all costs (but at the end he did take $25 dollars off)? People depend on being charged what they are quoted and peoplrs time is valuable. The lady that worked in the BMW service side was really nice and very friendly.
Hey. For real for real. I never write reviews. The BMW service folks are legit. I had a difficult electrical issue. Shops in Nashville could not figure out the issue. Ron and his crew figured out the issue and did not charge me an arm and a leg.If you own a BMW or Mercedes, this is the place for service and repair.
It was due for it’s 3 year checkup (16k miles on X3) ...also had brake fluid light on also. It did take two days to get in but was ready by lunch as promised.
Great service, Diana in service awesome service writer
Ron was absolutely AMAZING and I truly felt like part of a family! He went so far out of his way to accommodate me when he truly didnt have ANY obligation to do so! Stellar customer service awaits you @BMW in Bowling Green KY! I have visited all of the BMW locations (dealerships) in the middle TN area and although the Bowling Green branch may be a bit smaller in size their desire to ensure a customers COMPLETE satisfaction is BIGGER AND BETTER than all the rest! Thanks again to EVERYONE for making what was a terrible day for me turn out ok!! Not sure what I would have done without all of the help I received from you guys (ESPECIALLY Ron McCarty)!! I hold BMW in VERY high regards and I have found my new place to do business when its time to upgrade from my Dinan 340i! I will see you again soon Ron;D Sincerely,~Melisha (& Punkin! lol)
Fast and courteous service.
Great dealership. Drove a Mercedes and a BMW. They had the ones we liked ready to go when we got there. Let us put the car seat in to test the legroom. Kristen was our sales rep and she was wonderful!
When we realized we could get the exact same BMW for $8000 less in Bowling Green, it was well worth the drive from Louisville. Bill Moore did a phenomenal job organizing the sale from afar, while Michael Brandon took us though the paperwork smoothly. It was the “ultimate (driving) experience.”
Highly recommend Bmw of Bowling green Kentucky. Ron in service is awesome!!
Great customer service
Amazing experience at this dealership. The parts manager went above and beyond to find a backordered part for my BMW that Nashville couldnt find! The folks at this place definitely value customer service! Thanks Mark!
Great Service Ron always takes care of his customers
I brought my car in for recalls. Apparently I scheduled it for the wrong day, regardless they got me in on the day I thought I had scheduled the repairs. When I got it back, they had additionally gotten my tire pressure sensors to work but the AC fans werent running. I let them know and they fixed it when I brought it in the next day and didnt charge me for it. They were super nice and accommodating.
Excellent customer service from the service department, even for a customer with a 17 year old BMW that was not purchased there
