Staff moves slow, orders were wrong, drinks sitting out for over 15 minutes, and it took over 20 minutes to get a black coffee. Very disappointing

Used to be such a nice new Starbucks for the neighborhood, now it seems to have lost its luster and doesn’t have consistency in their hours of operation. The interior is grey and not very bright, sticky tables and smelly bathrooms don’t make for a good meeting. The Herlong store is nicer, cleaner and newer and has a brighter cafe for meeting clients.

I ordered a small iced coffee with stevia and half and half. It was not the greatest. It was tasted old and not balanced. Not worth the money. I also ordered a pumpkin scone because they were out of the other scone types. It tasted nothing like a scone but more like pumpkin bread. Disappointing.

The past two times I have purchased a drink from this location- once by me and the 2nd time per my daughter getting drink for me- both were wrong. The lady stated my drink to me and stated it back and then she handed me drink. I headed out, it was a pumpkin spice with whole milk. I’m allergic to whole milk. The 2nd drink was Caramel Machiato and it had whole milk instead of Almond milk. I knew from its appearance it was wrong. Tasted and knew it was whole milk. How can this happen twice? I know- the employees haven’t a clue as to what their doing

This is the Starbucks near my home and it’s the worst one consistently. All I get is an iced coffee and it’s consistently inconsistent, tastes likes water or cream only. They need to taste that keg of ice coffee they serve to the customers or get someone who can make it… every other location can do it. They are always super slow as well and it’s a complete joke. If I didn’t visit so many other locations daily I wouldn’t have anything to base this review on. Someone in management needs to get on this cause your coffee sucks! Train your team like the other Starbucks do. You should be a 5 star shop!!

I’m only giving this review three stars because of Ryan. Ryan is a five star employee who went above and beyond to make my order right. There’s an older lady in there taking orders who isn’t a people person. Seems quite rude. Ryan Rocks!!

Let me tell y’all about Lucas ! That kid is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met ! His service was exceptional and so was his personality and attitude. My drink was cold and my food was hot ! Very good. But even better than my usual morning go go juice, was Lucas. Give that kid a raise ! 10/10 will be back to see how school is going !Side note - the whole staff (and Kylie) is the best staff in Rock HillKeep up the good work fam!

There is a Starbucks right across from my work and I ALWAYS choose to go out of my way to stop at this one ! Service is always professional friendly and fast! Max is amazing and I usually always tip everytime I go. If they are ever out or anything in particular they always suggest and help me with alternative items ❤

This is a well run location with friendly staff. The wait time is what you expect, but the service is excellent.

I come here often but with the experience I just had with a very rude employee I will never be back. I went through the drive through and ordered and a sweet young lady took my order. Once at the window, an older gentleman with an attitude asked me what I wanted, took my card and paid for the order and shut the window. It was near closing time so I was respectful and said that if it’s too much because I know it’s late we can take it off the order no problem! Once he came back, he shoved the drinks in my face and walked off. I’ve never experienced this customer service at this location however I will let all of my associates know about it. Now I’m out of $12 and food because I will not eat or drink anything that was given to me.

I come here often. I reccomend using the app to order ahead, park and walk in to get your drink. The drive thru is often flooded with cars lined around the building during peak coffee time hours.

This Starbucks never disappoints!!! Very nice staff and I tip them every time I go there! They really make the best drink for me and got my mom loving different versions of the green tea and lemonade! I cannot wait to go back there this weekend!

Sorry not sorry but i understand you have a lot of new people in but my family has been going to this place for years everyday and the past 2/3 times we have gone here the worker tiffani has made iur drinks and soery but she has no clue how to properly make a frape, she measures everything straight in the blender which leaves a huge waste afterwards and she uses way to much milk which makes the drinks taste watered down and or just really milky and nothing else

Starbucks is a nice treat for me every now and then so when I indulge a little I like to enjoy my coffee and the overall ambiance of the shop. Its getting much colder out so its a nice warm place to relax, get some work done and one of the few places in the area that allows a dine in experience with internet. I have been to this particular location on a few occasions and have had varying experiences, thats why I docked one star in my review rating. Today I was greeted cordially by a young lady and was given a great tasting pumpkin latte. Very clean store with an energetic and talkative staff... Overall a good experience. And the pumpkin spice is so yummy! Centrally located and close to the school is a popular spot for a lot of the locals. Try em out!

I usually love it here but tonight I felt way rushed . And at the time I was there it wasn’t even busy. I ordered a cream based Frappuccino and I get halfway down the road and start sipping and realize my drink has coffee in it. Not that big of a deal but then I call get an answer and tell the person on the phone what happened and they don’t say anything back. I asked if they’re still their and I guess they had to have put me on hold in the middle of what I was saying without even saying anything to me about putting me on hold, I would’ve patiently waited had they said can I please put you on hold. Then I try calling back multiple different times and get no answer. I’m not usually picky but I just found it plain out rude.

Refuse to go to Starbucks since they refused to honor our brave veterans who served our great country. Even though they back peddled on that stand, they let their feelings known, so I boycotted them, since then.

Interacted with Cassie and Katie earlier this week at the window, they are so kind and friendly!! They definitely make the Starbucks experience better!

*UPDATE*Honestly, theyve upped their Flat White game again, regaining my appreciation as a customer! The app still doesnt work, nor does my gold card meaning I cannot use points even still. They cant even pull up my account... This is Starbucks problem though, and so I cant dock this location for a company-wide issue.*UPDATE*This morning the venti with an extra shot is a grande, without an extra shot... Just in a Venti cup.*UPDATE*Again, a Venti cup and Grande Flat White.Not only has Starbucks messed up the drink, but theyve also made it harder to get a reward for a drink... This new comprehensive, rewards menu is sad, as they nickel and dime their most loyal customers. First time in 2 weeks...

We went to a drive thru Starbucks to feed my granddaughter. They were out of almost all breakfast items so she went for this smoked turkey, cheese, and bacon panini. No cheese and not very appetizing in general. I got these little egg white bites with kale and mushrooms. They were ok but needed seasoning. No salt and pepper in the bag.

Fast, friendly service. Great product including banana bread.

Stores are just closed whenever, people are driving to these locations just to fine them closed with hand writen notes ... how about be respectful to the customers who spend way to mych money already and update google or the store houres accordingly so good hard working people arent wasting time and gas

So..my hubby always gets the mocha cookie crumble..its one of their specialty drinks on the menu board....the last 4 Starbucks we have been to dont have the cookies for this drink!! This is the reason for only a 4 star review!!

I went here to order my usual Caramel Frappuccino. Cashier was able to utilize my app to get stars on partial payment method.. which was nice. 3 stars out of 5 because I was given a mocha frappuccino instead. Lol

Best coffee ever

This place is just so great if you are a social learner. All you got to do is plug in the lap top, get a cheap drink and grind away. It is a very clean vibe in here and the staff is friendly.

I ordered a tall java chip frappucino with extra ice. The barista made me a venti and explained he did this since there was a nationwide shortage of chips. I told him that I would have ordered something else. He told me that he added cookie crumbles. I didnt have any cookie crumbles, no java chips, and it was very thin. Please just close their doors. They have no consistency whatsoever. One day they are open from 6am - 10pm, then the next day opens at 3pm so I show up at 3 and they closed at 3 pm. that day, So I show up at 32pm and they’re not opening until 3pm. And that is just a few of the combinations I have seen regarding closing and opening times.Whatever is going on w them, they just need to close until they can come back w pre Covid hours.

I absolutely love this place! The coffee is the best and they are speedy with getting you in and out of the drive thru! The employees take pride is serving their customers. Always feel welcome. They never rush you to order and they help with your order. They are very knowledgeable about the products they prepare. Thanks Starbucks!!

Ive always had a wonderful experience when coming to this location. Today was not one of those days. Today, i was not asked my name so that my order could be picked up swiftly. Im not sure if the young man was not having a bad day, which we all have, but his customer service was very poor.

I really didnt enjoy it at first their coffee was just straight up bad like burnt and or tasting weird. But the last couple of times Ive gone its been pretty good

The new location is so much better than the others in town! Its comfortable and inviting, and the staff is so friendly! Were Starbucks regulars, and this had definitely become our new favorite haunt.

Had great customer service Ive always liked to get lemonade drinks there with berries and ever since they switched the lemonade to the pitcher mixed with water I have not been going there but I went in for a friend and I asked if they can make me a lemonade with the lemon straight out of the carton and they did most Starbucks wont they say its the new policy

Hands down the best Starbucks in the area. Large sitting area with artful pictures on the wall. I wish they would make a part of the wall local zone and allow Winthrop students to show off their work.
