I don’t normally leave reviews but I must say the service department at this dealership is top notch brought in our 2016 Mercedes C 300 due to a power steering malfunction showing on the instrument cluster not only did Mercedes tow the vehicle an hour and a half to the dealership from my home they had the vehicle repaired in less than 24 hours did not try to upsell or Lie saying parts need to be replaced instead they found a simple wiring issue that had been previously repaired prior to my ownership which had failed and was causing the errors to show any instrument clusterI highly recommend this dealership for your service needs so much better than BMW of Nashville as every time we took the car to the shop there they tried to quote us $3000 worth of work that was not needed will definitely be returning to the dealership for service even though it’s further away. Diane the service advisor for Mercedes kept in constant communication with me throughout the process again I highly recommend this dealership for your service needs I cannot say much for the purchase portion as I did not purchase any vehicles from this dealership
As business person i not write review but this business push me to write i bought new car the first thing i told i need with navigation so trust and got car after came home find out this car not have that function so i called they told me come back and pay $349 we install so i went back they took my car and they inform me there is another software update which take 3 hrs and we not able to install navigation so they gave me ride and drop me at my home so now after 3 day i called and ask about my car and update, they inform if i need car with navigation i have to pay $11000 more or they give me my traded car back. first $349 now $11000 and still i dont have my old which i treaded and the new which i paid, Now they doing not ready to listen me . and forgot to tell when i got car they not did any paperwork second day they send by docu sign which they add $600 extra so i rejected to sign then they minus that so be aware what you sign for. PLEASE Do not BUY Car From This Place and if you do read and test before sign anything.
This place is one of the worst mercedes dealers ive ever been to. Have a brand new 2021 that had a module go out. They put it on order and said they would call when it came in. Never called. I had to initiate it over a week later. They then tell me to bring it in at 1pm and they would have it done quickly. Too bad they double booked 1pm appointments with only 1 person working on vehicles. Now I am waiting until 4pm. People act like you have nothing to do. Not sure about the bmw side but mercedes is not ran efficiently. Plus they only respond to good reviews on here which tells me they couldn’t care less about unsatisfied customers. Wish there was another dealer close by.
Great Staff, great service every time but ALWAYS S-L-O-W!! 4 hours for an oil change and this isnt the first time.
Very knowledgeable about my vehicle needs, they were able to diagnose the problems with my vehicle when other BMW service departments missed issues. My car is running perfectly now. Very courteous and kept us informed of everything. I will never go anywhere else again for my BMW needs. Thank you to Ron and his Service team! Excellent job!
Purchased a new bmw from them in February 2021 and had it delivered to Texas in early march 2021. Vehicle was damaged during the delivery (chip and scratch), informed the dealer contact during the delivery,was told to receive the vehicle and they will take care of the damage. As of this writing, still waiting on the settlement or any form of contact from this dealership(contaced the salesman mr moore, gm mr coffey,and manager barry numerous times but no callback) The worst experience at a dealership in my life. Stay far away from this dealership.Update:as of july 14 2021, no reach out or any kind of communication from anyone in the dealership. Stay away from this sleazy sad dealership.
Guys did a great job, as a busy processional, the service Dept. Picked up my vehicle and left me a loaner while they do service and bring it back to me. They are prompt and call quick and are upfront with any changes or needs to the car. They have always treated me well.
3 hours for a oil change and a car wash! Take your car to another dealership.Changed their Mercedes Service Manager and I think this was as bad as if not worse than the bad service Ive had from Luxury Imports of Bowling Green Ky in the past.They wanted to charge me $126.00 to replace a bad head light bulb. I went and bought 2 bulbs $26:00 and myself and my daughter changed it in about 15 minutes.Terrible service and sales team.Not recommended by myself and several owners that I know.Linda Phelps

My boss bought car from here and they mess up so much to him, they not even answer his call ONLY 5 days Old car now they asking more money not to say but he not look American and may be they treating him differently Please be careful where you spending your money.

Everyone involved from the initial inquiry call to the post sale contacts were very friendly and helpful. This is my sixth BMW and third dealership to do business with. This has been the smallest but by far the best dealer I have dealt with.
If I could possibly LEAVE a 20 or a 200 star for this facility and its Staff I absolutely would.Lets start off by saying I am not from KY, or the lovely town of Bowling Green.I was in my to Ohio when I suddenly got a flat on highway 65. I called roadsideassistance and look for my local Mercedes dealership.I called the local bowling Green m e r c e d e s dealership and Mart y the manager talked to me like he known me his entire life. I told him that I had called roadside and were waiting for them to pick us up. He explained that it could take a while so why not have somebody come and pick myself and my 6-year-old child up and bring us back to his place of business. Within 10 minutes someone had come and got us put the car seat in the car let me talk my ear off and vent and we were in a warm and comfortable place to sit and rest not only that when he went to go get himself lunch I gave him money to get me and my child something to eat and not only did he bring it back for me but he handed me back my $20 bill like who does that. Roadside assistance were absolutely horrible and they also landed up taking care of the towing to bring my husband and my car back to his shop. They landed up plugging the hole in my tire reordering a new tire for my car and placing it on my car when I returned on my way back from my trip service my vehicle and was just absolutely amazing to me and my family one of the staff also gave my little 6-year-old a little Polly Pocket which happens to be when her favorite things in the world. Ive just never in my life in todays day and age met total strangers in a place of business that respected me talk to me and treated me like a person should be treated and spoken to especially a Mercedes dealership I wish I could say the same for my own dealership in Collierville Tennessee. If you need any kind of work done on your vehicle or you need to buy a vehicle I wouldnt look any further than this dealership. The staff alone and I dont compliment very often would continue to keep me coming back even if I dont even have to buy a car. I know that I have friends for life in this place and meeting them for the first time, that should say a lot to anybody out there in this crazy muffled world we live in.

I had a check engine light on my vehicle (2013 Mini Cooper S), had some wires that needed replaced, and needed a new set of tires and alignment. So I took it here, they were able to get my tires changed and the alignment done along with the wires, but unable to figure out the check engine light issue. The check engine light had been on for several months and I had taken it to Firestone originally when I needed my oil changed and they wouldnt really touch it so I went ahead and brought it to the BMW dealership. When they were unable to figure out the issue, they did refer me to another place in Bowling Green that might be able to help and also stated we may need to take it to the official mini dealership in Nashville. Their mechanics spent a little over a week trying to figure out the issue and ultimately stated they had another mini cooper recently that had the same issue as mine. Long story short, if you have a mini with a check engine light it may be best to take it to an official mini dealership. If you need something like tires and an oil change, they get you fixed up for sure. They were nice about it and told me straight up front they were not able to figure out the problem and they were going to try a few more things before they officially stated they were not able to fix it. Since they were not able to get it fixed, they also gave me a discount from the original estimate they had told me which was nice, too.
The most amazing customer service from making the appointment to the service received. The vending machine took my money and they even made a trip down the street to get me a drink! So impressed with everything!
100% the best BMW dealership/service department I have ever dealt with in my life! Ron was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about BMW’s —I was so impressed. He exceeded our expectations and then some! A lot some! Every employee we interacted with was professional and so kind! Not snobby A-holes like I’ve dealt with at some other dealerships. Just down to earth kind of people! And they were so nice and allowed our Dalmatian dog inside the building while we waited on our BMW to be serviced. I have a 2012 diesel I have lived in California and New Orleans and had it serviced at multiple Mercedes dealerships by far this is the most efficient and always feel like they’re doing the right thingGreat service department. I am not happy at all for the service I have received from Mercedes. I came in with moisture in my headlights (obviously need to be replaced)They charged $150 for the inspection, that’s fine. Although I already knew they had to be replaced.2 years ago I bought my vehicle certified preowned and had to get the headlights replaced due to moisture in the lights, 2 years later I’m having the same exact issue. Am I crazy, or should headlights last longer than 2 years before you have to replace them for $6,100 at the dealership??The service department staff actually recommended I call corporate. He agreed with me that they should cover this.Bottom line, they offer me 20% off after 2 weeks of conversations regarding the headlights.
I had the best and smoothest vehicle purchasing experience at this dealership. I drove from TN to pick up BMW X5. Staff went above and beyond to help us. Bill was our sales person. I recieved the best price over the emails than I could of anywhere else in the country. He definitely did everything that he could to help us out. Outstanding communications in every department. I set an appointment to have two recalls done on my bmw. To my surprise they worked around my busy life. They quoted me 4 hours to get both recalls done to which they completed them in 3 hours and even washed my car. My service advisor Ron took very good care of me and I cannot thank him enough. When arriving I thought I would be given a shuttle home but he went beyond that and I received a loaner vehicle! Ron made this visit wonderful. This was my first apportionment at this bmw and it will not be the last. Thank you everyone for making my experience as pleasurable as possible!
We searched all over the Eastern portion of the country for the right car. BMW of Bowling Green gave us personal attention from the get go. Melissa Larsen answered all of our questions and gave us a good deal. We do a lot of shopping on the internet, do research and try to make sure that we are informed about costs and price range for the type of vehicle that we were looking for. Melissa worked with us and gave us a price that fit within the parameters we were looking for. If we had questions during the process, Melissa answered quickly and efficiently. As a good salesperson should, she made us feel like we were part of her family and we would definitely recommend her.
These guys were quick to help, I was in a bind and they took my Mercedes into the shop right away to fix my tire issue. Everyone was professional there and I left feeling good. This is a great place for serving youre Mercedes.

Everyone was super friendly, couple issues that I have with them is even though I purchased a used vehicle I shouldn’t have to get home and immediately have an oil change and replace tires. It’s been two weeks and they have yet to pay off my trade in. My salesman was great, he has called and asked how I was liking my vehicle and apologized for the oil.
I visit Bowling Green from Charlotte, NC regularly and have had 2 services (and a full set tire change) done on my X5 at BMW of Bowling Green, and have had positive experiences on both occasions. They take care of you promptly, and always do a great job with the car. They know what work is needed, and take care of it without being told specifically. Ron is a friendly, courteous And knowledgeable, it is a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend BMW of BG.

I have always has a great experience with Brett Denver and his amazing team at Luxury Imports of Bowling Green. But, this time, I have to say they went the extra mile. I have purchased and leased vehicles from them in the past and, as I said, always had a great experience. I moved away from Bowling Green a few years ago. While I was away, I ended up purchasing a Porsche for my wife from the local dealership where I was living. I recently moved back to Bowling Green. A few days ago, I was driving the Porsche and ran over a screw and it punctured a tire. There is no local Porsche dealership in Bowling Green, so I called Brett and asked if his service department could possibly help. Without hesitation, he said yes. And even though I did not purchase that particular vehicle from the Luxury Imports dealership, I was given the usual “red carpet” experience and treated like royalty by Brett, Ron and the entire team. In fact, they got my service done FASTER than the Porsche dealership has ever gotten it done before. It’s certainly good to be back home in Bowling Green and I was given one more reminder as to why that is - my relationship with Luxury Imports of Bowling Green. They are just one more reason I’m proud to call this city home. Anyone can sell you a luxury automobile. Brett and his team though - they give you a first class experience. I think they were shady over value of what I traded in after only having car for a year and half but finally came to an agreement. If you buy a bmw x1 2015 with under 80k miles silver dont pay a dime over 12k they will stil make money. My loss of over 5k. And just put in 5500 dollars for a oil repair
Our purchase last year was flawless. Our service last week was not well orchestrated. We drove from Glasgow, dropped my car at 11. At 12 our car had not moved. I called and advised there was a manager/owner meeting and someone would call me back. I called again around 1:20 and advised a B1 service would take 2.5-3 hours and they hadn’t started on it. Finally We were advised it would not be ready until closing. I informed the very nice switchboard operator that we had driven from Glasgow and had an 11 AM appointment and that with social distancing we were not coming in to the facility and really had no place to wait as we had already walked in the park etc. She advised that we should come in in the morning to pick the car up. We drove back in and picked up the car with no difficulty and appreciated the fact that we did not have to contact anyone personally. (Our bill was over $600 for a vehicle with 21k miles. On the way home the “correct tire pressure light” came on and days later, it’s still on) . On the day of service I informed the very nice switchboard operator that we had driven from Glasgow and had an 11 AM appointment and that with social distancing we were not coming in to the facility and really had no place to wait as we had already walked in the park etc. She advised that we should come back the next morning to pick the car up so once again we drove two cars back. When we received our bill it was over $600. I contacted a local import service center who advised that the same services would’ve been rendered for under $200. The orchestration of the service was not optimal and the job not well completed. UPDATE written 10/6/20: I would’ve been happy to updated earlier but I could not locate this review. I spoke with the manager who dispatched a mechanic to our home from Bowling Green. He quickly rectified the entire issue. We were grateful and had no other issues.
I needed to bring my 2015 out of warranty Mercedes-Benz in for repair. It only took one day to order and receive the parts needed for my car. The dealership notified me as soon as the parts arrived. Within 2 hours a tow truck brought my car to the dealership and a technician was working on it. About 2 hours later I received a call letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership my car was cleaned and ready to go. My bill was prepared and explained to me. The cost was right in line with my expectation. It is never a pleasure having your car towed in for out of warranty repair. However it is always a pleasure to receive the 5 star service that I experienced. Thank You!

Great experience purchasing a 2020 BMW X3 3.0 at Luxury Imports! Melissa Larsen responded promptly to my online query (through my credit union) and sent an email of available vehicles that matched my criteria. She arranged a test drive & I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. I was back in a few days to take it home. Melissa explained all the options to me and offered a refresher anytime I needed one.Just had my X3 in for its first service. Service was ready to take the vehicle when I arrived. I stopped by parts to pay for/pick up the rubber floor mats I ordered at the end of April. Parts took them & installed them in the vehicle for me. I take my dog with me quite often & he had de-stuffed a lot of toys in the X3 & that stuffing is difficult to vacuum/brush out. When service washed & vacuumed the vehicle, they were able to remove all those stuffing remnants!Great service!

Everyone at Luxury Imports has been a pleasure to deal with. They’ve made every detail easy to understand, and were attentive to details, even during this national emergency. We’ve met several different people since staffing is somewhat erratic, but everyone has been equally pleasant and easy to communicate with. I love my new car, even though I still think it is smarter than I am!
The BMW service team was fantastic. I brought my car in, without an appointment, because of a warning light. They fit me in and kept me informed through each step of the diagnostics and repairs so I wasn’t surprised at the final outcome. Ron was honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Exactly the kind of person you hope to find in that position.

I went in for my first visit to this dealer, an oil change in my used BMW. Apparently the BMW Connected app isn’t “connected” to this dealer, so there was no record of my appointment. That said, Ron got me right in and set up for my service. The waiting area is a little spartan—worn out chairs, some free coffee was the only perk. I expressed interest in a car in the showroom but couldn’t get any salespeople to help me out. Overall the job was done on time and I got a discount as a new customer, but if you’re looking for any kind of special treatment, you will probably be disappointed here.
Great service department! I have dealt with Ron McCarty ever since moving to the area in 2013. In fact, last Winter I bought this latest car, a 2015 650i xDrive, from this dealership knowing that Ron had overseen its intake from trade-in and evaluation as a Certified vehicle. That gave me peace of mind in the purchase decision. Here, I had oil/filter service done along with the 2-yr brake flush. No worries and the car was ready when promised. Ron can talk tech if you want to and that is great. He makes things easy to understand. Highly recommended!

My wife and I went to Mercedes/BMW of Bowling Green expecting to buy a Mercedes. Wife decided if wasn’t quite the right car for her. The staff was super helpful and nice pointing us to other options. The best thing was I never felt pressured to buy like other dealerships we visited. Another benefit of going to Luxury Imports of BG was we ended up buying a BMW and didn’t have to go to another dealership. Really liked our experience there and would highly recommend visiting them for a Benz or BMW!
My only criticism is to be clear with the customer of what you are doing and how much is costs up front. A little confusion this time. Other than that, excellent service!!
My experience is a little different than most, as I dont currently drive a BMW or MB. But I am a repair shop owner in Clarksville, TN and a customer of Luxury Imports for several years now. The services we offer require us to work with a lot of dealerships and they are not all created equal! Luxury is head and shoulders above the rest in my book. The parts and service department staff- special shout out to Mark, Bill and Brian- at Luxury Imports are always kind, courteous and extremely helpful- something independent shops rarely find when dealing with dealerships. They go out of their way to earn our repeat business and have some of the best prices in the industry. I can not speak highly enough of this team. Take it from an industry insider, they are some of the best in the business!

After being a loyal customer of the Nashville dealership for many years, I couldn’t even get someone to get back to me with a quote for two tires and an alignment after trying for 2 weeks! After reading some positive reviews for the Bowling Green dealership I thought I would give them a try. I had a quote for a good price and an appointment in 5 minutes. Great service, worth the extra drive. I’ll be going back to BMW of Bowling Green for sales and service in the future.

We’ve used BMW/Mercedes Detailing services for years, and in our opinion, it is the best place in town. They make a car look as close to brand new as possible! And the customer service is great. They are so nice, friendly, and accommodating to our schedule.
Melissa was wonderful to work with and made the whole experience very easy (especially considering we had our nine month old daughter with us!). We love our vehicle and appreciate the fair price the dealership gave us on our trade-in. We highly recommend to everyone!

Had a blowout on highway outside Bowling Green on our way to home from Columbus, Ohio, to San Antonio, TX, due to hospice situation involving my mother. Because of size of tire, 275/30 R 20, they had to order it. Unfortunately, the incident happened at the time they were closing, so we had to stay overnight. No other place provide me better confidence that tire would arrive early morning. Tire arrived at 11 AM and Assistant Service manager knew the fidelity of our situation and kept my wife and I updated though the process while we waited for the tire to arrive, through until it went on the repair rack. I would have left high remarks and sent the dealership a personal letter of recommendation and thanks, but then this happened. We recognized tire was replaced, mounted, and car waiting outside for us to drive away, but Assitant Service Manager decided to accomplish two phone calls and sell a guy 4 tires for a later installation: (1) 30 min phone: explaining difference between Michelin and Continental tires to a customer; (2) 30 min phone: an (he) initiated conversation to someone asking them to think about bringing their BMW in for service instead of going somewhere else; (3) selling 4 tires to some guy that took 20 mins. Knowing the fidelity of our situation with my mom...guess I expected too much and had hoped to be on our way soon as tire was mounted; minutes count in a hospice situation. 60+ minutes.. not so much. Ive been extremely loyal to my BMW dealer in San Antonio and realize Im not likely to be a repeat customer here...but! Otherwise, and despite not being able to get a matching tire, dealership appeared well suited for all/any BMW need. Would recommend them. Likely Assitant Service Manager just had a lot going on and the fidelity of my situation didnt make it part of his daily priority. I too have been guilty, but over the years...Ive changed. Maybe hell see this post, reflect...and change too. Could also be me...as I grieve the known loss of my mother.

I live much closer to a BMW dealership in Nashville, Tennessee; yet I choose to travel to Bowling Green to have that team service my car. Two big reasons, service and price! The team of mechanics are completely versed in the intricacies of European engineering, and seems like my car pretty much leaves the shop with a little extra work done that I may not notice until later. On my last visit, I went thinking that my car needed three different services; after Ron did the initial analysis, that was reduced to one necessary service and one possible. The mechanics then had their look and let us know that the ‘possible’ was just a misreading by the car’s computer. My three services were down to one! I have one word to describe these guys HONEST!! Their prices are much more affordable than the dealership near me, and the staff is 100 times friendlier! They’re already my go-to place for repairs, and they certainly will be who I’ll visit when I choose to get something newer.
I can always trust Luxury Imports/BMW service department on my X3. Ron is incredibly kind, understanding and helpful — I really appreciated the fact that he took me out to my car and let me see firsthand what issues my car was facing. Thank you guys for always doing such a thorough job! I GREATLY trust this place! They’ll fix it and they’ll fix it right!
I would have preferred to be informed of the mitigating issues before the service was performed. With the other issues I was informed of AFTER service. I might have elected to not get the alignment at this time therefore saving me the money to apply to the other service.

One of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. They fixed my x5 within a week and provided me with a curtesy loaner vehicle which really helped me out since I’m currently out of state. Ron was super helpful and broke down exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. They also inspect the vehicle throughly. They found an issue I didn’t even know I had with the car and they left me with the old part to show me how damaged it was. I would highly recommend this dealership. Super friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks again to everyone in the service department. I was so excited to be back on the road again in my now non squeaky vehicle!

Man where do I begin? My wife and I were completely upside down in a vehicle that we did not enjoy. These people at this dealership will go above and beyond making something work out. This is the place to go to purchase a BMW. Melissa was wonderful in getting us into the perfect vehicle. I had a bad experience in Brentwood and will now drive to Bowling Green for all my car needs.
I have spoken with a few people in the Bowling Green area and there is a problem with the business there. Apparently there is a small population who have vehicles poorly serviced, and the population looks similar (odd). The staff is unprofessional and recently, as in this summer, my mother brought her vehicle in for service, not to mention she has been dealing with this place for years, and the mechanic failed to service the vehicle correctly and now the transmission failed to function. Whats unprofessional is a female there making the comment its just a car. This is the wrong attitude and she wouldnt accept that if it was her. She is unprofessional, the climate there is suspect and they need to be dealt with legally and will be. Im not sure how their relationship is with the community, but it appears the treatment is different with different people. We will pursue this the correct way for a lack of accountability on their part. This is the most unprofessional group Ive learned about. They need to be investigated by the law. A culture barrier exists there.

This dealership offers a personalized customer experience that is a step above other dealerships with compatible cars. The staff is welcoming when you arrive and they are patient with you as you select your car. Stephen was not forward with sales tactics and ensured we were comfortable throughout the process.
