This was already one of my favorite outdoor companies. Recently I lost a bag to one of their products( sleeping bag liner). They replaced it no questions asked. BIG FAN FOR SURE.

I recently had an ordering issue, but contacted their customer service department and they were able to resolve the issue without any problem. There was no deflection of responsibility... just customer-focused resolution. I was so glad to find out that their level of service matches the quality of their products. Very slow shipping Ordered May 2 they just created shipping label May 8th so another 5 days or more to go I guess not happy. Love the bug jackets hate the shipping.
