Excellent! above and beyond bcustomer service!Always looking for good local running stores as I travel around the world and this did not disappoint. Local trail recommendations were accurate. The safety precautions were pleasant. The sale was quick and easy. I wish I could remember the young ladies name from 07.08.20 mid afternoon because she deserves praise for the customer service.

They do not offer a return of sale items to internet shoppers. This policy needs to be changed as items often do not fit and unless you live locally trying on the item is impossible. I will never buy from Go Far again and I suggest anyone else looking to purchase anything from them refrain from doing so.

Walked in here to check it out as it looked like just my kind of store from the street. I made the error of heading to the bathroom, lady behind the desk was quite rude in front of everyone yelling across the store bathrooms arent public. Seemed a strange bone to pick with a customer but so be it, I wont be back nor will family and friends. Looks cool and reviews are great but my experience was poor.

Excellent service. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit properly, but Kate listened to my concerns and was able to find me several different options to choose from. They all fit great, making it a tough choice, but I love the ones I picked! I will definitely be back the next time I need shoes.

I was visiting Boulder and walked in one day to get some advice about the foot I recently hurt on a run. Guy, who was working at the time, listened and then advised and then chatted. He was helpful and kind; I’d almost recommend visiting Go Far for the great people alone, but they also happen to have a carefully selected stock of running and outdoors apparel.Go to Go Far for your random food injury; stay for the expertise about all-things-faster-than-standing; return for the good peoples.

The latest and greatest running shop in Boulder! I’ve been to my share of running shops, but the Smart Wool gear as well as the friendly and helpful staff sets The Go Far Shop apart. This is definitely my new go to for all of my running related gear and shoes!

Matt was very helpful and patient with helping me find the right shoe that worked with being very new to trail running. I highly recommend going here and using the new Superfeet analyzing program. Definitely will continue to travel out of Denver to Go Far for my trail running needs.

Best Hiking Shoe Ever!!!!After trying many hiking boots without success of finding the perfect boot I decided going in a different direction and trying a trail runner. i researched for a store that would perform a foot analysis and low and behold, Go Far was highly recommended. My husband and I made the trek to the store and Kate was so patient and so helpful in helping me locate a shoe that would work for me. As I plan on hiking/walking the Camino next Spring she showed me several lightweight trail runners. i chose the Saucony Peregrine ISO and wore it two days in a row, including hiking Mt. Bierstadt. NO Blisters!!!! No sore feet!!! I LOVE em and want a second pair. Kate you are a super star! See ya soon!!Anna & Matt

I recently went to Go Far to get more information and guidance on the process of using (or not) the Superfeet Custom insoles. Kate and the whole team are not only incredibly welcoming but also will go the extra mile to make sure you have all assistance you need before making a purchase and help you figure out if a certain gear/equipment will or wont work for you. In my case, the insoles are so far being extremely helpful on my recovery process of a tibialis posterior tendinopathy. Id definitely recommend those (if that’s your case) but mostly the experience of shopping at Go Far is great!

I came in looking for a shoe that would help with some tendonitis issues that I developed and was blown away by the top notch customer service. Kate was the only person in the shop and she had multiple customers to accommodate and she couldnt have done better greeting everyone and providing the service we all needed.They use a top notch quality foot scanner to get your food scanned which is able to create a 3-D model of your foot and capture the forces that are exerted on your foot when you walk. This helps them find the best shoe for you.Kate is extremely knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time making sure we found the best shoe for me. When we came to the final decision, they unfortunately did not have the exact color of shoe I wanted. It was sold out on the manufacturers website as well, rather than pressure me for something else, she found another store nearby where I was able to pick up my shoe. I felt bad because she put in all the work and effort, but she cared about making sure I could get theshoes as quickly as possible for my own health. This is rare customer service and its rare for a business to care so much about their customers.I will definitely be back anytime I need a new shoe ( and I live in Denver). Super impressed and by far the best shoe buying experience Ive ever had.**Sidenote** The shoes are literally the best fitting shoes Ive owned and I couldnt be happier.Thank you Kate + Go Far Shop
